Elegant and clean rooms. And even though my room overlooked the Place du Capitole I couldn't hear any outside noise. Super comfortable bed too! Very helpful & friendly staff. I would stay here again on my next visit to Toulouse!

Beautiful space for breakfast indoor or outdoor, walkable distance from shops restaurants and sightseeing, a gem with the view over the famous place of the capitole for a small extra money. Wonderful stay, we encourage you to contact the hotel directly for the parking information.

The staff were very friendly, spoke English, and were extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were great, especially the family adjoining corner room. The location was excellent, and the rooms were clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel and staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Sat outside in the garden and had a drink. Breakfast was included, bacon, eggs and pancakes. Very walkable to restaurants. Beds very comfy.

We were a family of four so were given two adjoining rooms. Rooms were clean but pretty dark and cavernous with no view to speak of (across to a blank wall in a dark inner courtyard) which made things feel a bit depressing/oppressive. Otherwise the hotel was just fine. Excellent location. Clean. Good breakfast included.

Absolutely every single person on the staff was sweet, attentive, and helpful always. I can’t say enough about them! The hotel is comfortable, quiet, clean, and has a nice courtyard with chairs and tables. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was perfect. The bed was wonderful and there was always plenty of hot water in the shower. The wifi was strong and reliable. This is a terrific hotel! The best Ibis I’ve stayed in! If I had to choose one thing to emphasize it would be the fantastic staff.

Very convenient location, central (fyi, the current picture is not the hotel, it's the Capitole that is across the square), plenty of shops, dining options. Excellent breakfast included in the price. We really enjoyed our stay. Public transportation nearby. We took a tram and a metro to get there from the airport.

Smack bang in the centre of Toulouse. 10 minute walk from the train station. Perfect in every way.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. Rooms are small but well-designed and clean. It was a very serviceable hotel for us.

It was a wonderful surprise. I usually don't like to stay at Ibis because the room is very small with limited everything, but this Ibis Styles is very good. The front desk staffs were extremely nice and friendly. The facility was clean and well maintained. The room size was good with a nice view of the plaza. The bathroom was new and modern. Great location, great facility and service. Will stay again.

Perfect stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we could not get the lock off of our case! Breakfast is very good, made better by Covid measures taken. The room is very comfortable but small if staying for more than a few days. No complaints from us though. The bathroom is really nice with a wonderful shower and fluffy towels. The location is the best and it’s so peaceful and quiet at night. I’ll be back.

I could find no fault with this hotel. The location was fabulous right on place Capitole but because it is set inside around an internal courtyard there is zero noise. I left my bedroom open and could hear nothing. The breakfast is continental , you could boil or poach your eggs to your liking and there was a great variety of fresh from the oven breads including one with figs. To die for!! Also sliced ham, turkey and beautiful cheese together with a fresh fruit salad( no tinned fruit) melon, mango etc and yoghurts. The usual cereals etc and freshly baked croissants and freshly squeezed orange juice. I could not believe that this is only a 3 star hotel. I enjoyed my stay so much I booked in before I left for another stay in 3 weeks time! Everything in the hotel is brand new , you couldn’t find better.

Surprisingly basic hotel - we paid for a 'deluxe' room and I really wouldn't bother. The room had zero amenities and the bed was hard, yet somehow still saggy, and pretty uncomfortable. Location great, breakfast was good for an Ibis with a selection of pastries, bread, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, yoghurt etc. We were attracted to this hotel by the parking available but it's just the parking stations around the hotel, with a minimal discount, so next time I'll pick a nicer hotel without parking and just park in the parking station. Service at the front desk was welcoming and helpful.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Ibis Style in Toulouse. I left my AirPods with a protective cover in the room and the AirPods went missing and only the cover was left behind when we returned. Having things missing from our room is not what we expected from a hotel by a large franchise like Accor. The rooms had no safe which we found strange in the first place. Although an AirPod doesn’t cost much the experience and feeling of having to worry that other things might go missing is not something you want when staying at a hotel. In addition, the mattress was incredibly old and sunken. It did not provide good back support. To be fair, the front desk service staff were friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is great.
