The view was AMAZING! Bed were comfy & it was roomy.

No shower curtain and no water pressure in one bathroom (1 shower working). The windows were large, beautiful & opened. The weather was wonderful but then we got eaten up by bugs that we didn't see! The coffee maker worked most of the time but was LOUD! No salt & pepper or coffee but a store was next door.

The view was very nice.

This apartment needs an update badly. Every room smells old, and there was a bad mosquito problem in one of the bedrooms, causing sleepless, uncomfortable nights for two people in our group.

The location was great, the view from the window fantastic. Spacious living and dining area. Next to a large grocery store (cheap prices). You can cook in home or go to the restaurant.

Of toiletries only soap and body cream, it would have been good to have shampoo / conditioner for hair, shower gel. It is expected that a tourist tax will be charged on site. The booking amount states that all taxes and fees are included, but are subject to a surcharge of EUR 4 per night per person upon arrival. The restaurant next door is not homely. The food is acceptable, but the atmosphere is bad. I recommend looking closer to the center, 10 minutes on foot.

You come here for the view and the charm of old of the apartment. The view is stunning. Bathrooms seemed to be recently renovated and there were 4 airco units in the apartment. Beds were comfortable. It is conveniently located right next to a little supermarket.

When we entered the place it had a distinct smell of mothballs. After 2 days airing the apartment the smell was getting much less intens. Looked like it hadn’t been opened up for a while. The place is in desperate need of renovation. Windows are thin (single glass?) which means you hear everything outside loud and clear (and let me tell you, the ships are loud, on top of that there is a delivery every morning to the supermarket that includes a loud ship, truck and crane to unload right next to the bedroom). Bathroom curtain that was mentioned by someone two years ago is still missing. The dishwasher -without having used it- was leaking in the kitchen. Kitchen is worn down, quite out of place with the rest of the apartment. Communication seemed ok at first but after agreeing via booking to meet up at 2pm instead or 3pm, Stefano would nonetheless arrive only at 2.50pm. When pointing out that this was quite a delay he was not very apologetic but rather defensive. A simple ‘sorry my mistake and how can I make this up to you’ would already have gone a far way.

Thank you to Stephano who welcome use very friendly and took all the time to explain us all what we need. The appartment is magnificient.

The view of Giudecca is really fascinating, the location of this apartment is perfect - close to both Santo Spirito & Salute Waterbus Stations, and the antiquity of decoration is really a plus to the apartment. As to the hospitality, we really appreciate the greeting prosecco and Stefano's introduction to nearby places and transport tips.

Booking.com Team, please kindly help update the address of this apartment so that future guests will go to the right location. Current location shown on your system is really confusing people and causing extra inconvenience to both guests and apartment owner.
