Fabulous 3 bedroomed apartment. Comfortable, clean and spacious

Wasn't placed in the apartment we were told we would be in. Was told we would be in millenium tower and directed there for our stay and it looked lovely on the quays and with balconies. However, on arrival we then had a 20 minute farce being directed somewhere else and having to wait for someone. The room we were given was in a twin set of blocks set farther back from the quays, no balcony as requested, no communication we wouldn't be getting. The room itself was ok however most pictures were on the verge of falling off the wall, a questionable stain on the sofa, all the fire alarms were questionable, poor lighting in the bathroom, lack of suitably lit mirrors for makeup application, the bed made a clunk, knock or creak with any slight movement

This is a good place to live. The layout is good and spacious. All the surroundings is clean and tidy. The reservation team is good and responsive instantly. Overall is wonderful

Reservation team is good they provide instant support and advice. They can flexible to handle my issues. Hamad and his team are nice and professional.

Really not what I was expecting

The apartment was by a building site & there was lots of noise from the city all night. Communication was a bit confusing and the address was changed last minute (different one sent via email, then text). I probably wouldn’t stay in the area again as it was too noisy. One night of parking was £14.

Very basic apartment but good views! WiFi router in flat but didn’t work so no internet had to use phone hot spot

I like the quay view and the kitchen supplies given. Very quick response, and very friendly responses from the workers

Layout and facilities of apartment was very helpful. Little extras to make our stay easier very positive. Great views of Salford area through super lounge windows. For the Quays and Media city very close plus good tram to reach centre Manchester.

Really friendly staff, who were happy to wait for our late arrival. Kindly kept a space in the garage for us. Only improvement needed and stopping me give 5* is that only 1 lift working and being on 24th floor, meant lengthy waits at times.

Apartment was clean, spacious and airy. Check in was simple and efficient, helped by the fact I’d stayed there before. Little attention to details would make it perfect - no wine glasses, salt and pepper would be a nice touch, someone to go round with a screw driver to sort loose drawer handles and toilet roll holder. Minor details, easy to fix.

The Dining table was ever so small, carpet in the bedroom was dirty and the throw on the bed was and looked dirty aver all I think they shouldn’t have a throw on the bed it looks very unhygienic.

I booked to stay at 250 The Quays but ended up being put in another property, again. I believe I was mis-sold. They comp’d my parking and late check out but I’d specifically chosen 250 as it is quieter with less people using the lifts. I’d also hoped to get a balcony, and paid for a one bedroom rather than a studio, although I recognise this was not guaranteed. I regularly stay in Manchester so knew what I was doing, could have stayed in Michigan Towers for less through another company.

Checking in is a bit of a faff. There is no reception. You need to call when you arrive. Not always a quick answer. I ended up calling 3 times before I got clarity of where to meet the representative to get booked in. Was told there was parking but then was not available on arrival. Had to park in an NCP car-park further away than i would have liked. Bloody expensive as with all NCP. Once booked in the chap I met was helpful. The Apartment was clean tidy and adequately equipped all be it a bit minimalist.

Good Apartment however an additional £14 per night to park was a shock..... no oven gloves or tea towels made cooking and washing up.a.bit tricky

It took 45 minutes to get us checked in, there was no parking (we weren’t told this in person but it was unhelpfully pointed out that we were told in an email) it wasn’t until we’d driven all around Manchester that we were told to park at the Lowry outlet shopping centre. Due to the long amount of time taking to check in we nearly missed our table at the Lowry. When we finally did get to the Lowry we had just 30 mins to have our afternoon tea ( we needed to be somewhere else) We rang at 11.15 to find out where we could park, the receptionist directed us to a road and asked us to wait for someone to come and get us. We waited 25 mins! Not happy with check in at all. We were very close to missing out pre paid meal at the Lowry which made for a very stressful trip. We also had to pay an additional £16 to park in the shopping centre. The original plan was to park and walk to the Lowry. Because we were so late I had to drive there meaning I was unable to drink the gin that was part of the afternoon tea experience we had booked.

Private and quiet

The owners were extremely unprofessional and more interested in grabbing your money. The initial agreement was to refund our deposit within a few days; that changed when they received the money and the date of refund was no longer known. It is obvious that this business can’t be sustainable

Was a good location, we stayed here for my daughters graduation and it was very convenient for us.

Brand new, modern apartment. Was initially directed to the wrong address (250, Salford Quays) and had to phone for instructions. No check-in in or reception at property.

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable,but a few missing amenities.. no teatowel, no washing powder, no wine glasses. Pillows were really flat and no extra pillows. There is a hairdryer, tv, fridge, cooking facilities that were great. All over it was a great stay.

This is not an apart-hotel and not 4* I should have read the small print re 10pm check in and no front desk. Lesson learned. Spacious newish build, but battered and grubby...seen a lot of parties methinks

Dont stay hete unless you ask for oarking. The "greeter" employed to meet us tld us to pi ark neat the property but neglected to inform if the parking fine we got! Avoid at all costs

The check in and check out system is very shady and inconvenient but the man did always answer the phone within a couple of rings and when we got to the room to find no wine glasses they did bring some up within 10 minutes. There was a big crack in the floor to ceiling window and the chairs were shabby and peeling but the bedrooms and bathrooms were furnished to an excellent standard and very clean and comfortable. Was not happy about having to write down my credit card details on paper to cover any damages. Wasn't bad, but will stay in a good old fashioned hotel room next time next time.

Was well worth it for the price of £65 per night. The walls could do with a repaint tho, the kettle was minging it had a lot of black limescale inside it. So it didn't get used. Everything else was upto scratch the bedroom was really nice n cosy bed. Bathroom was nice. And free wifi was a plus. Outstanding views especially at night on balcony. Would recommend to anyone.

Parking was almost 18 pound a day which wasn't advertised anywhere and wasn't told to me when they asked for credit card details to pay it. Apart from the the apartment was great.

Self service apartments in newish suburb of Manchester. Good links to central city and easy access to supermarkets/ eating establishments in the area. We actually paid for a studio apartment but ended up being placed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Great size rooms, clean and well maintained accommodation. Definitely worth the stay... will definitely book again when we're back up there.

Great apartments. Well maintained and clean! The guys who dealt with the booking were fantastic even meeting us with the keys AND helping us up the stairs with the shopping!!!! My only "moan" if you like - was simple things like....there needs to be more glasses, plates and bowls. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people. there were only 3 plates and bowls and only 4 glasses -this meant continuously washing things. In addition little things like we needed dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid---simple things really that would have taken the hassle out of things - but overall great value and nice apartment, great staff and very clean! I would stay there again for sure! Only other thing, parking is not free its is £9.50 per day -but other than them little moans IT WAS GREAT!!! Keep up the good work guys!!
