Perfect hotel for Olbia.

Beautiful hotel with great breakfast buffet. Nice sunsets viewing from the rooftop.

We were in Olbia to watch the F1 H20 powerboat races and this was the perfect hotel location. We could see the race pit area from our balcony. A block from the main street full of great restaurants, shopping and of course gelato!! The room we booked was the suite and it was very spacious with a seperate bedroom, two balconies and a large bathroom. Staff were great and the lobby bar was wonderful. Would definately book again

An historic building close to everything in the old town of Olbia. Everything about the hotel except the breakfast was great. The breakfast was substandard with poor quality products such as juice, coffee, etc.

Excellent hotel with some beautiful artworks. I am unsure if they depicted the French Revolution or an Italian scene, non the less, very historical and add class to the prestine marble floors. Breakfast is a selection of everything anyone could ever desire, sweet succulent fresh fruit, medjool dates, prunes and a good selection of other dried fruits. Lots of various cerials along with scrambled eggs, local sausages and bacon. A selection of charcuterie and cheese 🧀 and lovely selection of breads and pastries. Fresh fruit juices and a range of coffee's and teas for every palate. My room was furnished very eloquently and the power shower 🚿 was fantastic. An outside balcony overlooked a view to the harbour and main thoroughfare into the town. Staff are exceptionally polite and very customer service orientated. Differently 10/10

This hotel is well maintained. The lobby area, brekfast and reception work well. The hotel is located in city center, close to restaurants, port. Parking places close to the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, but internet is not working at all, complained few times with no resolution, the front desk doesn’t speak English at night and won’t pick up calls , also I was over charged and I emailed the hotel to talk to a manager and get the bill and still no one has contacted me

The Property was well located we only needed to spend one night as we were leaving for the airport the next day and airport exit is close by and airport is 10 min away making it an easy departure. Hotel is well located to go into the centre and go shopping and go to restaurants and they have a parking lot next to the hotel and they do not charge to park your car which was nice . Breakfast was included in the stay and was a very nice breakfast. Room was very spacious and clean and a nice big bathroom .

Great location to the main tourist spot and only 5 minutes away from the airprt

This was our 3rd stay at the Grand Hotel President. We love it for all the same reasons each time we stay. The location is in a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and the sea view. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet is far above expectation .

The location is awesome and the views from the balconies were stunning. Extremely clean hotel!

Loved it

I am widely travelled and there is nothing I could fault at this hotel. It provides proper old fashioned service. I booked a single room and was upgraded to a large double with balcony and beautiful view to the ferris wheel and sea. The room was in excellent condition, chandelier lighting, minibar, modern bathroom with hairdryer, toiletries and fluffy towels. Breakfast was fabulous with everything you could possibly want. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect only a 3 minute walk to the main dining, shopping street.

The best place to stay is in Olbia. It is close to the Corso Umberto, the central street of Olbia. The Panoramic view from the terrasse (6th floor) is great.

This was a great hotel, the decor the close location to the restaurants and the staff we all first class. I especially enjoyed the breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the room was quiet and fairly well equipped. Breakfast was great and there was plenty of choice. As others have mentioned the car park was small but we managed to get a space in there every day (getting back at around 5-6pm). I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great place and great location. Please fix the Wi-Fi. It’s been in a bunch of reviews and as soon as I got here I’ve had issues with it other than that all is solid.

I could not check into the property because my flight was cancelled and there were no more flights for me to arrive on the day of the booking. I have been provided no refund despite providing the details to the airport. They advised me to contact my service provider

Very comfortable hotel, close to the central parts. Still you can't take your own breakfast which is a little disturbing The hotel does not have ironing board, however they can do it but they will charge you. Some noice from the elevators during night. Minor remarks but not expected at this class of hotel

Value for money off the charts! The hotel is ideally located near the touristic part of Olbia but easily accessible. Free parking, good breakfast (lot of variety, eggs/bacon), staff super friendly and helpful.. Don’t hesitate and go!
