Staff were friendly and helpful. They assigned parking spots without taking license plates. However, there were no signs indicating such in the Parking Lot which was challenging when another guest takes your spot and was full at night.

“The Superior room is spacious enough for a family of four. However, our room had a malfunctioning toilet flush and the TV remote was missing batteries. Despite having a secured car park next to the hotel with six visible free spaces, the reception staff falsely claimed it was full, even though it was only 16:30 and guests were out for dinner. The next morning, four spaces were still available. After a long drive from Lyon with tired kids, this was incredibly frustrating. We won’t be booking here again.”

Great hotel for an overnight stop on the drive back to the UK. Easy access and parking and short walk into the town centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for Reims centre. Only slight issue was breakfast on Saturday at 0930 was very busy, we had to wait until a table became free and the buffet was pretty sparse.

Overall was great! Good Location, new decor, comfy bed, gerät amenities.
However, when we wanted to take a bath at night , we found that the bathtub valve didn’t work and couldn’t release water. We can’t enjoy a hot bath after a long day. As it was Sunday, no one can fix it but the Concierge boy really helpful to offer a room for us, although we haven’t take that, we appreciated his effort.

Excellent stay! We had interconnecting rooms for our family of 5. Best WiFi we ever had in a hotel (kept kids happy), TV allowed screen casting (which kept kids even more happy since they could watch their own movies), rooms had separator screens (again much appreciated by kids to give them a bit of privacy) and service was excellent too! Room keeping very considerate and polite, reception staff efficient and helpful, breakfast busy but well managed.
Location very handy with a 10 minute stroll to the pedestrian area and restaurants. Car parking a few metres away from the hotel in a garage. Can’t fault this hotel, really enjoyed our 3 night stay!

The toilets were too small and had to fit or even turn inside. The worst part was they were separated from the shower which was a horrible experience.
The toilet was smaller than an aeroplane toilet who wants this experience on a holiday.

Visited at Novotel Reims for 2-nights with my adult-son on our way to Verdun. Clean, quiet hotel, good service, bar on premises. Walking to cathedral, and to Mumm Champagne tasting. Many dining options in center of town—all walkable. 3 blocks from Reims Gare (downtown—we arriving at Champagne-Ardenne TGV and did taxi). Would be happy to stay again!

This is the worst hotel experience I ever had. The location is not near town. the room is so dirty and the capat is sticky. the bed so hard to sleep that I can even sleep. I suggest you dont stay in this hotel at all and it gave me a terrible impressions about Novertal.

Hotel was nice and in a good location to explore Reims.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of food.

Midweek stay for couple with 2 teenage children en route travelling from Calais to the South of France. Hotel is easy to get to, covered parking 2 minutes away and centre of Reims about a 20 minute walk. Family room was clean and spacious. Hotel was quiet and downstairs bar area well presented. Staff very helpful. Recommended.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we made the correct choice. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, and the facility, including our room, was clean and pleasant. I was happy to have secured parking, and the breakfast was superb. I wish the complimentary breakfasts in the US were as varied and extensive. Overall, we would unequivocally recommend this hotel to all.

Great location and room for three. The internet connection in our room, 125 was horrible. There needs to be an extender places in that corner of the hallway.

Odd hotel which I wanted to like but with some very strange choices. Overall not a bad stay but far from great.
Room is large and can be partitioned, but calling it a suite is overselling it a lot. At least it is possible to move furniture around in order to use the divider. Bath modules are odd but workable. Kitchen module has microwave and a weak fridge. External soundproofing is good. Food in reception vastly overpriced (€15 for a frozen pizza). Location next to train station and walking distance to city center.

The location was convenient. They had soups and other foods for purchase in the lobby to heat in the room, so we didn’t have to find a restaurant on a Sunday night. The property is also soundproof enough that we couldn’t hear the construction next door

The hotel was within easy walking distance of the centre of Reims which was great for eating out in the evening and exploring the shopping area.
Plenty of parking near by but I would have been happier if I had reserved a space in the hotel car park as I felt that the security would have been better. By the time we arrived it was full, so my advice would be to book it in good time

It felt like a holiday inn on the wrong side of the tracks. I loved Reims so much and next time will look for a hotel that is in the immediate vicinity of the downtown. Walking over to the neighborhood where this hotel is located was a downer every time. And they really need to include breakfast. We eschewed the 15 euro breakfast and walked over the tracks to a cute cafe that had MUCH better atmosphere.

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly! Breakfast at the hotel was outstanding. Loves the large selection of food and beverages available for purchase in the lobby. Facility was clean and an easy walk to the train station and the rest of the town.

great location. Breakfast was excellent, Staff very good. Carpet a little worn and dirty looking, but the rest of the room quite comfortable and well-kept. Don't miss the little museum down the street commemorating the surrender of the Germans in WWII
