Great help at front desk after our bit of a wait for a supervisor to assist the employee that was trying to check us in. After that it was a great stay very comfortable.

Pool was closed. Came here with 2 kids and paid extra for the pool and now we dont have one. Booked a double bed and were told they overbooked so all they had were king suites. The hide a bed was very uncomfortable.

Very clean also maintenance was very helpful. Key to room failed several times. Faucet in tub really loose and sink very, very slow to drain. Toilet was very dirty on the outside. Breakfast had no variety offered from day to day….laundry facilities for visitors hadn’t worked in over a year

The shuttle service. Wow. Yikes. Bad. We had a delayed flight that caused us to miss our connection and ended up in Dallas over night. Needed a hotel with a shuttle becuase obviously we didnt plan to be in Dallas and didnt have transportation. Arrived at 11pm and called the hotel as soon as we were off the flight. Spoke with someone and all seemed well. Waited 45mins. No shuttle. Call backband was rudely told well obviously we are busy it will probably be another 90mins for a shuttle. Couldnt cancel that last minute with a refund and had a 7am flight out so ended up paying $45 for an uber to the hotel. Arrived to find the shuttle in front of the hotel with someone SLEEPING in the drivers seat. Dont be like us. Save yourself the hassle and pay a few more bucks up front for a hotel that will actually pick you up! The AM shuttle driver was great--prompt, polite efficient

We called for the shuttle from the airport as soon as we landed they said no worry on our way, then 30 mins later we called back (18 times before they answered) then we were told sorry we are super busy it will be another hour and a half before the shuttle can come. We contacted Hotels.com to see what they would do for us and they tried to contact the hotel several times before they came back and told us they couldn’t get the hotel to answer either so we could request a refund from the corporate side the next day. We had a short stay it was already going to be only a 6 hour nap at the hotel before needing to get back to the airport, another hotel driver service offered us a ride but it cost us $80 to get everyone to the hotel. Then once we got there the check in was extremely slow and the shuttle driver was napping in the parking lot, the check in guy Alex said well we are busy and the shuttle runs every hour on the hour. So we got 3 hours of sleep and

Staff was excellent, and room clean. However, the airport shuttle is a serious fail. We waited 90 minutes for the free airport shuttle and when it finally showed up, it was already full. Driver promised to be back in 30 minutes but at that point we chose to Uber. So, do NOT count on the “free airport shuttle”. They either need a bigger shuttle or more shuttles.

The Hotel is clean and makes a great presentation at Checkin. The rooms are large (we had 2 beds) and a lot of room. Beds are hard but linens were very nice.
Breakfast was very good. AC is amazing. Indoor pool is very nice and clean. Everything was nice but the beds are not comfortable at all in our room.

Staff and check in guys were quick and friendly. Front lobby was nice and inviting.
The room however, had a mix of new things trying to look updated, but also old furniture falling apart.

The beds were very comfy, nice size rooms. We could also fit a travel cot in the room. Decent hot and cold breakfast items including sausage, eggs, cereal, fruit and more. (Biscuits you could play tennis with though)
Rooms were soundproof, we only heard people when we were in the hall
Pool was a decent size, went up to 5 feet and was clean on arrival

Door jam had missing screws, falling apart and looked like someone tried to break in before. I did not feel unsafe though in the area or hotel.
The AC was on 60, when we tried to turn it up it smelled like it was going to catch fire immediately.
Would I book again? Yes for the price and location.

Stayed for 6 nights. I had to get a new room card each time I needed to go to my room. It was extremely inconvenient and beyond frustrating!!
All they did was apologize to the point I was tired of hearing I’m sorry instead of fixing the issue.
I didn’t get the chance to speak with a manager because they’re off on the weekends and my flight left early Monday.
I will not be going back.

The property seemed to be well kept and the entry way was clean and orderly. Hallways and elevator seemed to be pretty warm and musty, one a/c unit in our hallway was all that was working. Staff had the opposite end a/c unplugged and a blower fan running try to circulate some air around. Our room a/c worked very well and was comfortable. The room could have been vacuumed a little better and the bed comforter had stains on it. The bathtub bottom also had dark stains in it as well. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and would stay again if needed in the future.

It was a hotel we would love to stay at again. It was just the right amount of distance from so many things and staff was great. Very clean as well.

One night stay. On positive side, friendly staff, lemon water in lobby a nice touch and breakfast was pretty good. On negative side, a/c was very loud, not much parking available, bed was way too hard for me, and smell in elevator was overwhelming after it was cleaned (I assume).
