The suite was clean and very comfortable.

The only ice machine was broken so we had no ice in September when a cold drink would have been welcome.

The service and the breakfast set-up was very good.

The appearance was very old and needs updated. The carpet was very old and needs to be replaced. The tub also has to be replaced due to broken grab bar and made it unsafe and the refrigerator was not working the freezer was working very well.

Good location

The first room I was in smelled like urine . But the staff did move me the next day to a different room . But my bags stayed with the stench of urine . But I was so exhausted from my dive out I put up with it the first night . The second day I couldn’t handle the stench so I asked the front desk and they moved me right away. The staff was very courteous.

David was awesome he greeted us at the front desk and made sure that we finally got taken care of along with the help of Elmosia

The house keeping was awful ! We were booked for fifteen days and our bed sheets were only changed once in twelve days there was pee on the bottom of the toilet that was there from the first day we moved in and still there when they moved us to a new room ! And they finally moved us to a new room also we had to constantly have our room card updated every two days also the general manager absolutely did nothing to help she actually ignored our situation and said she knew nothing about even though she had said she got an email at ten o’clock the night before from the Asst Manager! We told her that we were looking into checking out and going to another hotel for better service and we felt the only reason she asked to speak to us was because we told the Asst Manager the she ignored us and just wanted to sweep everything under the table !

This was our second time staying here. We love this place. Small and cozy. Great amenities. Staff is very friendly, personable, and professional.
