Nice stay, kids playarea and jacuzzi was the best. Clean big room, breakfast was amazing.

We had amazing time, staff was great. But pool was to cold. Kidsclub was amazing.

Disappointing experience. In End of February - Outdoor pool and holiday village are closed. If we have to use indoor pool, we need to pay ! (20€ per person for an hour !) Usage of games is also paid activity . Halfboard or fullboard is not inclusive of drinks (no juice or soda) . Basically, we just had to content with a reasonably ok room , (pretty spacious , good beds, awesome views from balcony) . Rest everything .... just Meh . And these details i mentioned are not mentioned while booking via Hotels.com .....

We are impressed with the dining options and cleanliness of the property. It would have attract more guests if you provide indoor pool in winter.

The reception is amazing, great for pictures. All the staffs are extremely friendly. The recreation for kids and adults is good, but could improve with more options all day. The food is ok, the dessert area have a lot options, but everything taste the same. In general was great. My son had the best time of his life. We are count the days to be back next year.

The overall stay was good but not what we maybe expected when we ordered. What we did not notice when we did the order through Hotels.com was that the hotel was aimed for all inclusive stays. Our family was one of the few families without the all inclusive. Nothing bad about that but we maybe did not expect the normal family noise you get in these kind of hotels. Also tge price of food gets expensive. A lunch for us was 30€/person so we did not eat at the hotel. Hotel is very nice, but it is not located at the sea. From the review when selecting the hotel we could expect much closer. Nowhere it is stated that a train rund between the hotel and the sea. The train is not noisy but it would explain the access to beach differently. Hotel is located quite far from Benalmadena and Fuengirola centres so one will need a car/taxi/bus to visit any of the centres. We had a car all the time and then the location is good. Rooms are ok, but nothing extraordinary. Hotel is VERY big so there is a lot to explore. Very nice lobbies all over. Pool area is ok with lots of sun all day. View from the hotel is really nice. Overall I would summarise the visit as ok, but most likely we would not choose this hotel again. Then because of the location and the all inclusive focus.

Very family oriented (primarily those with young children), reasonable variety (buffet) for meals however quality is very ordinary.

All was almost perfect. Everything. Just the toilet needs renovated. Besides this really perfect. Great place.

Our stay was amazing! The resort is remote but there are cabs which are easily ordered at reception which can take you into town. The facilities in the hotels were incredible and the entertainment was some of the best I have seen in a hotel. The fact that you could chose between 3 very different acts each night was great! Our room was also very clean and big with plenty of space for 4 people and there was only 2 of us! Thank you so much for an amazing holiday!

Don’t believe that all that is listed in the description is available at the actual hotel. I.e. we seen that from listing that it had a Lazy River, this was actually located at the beach club a short shuttle away. You can not buy a dingy you have to rent @ €10 €10 deposit each per day for a few hours only. The room was not as modern as we thought from the pictures the Wi-Fi was not working and in our room and staff couldn’t care when reported. We actually thought paying extra for seaview suite with terrace would include at least sun lounges but no it didn’t. The maids would only leave 2 towels on days unless asked to leave 4. The pillows where very uncomfortable only providing 1 long pillow per bed. The pull out bed was uncomfortable for our teenage daughter as she could feel the springs and she is fine made up so not due to weight. The food was nice plenty of choice, the drinks where hidden so you could see what was on offer unless it was the premium drinks which where expensive at €9 each. Bar closed at 12 and lights on all terraces switched off. Public Transport very good and very reasonable between the 2 neighbouring towns. Most of the best night entertainment seemed to be in the holiday resort village. All inclusive didn’t cover food or drink in sister hotels if you wanted to attend the shows. The beach club on Sunday also an extra cost for drinks. Safe in room was a daily charge as well, AI, No, charge where they can

There was something for all young and old

A very big, impressive and spacious hotel with a lot of content for every age. Very clean, friendly staff, great food.

The building is lovely.

The hotel itself was really nice on first impressions however the rooms were full of ants and the patio was filthy, rooms were not cleaned properly. Staff only looking for wrist bands rather then greeting you in the food hall or only friendly to other Spanish people. Definitely not a 4 star. Food absolutely disgusting. Check in was a nightmare with a new starter who could not talk English and location is a steep 15 minute walk down to the beach.

March 2020. The staff were helpful and professional. The accommodation was spacious with an open view from a large terrace. There was only one restaurant available but the breakfast was very good if you like to eat a lot. The indoor pool was not included in the price and charged 10 euro per hour. I chose this apartment/hotel because it stated it had a gym and indoor pool. The gym is very poorly equipped with not even a rower or multi gym. Unfortunately at this time of year little is open on site and the property is not near to supermarkets or restaurants. Fortunately there is a reasonably priced bus service but after plenty of walking we did not relish the very steep climb to get back up to the property. I am sure this is a good place in the summer for families who want to stay put.

We are currently here for 7days. We came in a quiet season (March 2020) for a week, so there isn’t much to do. Seems like everything is shut down because it’s still quiet. The only activities we could do is play in the arcade but it’s an additional cost which sucks. Coming here when it’s quiet, means you should go all-inclusive because there is nothing around in walking distance. You need transportation if you want to go anywhere (UBER works out much cheaper than regular taxis). The all-inclusive option only benefits when it comes to meals but still the options are a bit limited. There is nothing else to do! The spa prices are sooooo ridiculous and definitely it worth the penny. You can’t even access the indoor pool unless you pay €10 an hr (like who does that). So if you are an active person, don’t come here during “Winter”. If you need peace, then it definitely helps you relax because all I did was eat, chill in the jacuzzi and sleep (REPEAT). Summer time here, will most probably be a whole different experience all together. The hotel is big and beautiful to look at and feels like a luxury. Going all-inclusive really didn’t help me. There isn’t the basic tea & coffee in the rooms like normal hotels. The TV in the room only had 5 channels and they were all Spanish which definitely made no sense for me to watch. So entertainment really sucked here. Anything interesting you can do involves spending € when I already invested so much on this holiday. Hotel has great potential.

Helpful staff but it took long time to check in a group. Breakfast was really good, the dinner was only ok. This was low season. Maybe better in the summer ? The rooms were big and good

Hotel was nice was not happy with the food I have stayed there last year the food was much better also was not happy as there was no bus to take us from the hotel to the main Road

The hotel is a bit out of fashion, but the kids loved it with a lot of fun details and the enormous atrium with and aquarium on the first floor. There were birds inside and we felt like living in the jungle. The rooms could use some upgrading. The man in the restaurant by the pool was extremely friendly and polite!

It was huge, 3 hotels in one!! Received no map over the facilities. We had teenagers, I think the hotel was more suitable for younger kids. Lots of activities. We enjoyed playing billiards.

This was a 3 night family get away with all inclusive. As expected, winter season means less facilities however there was enough to keep us entertained. Food was good and with a good selection each meal time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the areas need a little TLC to bring them back up to good standard.
