This place was amazing, perfect spot to enjoy Mexico City, the staff was very friendly specially Roberto and Ambrosio !!! Highly recommend will stay here again for sure

En líneas generales el lugar es muy bueno, excelente ubicación, excelente atención (todos los empleados son extremadamente amables y serviciales), todo muy limpio y ordenado. Solo me puedo quejar de algunas cosas, la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, la cama y las almohadas son muy duras, las cortinas son difíciles de cerrar, y en la ventana de la cocina no había cortina para bloquear la luz, y era bastante difícil conciliar el sueño cada vez que encendían las luces del pasillo, además, en el piso 4 donde yo estaba, se escuchaba todo el ruido del comedor desde muy temprano en la mañana y hasta las 10 de la noche. Digo esto, por si son personas que les afecta el ruido como a mi.

El lugar es muy bonito para hospedarse muy bueno ubicación y limpio y el personal de limpieza es muy amable sin embargo La habitación que me dieron las ventanas daban hacia adentro lo cual era un poco deprimente ya que solo veías una pared y en la semana que estuve por la ocupación nunca lograron cambiarme de habitación y si bien cuenta con cocina mi habitación no tenia utensilios de cocina

The experience was great, the property is not new, but is clean, and the people attending is really nice. The only thing I didn’t enjoy is that you can hear the noice of steps and voices from all your neighbors.

Very clean and nice clening lady. My only complaint is that there is not heating. Only a portable heater that is not enough for the night. It is located on a safe area with excellent restaurants and coffee shops only a block away. The breakfast is very good.

Stay away They are liars and cheaters. Will not honor your reservation if they can get a penny more from other customers and will not even try to find you another place to stay and will just plain lie to your face Worts of all : Expedia will provide zero support

I was visiting my 93 years old aunt,she lives 1 km for hotel and I had no vehicle, so it was super convenient. the room was perfect except the bed was a little too soft. was ckose to everything and the street was quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

My stay was very enjoyable. Friendly staff, great Happy Hour, reliable Wifi, and thr location is close to many restaurants and shops. Very safe and would definitely stay there again.

Staff is kind. Room is ok. 20min to get hot water. No soft Pillow. After my first night, they never cleaned my room. I was left with no clean towels, no paper toilet at midnight. Basic of an hotel not respected.

I felt I overpaid relative to the quality, but a few tweaks (lamps, working plumbing, friendly staff, mechanisms for taking customer feedback during checkout, more outlets), this could be a good option.This was a business trip, with appointments in Polanco and Lomas.

The first room I was given on the ground floor was cold dap and extremely noisy (car alarms from garage below, oddly loud elevator that thumped when it hit ground floor). The second night I was moved to the third floor. Not as cold or damp but the elevator noise woke me at 2am and continued running constantly each time with a loud thump. I left for the airport two hours early to get away from there.

The Condos are nice but old and very cold specailly during this time of the year. My most disapointing detail is that before arrival my plans changed and requested a cancelatton on one of the nights of my stay, the last one, and no one seems to care about it. requested 3-4 times already but never received an answer. looks like a booiking everyone is ready to do but when is a cancelation no one cares.

I spent four days at this boutique hotel, and I enjoyed my stay. -Location: It is located in one of the best areas of Mexico City, Polanco. Very close to President Masaryk Av. where you can find high end stores and restaurants. Walking distance to Auditorio Nacional and Museo Nacional de Antropologia. -Breakfast: Tasty continental breakfast. Omelettes were good. Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful. -Room: It was comfortable with a kitchenette and a sofa. Clean and organized. No complaints at all. Just a friendly warning: No AC/ Heat. I traveled in the fall, so the room temperature was not an issue. *Overall: It was a fantastic hotel close to many attractions and restaurants.I felt very safe. I would book it again!

Overall the place was very nice! There was a coffee machine in the room but they only provided coffee the first day and did not place more after that. They questioned when I asked for more bath towels.

My son and I had a great 5 nights here. We knew the location was perfect because we used to live in the neighborhood! and it didnt disappoint. Restaurants and cafes, bars and shops are literally outside the door as is a great park /playground. (If you keep your sliding glass door closed at you dont hear any noise at night.) Its also super close to the Saturday market with fresh guacamole and food stalls. The room is spacious and is really a studio apt. as it has a small kitchenette, with micro and refrigerator and theres a wall divider with a nice living room and sofabed. I got the King sized bed and small terrace and my son got the sofabed and it was quite comfortable.

The suites are spacious and located in the heart of polanco.

Traveled for quick business stay of 3 nights. Great breakfast with a view and made to order omelettes. Room was spacious with a kitchenette if needed. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is no heater or air conditioning so could be problematic for some.

Beautiful boutique property offering updated modern rooms, 24hr security, friendly polite staff, wonderful breakfasts in the very walkable upscale Polanco neighborhood.

I was very disappointed that my room (404) was so chilly. I like to be cozy in my room and there was no way to adjust the heat, and there were no carpets either. I called the from desk and the woman did not speak English, which i though strange since it should be a requirement of her job since so many guests come from different countries. She told me through the doorman that there was no way to turn up the heat but the was a portable heater in my room. I had already found this heater and plugged it in. It did not work very well. It went to luke warm at best. She then communicated there was nothing she could do. I was frustrated. The doorman gave me an extra blanket, and my colleague was able to find me an additional heater the next day.. Only then was I able to get comfortable and get a good night sleep. Other than that the breakfast buffet was great, and area safe and good for shopping and restaurants.

Overall ok value as long as you're not too picky... Great location. Very nice staff, especially front desk. Decent breakfast. The rest is very very basic. Ask for rooms ending in 1,2,3. Avoid rooms ending in 4, especially, room 304 - horrible view from the bedroom window.

For 4 days The hotel did not provide hot water and no elevator. I stayed with my daughter there. It was a nightmare. They did not care to offer anything as a compliment. Breakfast is poor. a waste of money to stay there. Very bad customer service.

On a quiet street and just around the corner from shops and restaurants, museums and the national auditorium.

Great place. Before you go to Mexico city learn some of the lingo or bring Google translate haha. Would stay there again. Bet noisy but that's life :) Cheers

Near to the main park of Polanco and Mazaryk, makes this hotel a perfect location, finding all kind of restaurants, bars, markets, shops, stores and boutiques. Very calm area as well.
