No way was that 2 full size Queen beds. Rooms are too small for two normal Queen beds.
Towels were well worn.
Bar was nice and drinks well made.

It was a quick stay. Check in was late to getting our room. Not a fan of that since check in was at 4pm. We still had to wait for our room.

Lovely common areas. Run down room. Making you call the front desk for a coffee maker for coffee under the auspice of “forget something, we have it” is pretty gross. Like it's something you travel with. Fun artwork prints in the room and centrally located for events.

It was as a mother, daughter trip we went to Sabrina Carpenter concert. Hotel was beautiful and very convenient is in walking distance to footprint Center, restaurants, Starbucks and a grocery store.

The room was ok. Really needs upgrade. Torn sheet and chair had so many peeling upholstery. Not enough plugs or charging outlets. Door to bathroom was awful sliding and very hard to slide. Towel rack fell off wall. Light fixture over table too low. The overnight costs was very expensive not worth paying. I would not recommend.

I could not get a hold of anyone to find out checkout time and to even checkout on the phone

I’ve stayed here twice, decided by location only. The shower is one of those half glass units, where you’re freezing while showering and water gets all over the floor. Such a dumb design. Also, no coffee in room unless you call them and have a Keurig sent up. That’s dumb too. Probably won’t stay here again for those reasons. Location is awesome though.

The area is super convenient for downtown, which explains the cost. Super clean rooms and the Staff were very nice and accommodating. The bathroom provisions were excellent. We would have loved a coffee maker in the room.

Nice hotel and complimentary mini-happy hour. Main annoying thing is no coffee in rooms or free bottled water. Those seem pretty basic at hotels that cost half as much.

The hotel is beautiful and clean with a feeling of high luxury without the crazy sticker price. The staff weee extremely helpful even following up with a quick text message an hour after checking to make sure we were happy with everything. Through that text we asked about access to a microwave as there was not one in the room and they responded instantly by bringing a microwave to us.
Overall the stay was short but extremely pleasant and memorable. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Downtown Phoenix. And only a 5-7 minute walk to the Footprint Center or Chase Field.

We have been coming to this hotel since it first opened. Great location. - Great service.
Roof top pool is fun.
The rooms with the huge tub is a favorite for my wife. -
I do believe it’s time for the rooms to have a facelift. They are showing wear and tear (furniture , lamps ). Outlets should be changed to allow for usb/usb- c cords
But still a great place to have a staycation.

When I stayed there this week, there were multiple conferences in town, which affected room price ($5**) per night. Major complaint? The room I had was old and in need of a serious refresh. More what I would expect from a highway motel than a Kimpton. However, the room was very clean and the bathroom fixtures all worked well. The highlight? The staff were friendly, engaging and helpful. Top notch. The food at the on site restaurant was also very good.

Had an amazing check-in experience. Pool was great but very small if going on a weekend and was understaffed - felt so bad for the bartender on duty. Beds weren’t comfy. Room was clean and amenities were great. Awesome location for sports events and for bars/food.

Great place to stay in downtown Phoenix. Great rooftop pool with dj and great service. Location is very convenient to walk around and explore downtown

The area around the property was fantastic safe, quiet, and very walkable, with plenty of dining options nearby. I especially appreciated the convenience of easy parking and accessible transportation. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was easy communicating through texting with little questions. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great time at the Dbacks game. The roof top bar was great to have a beverage before walking 7 minutes to Chase Field. Had breakfast at breakfast club. This hotel is a great one!

Location was perfect for going to a concert across the street at Footprint Center. The only real annoyance was the frequent clanging of the light rail late at night and early in the morning.

They were a little unorganized with check-in, they stated they would text when room was ready but they didn't and there was only two elevators working it was a little unorganized. However the person who helped me was very welcoming and helpful
