It was better than expected! The room was more like a studio apartment with a separate bedroom and living area, whic consisted of a couch, sink, 2 burner stove, oven, microwave, small refrigerator, and dishes silverware and pots and pans. We had a corner room on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view of the city. Breakfast was quite adequate, cosisting of cereal, fruit, yogurt, various cheeses and coldcuts, scrambled eggs, and bread and rolls with a toaster. The only real complaint we had was the shower, which was in a small bathtub with a high side to climb in and out of, and the tub was very slippery.

Hotel location is good, staff very nice and willing to help. Breakfast quite balance. Room clean and comfortable. The only negative observation is the bath top, extremely small and dangerous, it is slippery and high too reach.

The hotel is in a good location if you can find it. It was definitely hard to find in the dark the forst time we arrived, but it is close to the sites. The wifi was awful. About 80% of the time, the wifi connection wasnt even giving us a signal. The breakfast was below average with just a boxed lunch.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Also the room is very spacious. Free breakfast was also good. Breads, scrambled eggs, orange juice and fruits were enought to start an energetic day.

The cart of the hotel is not working and they don’t have a helper to carry your luggage. The hot water came out in brown color, had just one shampoo tube and one piece of soap. The AC was OK but the auto mode didn’t make the fan to stop when the temperature was cool enough. Clean and comfortable room and good care of the COVID 19 rules. The breakfast is properly located inside of the refrigerator.

Great downtown location very close to the subway station Moneda and to many other means of public transportation. Also lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Right in the heart of the city, this hotel was the perfect spot for getting anywhere. The staff was very attentive and helpful and the breakfast was delicious! Taxis, subway or busses were nearby as was a full supermarket which was helpful as we had a kitchen in our room. Also lots of sights were walkable. I highly recommend RQ for you, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Even though they have rooms available staff makes you wait until 3pm for check in. They may save a few dollars in utilities but makes the tired customer very upset. I was for check in at 10am I understood, very early, but i came back around 2pm and still had to wait. I have traveled a lot and most of the hotels let's you check in earlier knowing you are tired .

The location is excellent. There are two metal front gates with security guards, next to government building. The place is safe. Breakfast is good with fruits, cereals, breads etc. Location is excellent and convenient,next to metro.

Room with fully equipped kitchen was spacious and modern. Location is very central within walking distance of many sights. Good WiFi and breakfast buffet was plentiful.

The pool was not open until December however we had not been made aware of that before arriving and it was the main reason we chose to stay at this hotel. The bathroom floor also had lots of hairs over it, although the rest of the room seemed clean enough. We also found a hair in the fresh chopped fruit at breakfast which was off putting to say the least. Overall a bit of a disappointing experience.

The hotel was in a great location. We were not aware that we could buy passes for the Hop on shop off bus at the hotel. We wasted so much time looking for the stops! The hotel was good. Breakfast was great. The room was well used and very tiny. The bathroom fixtures(tap) were all loose. Shower was dangerous to get in and out of. Wifi not very reliable

Located behind the main road in a square area. This area is locked up at night so best ask about entry if out at night. We managed to get into the square via another hotel. Amazing views if on the upper floor. Very good breakfast

Lucky to find a spacious self contained service apartment with breakfast so close to Metro. Apartment was cleaned on daily basis but usually after having to request the chamber maid despite leaving the request notice on the door.

Our overall experience with the RQ SANTIAGO hotel and it´s staff was excellent.!

Central location. Just few mints walk to metro. Supermarket money change and airport bus stop. Front desk ms Monica speak very good English. Big help for me. I cant speak spanish.free bfast is more than expect.room with kitchen and great view of Santiago city. However bath room is very small.

Not many of their staff speak English, only 1 side table and chair in the room, have to ask for the cups for tooth brush, housekeeping done as late as 5.30 pm. No bath mat provided, not safe when take shower in tub. The breakfast provided was better than expectation.

First time here and I will be back this coming October. It have become my favorite hotel in Santiago.... A lady in the breakfast area a bit rude, other than that GOOD STAY

Excellent location: metro and bus stop less than 50 meters away; La Moneda is within 2 blocks; bank next door; and 2 grocery stores less than 10 meters walk. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were provided with good sack lunch when we had to join our tours too early for breakfast.
