It was a really nice place do stay, but the matress has to be changed. I think that they don´t follow the expiration date and it has a valley on it.
The coffe is good, but so many choices of sweet things. They need to put more options of salty food.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Staff was wonderful, bed was comfortable, plenty of amenities. Walkable to the best restaurants in the city. Corner stores for an service you need. Very charming. Breakfast had a huge variety. The cook was very attentive. High ceilings and a FAN! Big score. Sitting areas, full bar. Nothing negative to say.

Nice location and offered safe entrance. Liked the concept of the hotel. The room was comfortable but very musky. Complimentary water should have been offered even if it was in coffee area so guests can fill own containers. Staff fairly friendly. Overall good spot as long as at fair point value

The hotel presented a visually appealing façade and overall pleasant aesthetics. However, the auditory disturbances from within were a significant drawback. Sounds such as footsteps from the floor above, various moving noises, and the persistent banging of doors on the same and adjacent levels were quite prevalent. Conversations in the hallway and street further compounded the noise issue. The windows failed to provide adequate soundproofing, allowing the intrusive sounds of cars, trucks, garbage collection activities, and, particularly on weekends, the cacophony of street parties, including loud music from cars and party buses, to permeate the room. This made it exceedingly difficult to achieve restful sleep. Additionally, the door had gaps around its frame, allowing hallway light to filter into the room throughout the night. On a positive note, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the cleaning services were commendable.

Staff was so friendly! About 5-10 minute walk from all the bars restaurants and boutiques. Highly recommend Duque for your stay. Unfortunately I didn’t check out their spa which I regret. But the next time I definitely won’t miss it!

El Duque Hotel and Spa is a quiet and serene bubble in a bustling city with people on the constant move. The location is sei in a neighborhood-like environment but is easy walk to Palmero shops and restaurants.
I cannot say enough about the staff. Exceptional, multilingual and knowledgeable about the city. The breakfast was fantastic every single day! The chef-cook was one of the best things I will remember about my 16 day stay.

The staff was friendly, with an unexpected upgrade and flexibility with check out. Unfortunately my last hours I had hoped to use the “spa” rooftop to relax but the sauna wasn’t working and the pool was covered in floating bugs and a mini lizard at the bottom, so wasn’t the experience I hoped for. Room was very clean with magnificent views but the bed isn’t very comfortable. Great location and staff, but a few little disappointments.

This hotel is in an excellent location and you can walk to many different sites to see from here. They are extremely helpful in arranging taxis and excellent in speaking English. They were more than happy to help arranging tickets and making reservations as well as calling and inquiring to places we had questions. The breakfast was excellent and you could order your eggs in several different ways, it was nice having healthy alternatives instead of all pastries. Everyone was very friendly and made you feel welcome I would highly recommend this hotel and would choose to stay here again.

The hotel is in a great area with lots of dining options. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests have the best experience, even going out of their way to accommodate us for breakfast when we had an early morning flight to Iguazu Falls. The hotel is bright and clean and everything you could ask for when visiting Buenos Airies. We’re looking forward to our return visit after the Falls.

The staff was amazing! The property was super cute and walkable to a lot of restaurants and cafes. It is not in the bustle of the main part of the city, but Ubers were very inexpensive.

The staff was very welcoming and spoke perfect English. Before we went to dinner I asked for extra pillows. When we arrived back I asked for them and the staff told me that they were already in our room. The area is very safe and we walked to dinner. Front door is locked at all times and front desk has someone there 24/7.

We rarely return to a hotel, but when we went back to BA, we had no qualms in chosing El Duque. Its a lovely old building, sympathically restored and where the service remains friendly and helpful. Its also a great location on a quiet, safe street, just a few minutes walk from the bright lights of Palermo Soho. Can't wait for our third visit.

This property has a fantastic staff - so helpful. It's quiet and a great location, but it has an overall dingy feel - the spa basement area is dark and smells of ammonia. The rooms are small and have bad neon lighting and ours had no natural light in spite of it being a "Superior" room. The pictures online are far nicer than the rooms themselves.

generally nice hotel. I had a room with French doors for entry, both with shaded glass and curtains, but not enough to block the light from hallway at night. breakfast was good, many typical selections and eggs to order.
