This hotel is the best

Amazing hotel. Nice rooms and very clean. Only minor complaint was that the room was not ready by 3:00 pm check in. However every other aspect was simply excellent.

The room was lovely, but had absolutely no privacy or sound proofing. The bathroom door didnt seal, and so much noise carried through the entrance door that my partner and i were repeatedly woken by a nearby room that partied until after 4 AM. Wr called security twice and spoke to the other room ourselves to no avail. Evidently you can do whatever you want at the James Hotel, and security won't do anything to stop you.
When we spoke to the front desk in the morning they offered us two free drinks in their lounge the "next time we visit." Really not good enough.

Decided to stay at the James hotel for a late anniversary celebrations and all I can say is wow! We got a junior suite with balcony overlooking the river to the view was fantastic. The breakfast included in the stay was also delicious and top notch service all around! Will definitely be staying again for next anniversary

Best hotel in the entire province. Free parking, free breakfast with a fresh made entree on demand. The most comfortable rooms and bedding. Giant towels.

Great hotel! Cleanly, many food options nearby, many walkable destinations. Great in hotel amenities, food and drink options, room service. Great menus of hotel restaurant and bar found on tv, as well as easy connect smart tv to lap top and phone instructions found on tv. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Opened the door for me every time I entered the hotel. One of the best overall hotel stays I’ve had and I’ve stayed at many hotels.

I would like to say what amazing staff you have at The James Hotel. Amparo in the breakfast room is a great asset to your staff. We only stayed two nights but the second morning she remembered our beverage orders. The food was amazing for an included breakfast. We will stay again except we do have a dog, so can only stay when we don’t have him with us unfortunately.

The hotel and staff are amazing. The bed is very comfortable and the entire hotel is extremely clean. Downtown Saskatoon is a bit dodgy at night but there are good restaurants close by so you don’t have to travel far.

Best beds and pillow options in a long time. Also the tub was a proper deep soaker tub! Loved that. The breakfast was a proper breakfast. I will be back!

We’ve stayed here multiple times. Every time it has been amazing. The beds are super comfortable, the sheets are silky soft, the room temperature is perfect, and the shower has good pressure.

Free parking and a great free breakfast. Rooms are clean and modern with lots of real marble and high end touches. I like how secure the elevators are. Need your key card to go anywhere. So felt very safe.

I loved the cleanness of the room. Very modern and met all of our expectations. The bed was so comfortable and the robes and sheets were to die for. Loved the balcony, views were amazing. Would not hesitate to book in again for a special occasion.

The service was impeccable! Friendly and attentive. Parking was tight but okay. Bar staff were great. Room was comfortable. Easy walkable area with lots to see and enjoy. Lots of great restaurants in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The bed was comfortable, the breakfasts were awesome, the balcony overlooking the river was beautiful, and the staff treated us like special guests.

Hotel is always excellent and immaculate with a wonderful complimentary breakfast. This time there were issues with their tv service and we had none working in our room for the first 26 hours of our stay. We were told to call tech support and fix the problem ourselves, which was not what a guest should be doing but we did try 😆 Guest services manager was contacted and resolved the problem as well as upgraded our room. I think the staff were maybe overwhelmed by the big concert going on nearby and the hotel being quite busy? Our stay didn't have a great start but ended well.
