1. There are 3 wifi. Floor 1, floor 2 and reception. The latter 2 worked, but the first one doesn’t work at all. Reported to the staff, but problem cannot be solved during my stay. 2. The hot water and cold water are tricky. There are 2 valves under the basin and it took me a while to figure it out 3. Some stains on the pillow cover.

Location, breakfast available was a bonus, comfy beds, amazing friendly helpful staff

Staff were superb, room was very comfortable, breakfast very good. Location very good with lots of restaurants nearby and the metro 5 minutes walk to get anywhere around he city, left early twice to do tours and the staff prepared a breakfast bag without me even asking and also made me a coffee one of the mornings at 5.30 am. Great touch

Staff were very nice and helpful. The location is good, and tgere are plenty of restaurants nearby, even on a Sunday you can find somewhere to eat.

The hotel is a bit tired, I wouldn't really call it a "boutique" hotel.

The gardens and courtyard were nice as was the neighborhood feel with a few restaurants and shops. Room was a good size with shelves for luggage and other stuff to be placed. The breakfast was more than sufficient with breads, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, meats, eggs, coffee… Luggage storage upon arrival and departure days. Very friendly staff even with OUR poor Spanish language skills…they were very patient with us.

Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Santiago. Stayed in the Superior room and found everything to be good. Bed was very comfortable. It’s a wonderful fairly quiet neighbourhood with easy access to metro. Hosts are very friendly.

We could check in earlier than official hours because the room was ready. It was excellent for us as we just came from Europe and had jet lag. The WiFi is good, the breakfast as well. The room had a fridge and a safe box. Beds comfortable and bathroom with bathtub. We were in the green room. Close to the metro station Montt but in a quiet street. Nice staff.

The hotel could not be in a better location to see Santiago. Great restaurants within 100 yards. the breakfast was good. Staff were great. good value for money.

No shower curtain and the water got all over the bathroom.

Great location, in a charming small street full of cafes. Room quite spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom shower head did not function properly, I had to struggle a bit to get it fixed during shower. Water splash everywhere, informed staff and hopefully it can be taken care of. Otherwise it can be a pain taking shower in that room.
