We absolutely loved our stay at La Pergola. The location was amazing and quiet. The hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. What we appreciated most about the property were the little amenities such as the pool, breakfast, and the shuttle to downtown Sorrento in the afternoons. Highly recommend.

It was a very nice stay. Very clean and friendly! The pool was extremely nice and the breakfast was very good! Overall would recommend this hotel for anyone in the sorrento area as it’s super convenient to get to anywhere in the city!

Having stayed at a few “4 star” hotels in Sorrento, this one is at the bottom of those. The main reason is we booked our rooms for 1 night because we were staying in town a little longer than planned. So all we really cared about was getting a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, none of us got any sleep. This was a very loud hotel, but not because of parting or anything, but because of the hotel itself. All night we could here doors in the hall, doors in neighboring bathrooms, doors above us… our own doors were very loud opening and closing… toilets are very loud flushing… So all night it was slamming and flushing to a point where we each would wake up startled by it. Everything else was fine, but when the main point of a hotel is to have a place to sleep, and we didn’t get sleep, then it’s not a great experience. I’d suggest paying a little more for one of the bigger hotels near the water or main square. The nights before we paid a little more and got rooms more than twice the size that were very quiet and had more immediate access to everything in town. If you REALLY need a place to stay and this is your budget, it’s fine. It was clean and the front desk person was nice. But I’m glad we only stayed one night because it was a hard bed with slamming and flushing all night.

Lovely hotel very clean and modern. Good location in walkable distance to the shops and restaurants but as other reviews have mentioned the shuttle service into Sorrento between 6-11 was excellent and pick up from the centre was on time for coming back to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with booking trips.

The room and reception and pool area were clean but safe , door locks and toilet not working properly in the room
The bed was very bad and old and makes too much noise but sheets are very clean
Breakfast table very small and the gentleman working there and also working in reception is kind of rude.
The hotel is a bit far from everywhere but there is a shuttle and a very nice lady driving people around from evening

Hotel was modern and clean. A bit of a walk to the centre of sorrento to bar/restaurant district but the hotel offer a great FREE shuttle service from 6-11pm which was very handy. The pool area was average, did not spend a lot of time there, but the service from staff; especially the man who did the breakfast service was 100% amazing.

Our overall stay was satisfying. The staff was helpful and nice and provided a shuttle to town each night. The place was clean and the pool refreshing and kept well cleaned. What we didn't like was the address was confusing and Hotels.com has it listed wrong. Also, I would not stay on the first floor near the front desk again, it was very noisy with thin doors and you can heard everything if your a light sleeper. Rent a scooter, its worth it!

It was a nice little hotel, albeit a little bit away from Sorrento Town centre. That being said there are lovely views of the bay 5 mins walk away. The pool was ok but there needs to be more sun beds available. The rocking chairs are just not the same.

Not luxurious but very comfortable- met our needs perfectly. Great base for exploring the area and taking it easy on site. Free shuttle bus to town was a bonus. Lovely breakfasts and great value.

This is a very nice hotel just outside Sorrento about 30 minutes gentle walk through the tree lined back streets. The staff are delightful. As a base this is a good option so long as you don't mind a walk. There is a station 15 minutes walk away, Sant'Agnello, perfect for Pompei, Herculaneum and Naples.

We didn't realize this hotel was about a 20min walk from downtown Sorrento. There was a shuttle but it wasn't that frequent and could only hold 7 people at a time so around dinner you had to wait for a few trips. When we arrived the power was out and they didn't mention it so we didn't know if it was just our room or the hotel. Luckily they were able to fix it by the time we returned before dinner. The room was nice but we were on the first floor and had the window open so around 5am I heard people working outside. The roof top lounge area was very nice and breakfast was good.

The sat nav took us down some really tiny streets that we weren't confident going down in the car but apart from that it was brilliant. Friendly staff and great sized room.

La Pergola is a comfortable hotel on a quiet street on the edge of Sorrento, close enough to be able to walk into town. Hotel offers a shuttle car service into town in the evenings so we often took this in, had dinner and then walked back to the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are kept very clean and are comfortable. The pool was open 9 till 7 whilst we were there and was a great place to swim, play or just cool down at the end of a days sightseeing. There was a good range of food on offer for breakfast.

15 minutes walk to bus station along a busy road which is not ideal, but it is very quiet at the hotel.staff are excellent and friendly. very clean. included buffet breakfast is ok, no more.

A lovely friendly hotel situated 20 minute walk away from Sorrento town centre. Staff were all very helpful & polite. Pool small but enjoyable. Breakfast was superb & well-organised. A great place to stay.
