Rooms were nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and afternoon snack provided were excellent. Security is very good. Very convenient location in Palermo disctrict. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

The service here was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My departing time was well after check out and I was allowed to use the facilities until I left for the airport. It’s a nice quaint boutique hotel. It was a little too cool to swim but the pool seemed very inviting. You’re very close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Shout out to BRUKBAR across the street. The only negative thing I have to say about the hotel it the temperature. The heat/ac is a singular unit controlled by the hotel staff depending on the season. It was fall during my stay, so they had the heat pumping. I was told to turn off the heat and open the window which is totally fine. But the mosquitoes are a problem in Buenos Aires. The first night wasn’t too bad but as time progressed so did the mosquito problem in the room. The second day I woke up covered in bites. I had to decide whether to be hot or itchy. Personally, if I’m hot I can’t sleep. So the solution to the problem was to douse myself in mosquito repellent every night before bed. It seemed to work, but also seems kind of a ghetto thing to have to do at a Michelin rated hotel. Overall it’s a nice place, but if you get hot easily, maybe only stay here in the spring.

Excellent boutique hotel in the Palermo district which is pretty quiet during the day but quite safe. The breakfast was very high quality and we appreciated the excellent service from the friendly staff. For our first time in Buenos Aires it was a good intro, and taxis are cheap. Would definitely recommend.

We had such an incredible stay here during our time in Buenos Aires. This hotel is located in the heart of Palermo and was easy walking to tons of cafes, restaurants and shops. It was quiet, secure, and had clean spacious rooms. The best part of our stay was the service. Our flight arrived in Buenos Aires 0400. 1828 Smart Hotel kindly allowed us to enjoy the common areas (including pool/spa/showers) upon our arrival at 0600 and hold our bags until our room was ready. They kindly allowed us to check in as soon as the room was clean. The following week, we had a layover in Buenos Aires, and again, the staff generously offered for us to store our bags there and use their showers so we could enjoy a final few hours in Palermo before we flew back home. This made such a big difference on our journey home! Only have positive things to say about our stay here!

Nice little boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo SoHo with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel was clean and comfortable though washroom was a little small and shower was tight in space and we are relatively small. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel with great staff in a great location!

Quiet, convenient and safe hotel with small number of rooms. We enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast as well as amenities prior to departure to airport making it very convenient given our late flight. We will come back.

Awesome place to stay and close to a lot of restaurants and bars in the Palermo neighborhood. If you like alternative and bohemian vibes this is the neighborhood for you. Super chill and the hotel staff is very accommodating.

Small boutique hotel in excellent location

I felt very safe here. Beautiful lobby and super helpful staff. Size of rooms reminded me of a hotel in midtown Manhattan. Very efficient! My only complaints are that I couldn’t get the Nespresso machine or TV to work, and the pumps on the toiletries in the shower didn’t work. I had to remove the pumps. Minor issues!

This hotel is very clean and safe and is in a great part of the Palermo neighborhood. Short walks to lots of restaurants and bars. The front desk personnel were very helpful with our travel questions, arranging cabs, etc. It's a very nice, boutique hotel and I would recommend it.

Staff were all amazing. The breakfast that is included was very nice. The location was great and walkable for the Palermo food and entertainment area. All in all a very nice stay before our cruise. Cab to port was only $6 USD.

Everything was perfect. They have a very nice breakfast, outdoor area with a pool Also an exercise room sauna and massage downstairs. Disappointed that a massage is $70. Could have had one at Iguazu for $20

This is an amazing boutique hotel in a perfect location (Palermo) of Buenos Aires. We were in the two suites on the 4th floor with lots of space. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to get you what you need/want. From Restaurant and taxi reservation, to mosquito repellents! This was our first time in Buenos Aires and we highly highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Palermo. Close to many good restaurants, bars and walkable to a large park. The hotel has a cute pool and small spa. Staff service was amazing and they held our luggage for us since we had a late flight out. We were even able to shower and get changed after spending a hot afternoon around Buenos Aires before we left for the airport. Would definitely come back!

The hotel is located a very short walk from lots of fantastic restaurants, bars and the lively Plaza Serrano. Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. We used Google Maps to guide us taking the bus and subway to explore the city.

Beautiful hotel, great staff and location. Didn’t really cater for our 2 year old but would certainly stay there again. Not sure how you would cope with disability getting down the step into the lobby. Very nice breakfast

This is my third time staying in this hotel. Staff and management are amazing. They treat you like family. Accommodations are very nice and the location is superb.
