Good place to go

Loved the feeling of history, the fantastic view from the window, and the charm of the old building. Difficult for us to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs.

The location and view from my corner room of the royal palace and courtyard were great. The smell of the building was bad. There was black mold growing on the inside of the water carafe the hotel provided. I complained to the front desk of a large spider in the room and asked if they could remove it, and they said spiders are common at the property and there’s nothing they can do.

Really unique, historic property literally 15 steps (really!) from the Warsaw Castle in Old Town. Location is amazing for experiencing the beauty of historic Warsaw and its cobbled and charming streets. Our room was huge, with high ceilings and its own fun ambience. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside is that there's no elevator, so most guests will have to navigate a couple of flights of stairs. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in downtown, everything is closed by. Because is an old building, there is no elevator The breakfast is good, to choose from sweet or salty breakfast

Not well described , access not easy

Wonderful quiet property in the heart of old town Warsaw. Walking required as this is a pedestrian only area. Great location to explore this part of the city. Room was spacious as was the bathroom.

Great location in the heart of the Warsaw old town, but the entrance was difficult to find. The adress shows Piwna street but the entrance is around the corner from the Castle Square. Some of the rooms have a fantastic view on the Royal Castle and Castle square but one has to be prepared to climb with your luggage onto the first floor where the reception is located. It may be a challenge to some. The room was okay with a nice bathroom and new shower but AC was difficult to operate and during the night there were some strange noises. It did not bother me that much but my wife was more sensitive an did not sleep well. So if it is not a bother for you it is a nice, original place to stay with great restaurants and open air dining everywhere.

Located right in the centre of the old city was a huge bonus. Staff were helpful. The only real downside was - no lift.

Wonderful hotel in the centre of old Warsaw. It is what it is: no lift, no bar. But so convenient and great staff.

Excellent location. Across from the palace and many shops and restaurants close by. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a huge bathroom and room was a good size.

Rustic but cute hotel, no elevator and lots of steps. Near everything in old town, needed little walk with luggage but not too much. Very beautiful view from window to the market square. Room still very quiet. Air-condition in room.

The Castle Inn is superbly situated immediately next to the Royal Palace. It is quirky - perhaps a mix of retro and classical - comfortable and the service is excellent. The bathroom was well appointed but the water pressure was too low to enable a decent shower. Access by car is difficult, especially on the weekend. The car can get no closer than 130 metres from the hotel.

Location was excellent as was the staff. It is really difficult to get a good night's sleep with all of the noise but there really is no way to avoid that due to the location. Also, there are lots and lots of steps and no elevator.

The location is the best , staff is perfect Laura was very nice and answered all our question. Room the air conditioning in the room was not good did not cool enough and also made a noice and the courtains in the room smell like dust, but overall it was a nice experience. The location is perfect.

The hotel can’t have a better location! It’s right in front of the Royal Palace and very close to all the main attractions. Rooms are very clean. Staff are very helpful and kind. The style of the hotel is different and pintoresco. I would stay there again with no doubt.

Best location, amazing servixe

I arrived late and front desk gave me the wrong room. I didn’t say anything because I was tired. Room was more like a storage room. And it was frigid cold! Next morning someone new in front desk apologized for room and transferred me to a beautiful and spacious room! Thank you. Hotel and location amazing. Lots of dining options, just keep in mind taxis will drop off about a block since are is restricted. Short walk. Overall a fantastic stay and I would stay again!

I had a blast! Thank you, Castle Inn. Everyone was SO nice and helpful, and it's pretty cool to learn that your building was 1 of only 3 buildings to survive the bombings of WWII - very historic in Old Town Warsaw. This was EXACTLY what I was looking for.

Great hotel within easy access of everything in the old town. Went for the Christmas markets. Staff very hrlpful. Only marked down because of the bed that squeeked everytime i moved so also disturbed hubby. Had a side room on 3nd loor overlooking the museum and christmas tree. No lift so be aware if you have mobility issues

Great location for visiting the historical sites. Castle bell can be annoying at night. Lots of dining options in the district.
