Second visit. Quick stay for a flight layover

The employees were very nice and helpful especially in the restaurant and bar. The room was good except for the bathroom and the shower was in need of repair. The floor in the shower was loose and coming up.

Very friendly staff and right next to the stadium for a concert but be aware it's a very long walk to the actual stadium entrance. Shuttle service was great and the front desk staff very accommodating. Room was a little loud from traffic but that's to be expected as the location is on a busy crossroads.

My stay at Weenjoy Grand Prix Mexico City was acceptable but not amazing. The room was not very clean, with hair on the counter and in the shower and lint on the desk. The restaurant closes early so if you arrive late you have to venture out for food. Service was great though. The hotel is in a very busy and extremely loud part of the city. That's not the hotel's fault, but it is something to be aware of. My stay was comfortable and gave me a good night's sleep, which I guess is what you really want in a hotel.

The free shuttle never came although one flew past me at 40 miles and hour.

Huge room and great bed, so lots to like here but a few issues around the design which are odd for such a new place. Water came out of the shower unit onto the very smooth floor and created a slip nightmare (Myself I prefer a separate bathroom not this room layout by the way). Also the design of the hotel creates a noise issue because its pretty much "open plan" in layout. Noise spreads all over the hotel. Odd design for an "airport" hotel. And the room doors had a loud slam. Furthermore its in a noisy neighborhood (some building noise throughout the night on our stay). Full marks to the porter who actually spoke some English (a rarity - as typical in Mexico the receptionists didn't) and was very helpful. Close to the airport and good minibus transfer.

The bathroom floor wasn’t seal (the laminated floor were lose and it moved every time I took a shower) the hot water took almos 10 minutes to come out. It’s extremely noise from all the traffic outside.

It is a perfect place when you come to a concert or event in locations near by, the staff is friendly

I stayed here a few hours, arriving late and leaving early. Hotel is located close to the airport and offers transportation to both terminals. Room was clean and comfy. Price was excellent, albeit it was a deal, compared to other hotels around the vicinity.

The hotel is great but the staff they are not friendly. 3 times I asked them to fix the Air condition in the room and they didn’t fix it! The waiter in their restaurant is the same. Very rude!!!

I like the hotel room, it's comfortable, but not the location, there's a lot of noise because it's a traffic area.
The people at the reception are not very friendly and the transport made us wait for almost a hour in the airport.

Very clean. Staff is vert friendly. We took the Shuttle to the airport in the early morning. It is very convenient.

All good overall, a bit noisy and the light sensor in the restroom only lasts a few seconds.

We stayed a few hours before going to the airport. The hotel is very close to the airport. We did have time to enjoy the room but they room had fun lights -optional- and a big tv. The room was spacious and the hotel was located on a main road. We did not explore the outside but it look decent and well lighted. The shuttle runs every fifteen minutes; this I truly liked.

Good hotel near the airport for a sleep before a morning flight. Shuttle took very long from the airport (about 40 minutes wait because of traffic). In the earlymorning, the shuttle was only 10-15 minutes
Ford is very good at thre restaurant and the room was ok, but with a lot ofmodern stuff that makes little practic to use things, for example an automatic light control in the bathroom that disconnects light every minute unless you move. Also the eclectic window blinds opened and closed several times on their own during the night. Overall a good stay, but the room is complicated. Good space though. I don't think i will stay here again just because of the blinds opening/closing on their own. Hotel personal is Betty friendly and helpful though.
