Very comfortable, lovely hotel and close to Disney. Clean and new looking

Completely surpassed all expectations. Staff was very friendly, property was gorgeous and many unexpected surprises;!free and easy transportation to and from the park, beautiful breakfast. Would consider staying if not going to the park and nearby

A fantastic hotel with a free, on-demand, shuttle to Disneyland Paris! The only very minor negative in the room was lack of utensils for self-catering. There were pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, but no utensils like sharp knifes for preparing food. There wasn't even a corkscrew!! We managed, but I would have expected a self-catering room to have a few more things to help prepare food (lunches for Disneyland in our case). The onsite restaurant was also limited in vegetarian options, so in the evenings we ate out at local restaurants which were all fabulous. The pool facilities were great, and the staff were all friendly and helpful at all times. I'd certainly stay here again (and bring my own corkscrew!)

Nice but needs a face lift

The hotel is very nice, rooms well furnished and comfortable. The rooms even have a small kitchenette so if you wanted to cook for yourself you could - even with a dishwasher! Bathroom was good but the bottom of the door the paint was flaking off so needs attention. The bed was very comfortable and pillows too. The spa is nice and pool, steam and sauna good. One of the lifts was out of order our first day which meant a little wait for the only working lift, but this was fixed day 2. Breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold choices including vegan choices. The big shopping centre is 15 mins walk, and the free shuttle bus to Disney takes 5 mins. Great hotel in a great location.

Had a great stay, staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel is great during the week but on Saturday the pool and spa were way to busy to use but during the week they were amazing. Only one lift was working most of the time and other lift was taking so long we used the stairs. Overall a great stay.

Lovely hotel in perfect location. We travelled with 2 children and the junior suite was brilliant- spacious and it was great not having to share a room with the children. The staff went above and beyond to bring a forgotten bag on to our Disney hotel and this was very much appreciated- it had my son’s comforter and toys in so it was precious cargo! Thank you for a lovely stay- we will be back!

We were staying as a family to go to Disney. On arrival I was told parking €15 a night which I wasn’t made aware of at time of booking or when I called to check parking was available. Also hit with city tax which is fine but on check in I had to pay €70 in total which annoyed me. Then told breakfast wasn’t included and this was €26 per adult and €13 per child so €78 x 2 days - €156…no thanks! We were on our way back from Italy, a 3 week holiday and a 10 hour drive. Kids were tired and one was sick. Checked into room at 15.30 and sofa bed wasn’t made so I called reception and they said yes the sofa beds don’t get made until 18.00! I found this very strange and explained after a 10 hour drive I expected to walk into my room and find it made up, so the kids can sleep if they want etc, so someone had to come and make the bed up. Restaurant was poor….we booked and found ourselves the only customers except for another family. Very limited choices, kids ordered off the kids menu. Daughter ordered chicken nuggets and got fish and chips, some ordered cheese burger but without the cheese, came with the cheese so waiter took it away - it reappeared 2 mins later with the cheese scraped off 😅 it was poor, and there were no other customers, so unacceptable really. Meal cost us over €100. Hotel itself was nice but basic errors costs it and bring it down. Pool is nice, kids only allowed for limited hours which again is silly as most people are there for Disney.

Great location, nice staff and good size room although the layout of the master suite was a bit cramped.

Amazing service. The hotel is beautiful and gorgeous. The spa is gorgeous. Excellent service by the front desk staff and concierge. Easy transportation to Disney and to Paris.

The need to to improve in the service the air condition. Issue I understand saving in the electric but the idea of recaption controlling the cooling of your room is sally I called maybe three times and my room was so hot asking the receptionist to change the temperature of the room and he said of but nothing happen . The idea of some else control the temperature of your room is really not acceptable!! Other wise every thing went well

Loved staying at this place . The junior suit was more than adequate for me & 3 kids. With the second bed being sofa bed & very comfortable. The staff was very helpful . We used the pool area & was very clean . Such a lovely clean hotel. Downside is breakfast is expensive . We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night & it was very delicious.

Receptionist / Manager Yusuf was very helpful and friendly. When asked, he did his best in arranging things at right time, on time.

This is a great hotel to stay in if you are visiting Disneyland. The suite we stayed in was clean and having a kitchenette was great. Our only disappointment was the swimming pool. Me and my daughters wore full length swimming suits and were asked to leave the pool by the spa staff and hotel manager. Apparently on their website it says you cant use the pool if you wear long sleeve and leg swimsuits. It was my son and daughters first time experiencing discrimination and they were devastated and upset. We were using the pool in family time and it was mixed with men women and children there and no one objected. It made us feel very excluded and a bit homesick as in the UK, a persons preference of swimwear is respected. Anyway I guess each country is different and we followed the hotels policy and did not use their pool again. Other than that our hotel stay was comfortable. The reception staff were polite and helpful during our stay and the shuttle bus to disney and back was really useful to have. The hotel is clean throughout and the location is good. I wont personally return to this hotel, but for other families it is still a good hotel to stay at.

Amazing location and everything is nearby

Relais Spa is luxurious and relaxing and a prime location for visiting Disneyland Paris or getting the RER train into Central Paris. There is a huge shopping centre nearby and two fantastic Bakeries. The Hotel itself is modern and clean with a sophisticated, spacious feel to it.

It is a nice hotel if you want to do some shopping in the outlet nearby. The RER station is around 5 min on foot. The staff is pretty nice and friendly. The breakfast was also to our liking with some local products. The room is a bit noisy though, but tolerable if you keep windows closed. The only drawback for us was the fact that one of the two elevators was broken, so the guests and staff had to wait quite a bit especially in the mornings. Overall, not a bad hotel to stay.

Spa and location, friendly staff.

Awesome property , poor service , red carpet needs to be removed from entrance , it kills the glam. Elevator broken and no sign of repairs in 3 days stay.

Lovely hotel but poor service delivery, reception not picking calls, and only one functional lift(elevator). I think for such a hotel, they need to do something, also remove the red carpet outside not looking good.

Best hotel near Disneyland

Was wonderful! Only downside is the faint lingering smell of smoke from when the hotel last allowed indoor smoking. But you brcome bose blind to it within 5 minutes of being indoors.

Beautiful place to stay. Comfortable beds! Super clean!

Very disappointed that we couldn't use the spa after check out. Never experienced this at any other hotel.

Hotel was good. Finding it with GPS was somewhat difficult as one entrance was blocked due to road construction. Parking is underground and there is no property around the hotel. It is in a commercial area.

Shuttle service and breakfast

There is a private shuttle to disneyland i believe which makes this hotel so attractive for Disneyland tourists. Stuffs are the most friendly people ever seen in paris. Breakfast needs to be improved, so expensive comparing to its quality. Overall experience worth your money.

Room was clean, we had a junior suite and it was great to have a fridge and extra toilet as a family of 4. Only negative was the sofa bed wasn’t particularly comfy. Staff were excellent and very friendly. The shuttle to Disney is amazing

The balcony off of the hotel room gave a beautiful view of the Eifel Tour and the city.
