Excellent views. Great staff. Nice pool and terrace. The rooms are not what I'd expect from a 5 star hotel - specifically there was a odor from the bathroom. But overall a good experience.

Incredibly welcoming staff and spectacular view of Caldera from our room wirh breakfast delivered each mirning to our private terrace. Yiannis the GM and owner made us feel right at home at this exclusive hotel from the moment we arrived and stepped foot on the property. Galaxy is BEAUTIFUL, their location of the caldera view is impeccable hence i understand the price point. All staff within are incredibly friendly and they do treat you like family and remembers each of their guests. There are a few things that are unusual, firstly their reception for check-in is pretty hidden down a few flight of stairs with barely any signs to guide you there. The process for check-in is pretty informal and not what you would traditionally expect, but i guess this is a part of their charm and it does give you the boutique/family feel. The rooms are clean and modern, and they provide customized breakfast every morning at your selected times. The plunge pool is adorable and VERY hot, which i like but my husband had to ask them to adjust it lower. Overall a wonderful experience and i hope to visit them again

Gorgeous hotel with Amazing views! Room was perfect, with our own jacuzzi on the terrace which we loved. Breakfast delivered to our terrace each morning was a great touch and made it very special - also very tasty! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, quiet and serene but very close walk to many restaurants and bars. Our favourite meal whilst in Santorini was in the hotels restaurant, Le Moustache, the sunset setting was extremely beautiful and the food was excellent, we had the prawns to start and beef for mains - 10/10 recommend!! Fantastic Stay!!

Highly recommended for folks who are willing to shell out a premium to enjoy a perfect sunset view. Galaxy’s balcony view is one of the best, and yet unlike other villas in Fira or Oia it is private enough to not feel intrusive by the constant tourists walking just outside the accommodation. Breakfast was average as other villas offer a much better spread. Location though is perfect as it’s 5mins drive from Fira where many awesome restaurants to fill your belly. Even nearby restaurant such as Four Seasons offer great Greek cuisine for a value price. Moreover, the service staff is responsive. Just ask what you need and they will help :)

I liked everything about the property, the excellent staff, clean and the beautiful view from the balcony and the breakfast on the balcony every morning was great.

Fantastic views, there was a lovely spot next to the jacuzzi to sit and enjoy the views in a morning. Very quiet in the morning which was nice, and also very clean. These are the reasons i scored it high. We had room 19 which was a honeymoon suite, but unfortunately it was right next to the restaurant so we could hear the music and people were walking up and down the stairs to get to the toilet. So it wasnt as private as some of the other rooms. Room was dated and bed / pillows uncomfortable also we weren't able to get a late checkout unless we paid £250. Essentially you are paying for the views. The room would definitely benefit from a little more comfort.

Galaxy suites and villas is a very nice hotel. Well placed, quiet and what a view from the room ! Amazing sunsets from Imerovigli. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, they will help you for anything you need, from activities to car/atv rental. The breakfast is varied and served in the private terrace every morning, which is a great point with such a view. The perfect place for wonderful holidays. I would highly recommend.

Our room was a bit outdated - furniture and features lacking comparatively. They shut the hot tub off at 1030pm, something we have never experienced at another place before. It also was not very hot. That being said, a la carte breakfast was superb in both variety and quality. Two pools were in fantastic shape. Staff members extremely kind and friendly. Some of the best views of Santorini sunsets on the whole island.

Galaxy suites is amazing. The staff was super accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and brought to you each morning. The view is breathtaking and the sunsets were just as good as they are from Oia.

Beautiful place with beautiful views. Great staff that also helped us with tours. We only wish we would have stayed longer.

The overall stay was good. We enjoyed the hotel and infinity pool. Room cleaning service could be improved, our bedsheets weren't changed even once during our 4-night stay, also cleaner didn't give us new toilet paper when the old was gone, which was rather unusual. Otherwise, the food and breakfasts were decent. Every room has a jacuzzi or a swimming pool but be prepared that the jacuzzi is not working after 9 o clock or something like that. Again, very odd since who would have wanted to use a jacuzzi at 36 degrees... But the hotel staff was nice enough to turn it on for us after request.

