Great hotel with lovely staff at a fabulous location in the old town.
The bed was way too hard for our liking but everything else was beyond any expectation. Service, breakfast and even the hotel's own restaurant was great. I think it all boiles down to great leadership and well selected staff members.

We had a wonderful stay at Avenue Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was a highlight each morning, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The hotel's location is perfect – close to everything I wanted to see and do, which made exploring the area so convenient. Check in staff were excellent, hotel is very clean.
We were in level 3 and it was very noisy when the apartment next door came in very late.
Not sound proofed but then again not much is in Italy.
The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast
Highly recommend right in the Centre of the old town.
Parking was offsite at 30 euro per day

Service was excellent, their driver took us to what we thought was a restaurant ( it was a cocktail bar) waited to make certain we were in the right place (we weren’t) then made an excellent suggestion more appropriate for two women. In fact I think the hotel is run by women whe couldn’t do enough. We’d stay there again

I believe I was in the annex room, so its probably a bit different than the other rooms. My room was large and tastefully accessorized. The property is in a great location. Super friendly staff completes the picture. My only recommendation is to upgrade electrical outlets with USB ports for charging travelers electronics.

It is hard to give any hotel a 10/10. Always something missing. But this hotel was probably the best you can find on this price range in Como. I had so luxueries stay. Can't complain. Absolutely worth my money. Thank you.

WOW and WOW don’t look any further this is the BEST place to stay in Como. We stayed here for 3 nights and were able to see all of Como. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. The staff go out of their way to make you feel special. The rooms are clean, new and beds very comfortable

It was July and in the middle of old Como, so the price was high.
The Deluxe Double Room was small and it had the smallest hotel fridge I have ever seen, but the bed was very comfortable, it had a good bathroom and very efficient AC.
Very friendly service and good breakfast.

Very cozy and centrally located in the old town. Nice and helpful staff. Room seemed recently renovated. Air conditioning works. Since it’s in the pedestrian zone, parking is a 5-10 min walk away for 15-35 Euro per day, depending on which garage. You are allowed to drive in the pedestrian zone to drop things or load things, but the walk is short. Driving in the pedestrian zone is bit fir the faint of heart if you are not used to narrow European roads.

What a pleasant surprise! I waited until the last moment to book this hotel, literally the day before and then messed my dates up. No problem, they amended the change and all was perfect. The hotel sits in a quiet, yet steps from the lively old town. There are two restaurants on site/in the courtyard, Italian & Japanese and both are good. I'll stay again.
