Convenient, although did not feel safe to walk aoround.

Hotel was ok. What I expected. Clean. No real problems for me. Stayed one night.
Breakfast buffet was ok but not worth the extra £13.

We stayed at your hotel as it was directly across the road from The Alhambra Theatre where we went to see Only Fools & Horses. We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to stay as everything was excellent. It was spotlessly clean & quiet. The staff were very friendly & we were able to park our car in a multi-storey car park next to your hotel & were given a reduction in the parking fee by the hotel. We would definitely stay at your hotel again.

Lovely hotel spoiled by rude guests smoking in the rooms opposite and banging doors all night keeping us awake till 4am

Hotel was quite comfortable. Clean and friendly staff. Our major problem was we were advised to use ncp carpark overnight. We were staying overnight before going to the airport. At 2am we went to carpark to get car and carpark was locked up. Its locked up between 12am and 6am. So we missed our 6am flight. Very costly to us. Although this is not the hotels fault we think there could be something on their website to highlight this. So we wouldnt stay again. The breakfast was poor and quite expensive

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. BEWARE. Was suggested to park in ncp carpark which we did. On an early flight out we left hotel at 2.30am to find the carpark locked and we couldnt get car out till 6am. Flight missed. Although this is nothing to do with the hotel we feel they could make customers aware on their website that the carpark is locked up between 12am till 6am. As this cost us very dearly and we would not use this hotel again. Breakfast was not brilliant either and pricey.

Nice hotel, nothing too luxury but did the job. Not loud or noisy. Staff nice and really close to town centre

The hotel is nice. Lovely people at the reception. They were very helpful when I was ill and could help me to seek help.
The room was also nice. The only thing I would complain about would be that the window couldn’t close completely so the wind would make whistle sounds all the time. I sorted that out by pushing the other window a bit to the side. The bed was really comfortable to sleep in. The duvet covers are waaaay too big and I got tangled in them during the night which was super annoying.

Hard to review as only booed at 2300 and left at 0800 flying visit but had a good nights sleep. Only downside was no parking but supposed being in city centre not unusual.

My stay good. Nice and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel does need to upgrade the rooms to include usb charges for these traveling from out the country.

The staff at the hotel were impeccable service was fantastic from front desk, however we travelled with small children and as always they make a mess, we requested our room to be cleaned nothin was cleaned and we were only given fresh towels even though I stuck the cleaning label in the actual door so you couldn’t miss it

Last time we stayed, there were some noisy guests in the room above or next door. It didnt put us off tho. This time it was really quiet. Really comfy beds. Tv was a bit small but wasnt really there to watch tv! Paid £57 which isnt too bad for a city centre. Right next to NCP to £9.95 overnight.

I had a family visit 20/07/2024 for studying related. I had an excellent services from Reception staff called ***HENA*** She made my whole stay amazing . Thank you 😊👍

A huge spider in my room as well as the face basin in room 428 need fixing.
What I did appreciate was when I saw the huge spider in Rm 414 they changed my room. It took hours but at least it got done.
What I also didnt like was how two ladies came to room and told us that we need to leave verse asking us if we planned to extend our stay. I found this to be a very common issue within the UK people being rude its the norm. What I dis like was when the my other reservation became available to them the ladies appologje

We were not impressed by the early closing of the bar. Also, the room was cold in the evenings. The air-con was clearly not working. We told reception; to no avail.

Excellent stay in Leonardo Hotel. Convenient for shopping and catching buses even though bus station was not functioning. Lots to do in the area. Clearly Bradford is preparing for 2025 City of Culture.

The food not available understand fully booked and the overcharge on the room service was facilitated by croissant and tea good but really they should have said you can have the full breakfast.
staff just need bit of coaching in terms of delivering to customers correctly no matter any issues that are ocurring.

Friendly staff, comfortable room and clean. Hotel food is a bit pricey so I ate out but otherwise a pleasant stay. Car parking is local NCP, £Yikes but secure, closed 00:00-06:00, even the car park attendant said good morning!

Lovely welcome. Room clean Only downside was the family room was facing the car park and outside of the window was a gang of drug users. At 3am they starting fighting obviously high on drugs. A little bit intimidating to my daughters and I. Maybe you could have cameras to be aware if this?

The hotel itself, very nice. Clean and spacious rooms. The only downside I’ve experienced, was the loud noises generated by a contractor who parked his van in the Hotel parking and started unloading his van. The noise made his way up til the 3rd floor and basically woke me up, earlier than expected. I would highly recommend to Inform any contractors to maintain a decent level of service while on hotel premises.

We were unable to stay at the hotel as we could not locate a safe and accessible car park that was near enough. Had to pay to stay in the travelelodge instead as the car park was accessible and safe.