Lovely property and layout with beautiful views! Highly recommend for your stay in Santorini. The views from Immerovigli in my opinion are the best on the island. The staff was wonderful, very kind and accommodating.

My wife and I stayed at Galaxy Suites for our honeymoon a few months ago and it was the most amazing place we have ever stayed! The hotel reall is a hidden gem in Santorini and has the best views of the sunset (better than Oia). The breakfast every morning is 5 stars. The whole staff provides excellent service as well as the manager Nikos who went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. The owners wife was always around and she always made sure we were enjoying our stay. We had one of the beat rooms at the hotel and the atmosphere made everything perfect. Thank you again Nikos and team for everything - we will be back!

The best resort!!! Super clean! The cleaning service was excellent- they gave you extra of everything, the breakfast was delicious and always on time, the views were perfect and our room was fabulous. Nikos was the best manager ever, very kind and helpful. What a perfect time in Santorini!!!!!!

Probably the best 2 pools in Santorini, including an infinity pool with beds hanging over the water, which anyone can use. Plenty of other seating as well. Views are spectacular. Bar and food is good. Rooms are nice, with balcony heated jacuzzi or pool. Showers are poorly designed and allow water to get everywhere, but they were fine. Rooms above average overall. Breakfast portions large and above average, delivered each morning to your room. Location is also excellent. The best restaurant nearby was called The Aegean. Nice Gelato place nearby called Confetti. Would stay here again.

Fabulous location to completely chill and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of Thira and Oia,,,great breakfast every morning.

It was a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for the sunset and sunrise (other side of the hotel). The staff were awesome, especially Niko who was very helpful, He helped us get a sailing tour last minute notice. Breakfast was plentiful! The villa was big with 4 bathrooms. Wish we could’ve stayed longer

Amazing views and location.

The hotel and the view were amazing. The staff were welcoming and helpful. A great breakfast delivered to our private terrace each morning to take in the spectacular surroundings set the tone for the day. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to highly recommend.

The hotel location is nice and quiet. You have to walk a little to get to the next town which has more shops, restaurants, etc., but its not bad at all.The room had its own hot tub outside and though we wished it had more privacy, it was very nice. Breakfast was preordered the night before on a card that you turn in to reception, and it was brought to our room every morning, so the service was great. We had a room next to us that was vacant for our entire stay and we could tell it was larger, so we wished we wouldve been offered an upgrade. Our room was fine though, facing the sea, up on a cliff, breakfast delivered, hot tub outside, table and two chairs and two beanbag type loungers that were pretty comfortable to lay on in the sun. We were directly behind the pool which had about 8 of those lounge chairs as well with a nice view overlooking the caldera/old volcano and the sea. Rental cars are easy to acquire with the help of the hotel staff, or just a very short walk to a rental agency.

My husband and I visited Oia (known for best sunset views) to watch sunset, only to realise we had the best view from our room. Not only was our room romantically comfortable we also had the luxury of taking in the breathtakingly views from our hottub which was on our balcony. Our room was clean and amenities sufficient. Breakfast was served on our balcony which was very tasteful and plentiful. The staff were very helpful, friendly and catered for all our needs Will definitely stay here again!!! We stayed here recently for 4 nights. The hotel was in a relatively good location which was close to Thira centre. The views of the caldera were breathtaking. We virtually had the pool to ourselves most of the time and would watch the sunset each night. Very beautiful. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite with ocean views and a jet tub. The room was nice however the floors could have done with better cleaning. The lighting of the room was dim and would have been better if the lamps around were working. The hot tub was great and views from our room were stunning. There is no designated breakfast area so you end up having breakfast in your room or on the balcony. Breakfast was nice however the restaurant upstairs was average. The hotel is not recommended for anyone who does not like taking the stairs! There are heaps of steps to and from the rooms in and out of the hotel. You do get used to it though. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Recommended!
