I absolutely loved the place. We booked a 2 storey apartment with a large terrace. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was everything I was looking for to make our stay in Rome even more enjoyable - clean, spacious, right next to shopping and restaurants. The apartment complex is gated which was very appreciated. Thank you!

This company charged me for damage that was done on there sofa when I did not commit any damage to anything whatsoever this place is just fraud and take your money, they’re staff told me that I should be letting them know about these things but I am a guest not a worker at this company to be looking around or noticing any issues to there rooms, completely unacceptable. Avoid staying here at all costs if you want to get scammed, terrible experience.

Good location and Great amenities

I liked that it was clean. I didn’t like that you must check in by 7pm. They don’t have 24 hour front desk. And their restaurants hours were not convenient. Also we lost WiFi most of the time we were there. They stored our luggage and when we needed it back the office was closed and we had to wait a while. Not enough staff

Nice, high-end apartment located one block off an affluent shopping street. Next to the Piaza del Popolo and near the subway and a train stop. Near the Spanish Steps. Was a wonderful place to come home to after spending long days exploring Rome on foot. Convenient for walking to most tourist sites.

Best spot in Rome, most of the must see sights are in the walking distance. Restaurant connected to the property is amazing. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future.

This is a very nice apartment, well laid out and furnished beautifully. I could have sworn that it was advertised as 2 bathrooms, but actually had 3...all with a shower. There was 5 of us so it was really nice. Very spacious with terraces etc. Located on a prestigious street with a restaurant downstairs called Babbets which was awesome. We walked everywhere from this location. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay, better than excellent. Shopping street near by and metro station 5 minutes away.

The photos were very different from what we got. No balcony, very dark property. The apartment was not nice at all. It had a strange smell, one of the bedroom windows faced the place were they collected the garbage of the entire property, the other bedroom had two tiny windows that couldn’t be opened (very dark room) but had so much noise that was impossible to sleep. It was right next to a kitchen restaurant that closed at midnight and the cooks and janitors arrived at 6am to clean, talking so loud and moving the iron tables. We heard the buzzer of all other guests entering the rest of the property as if it was sounding in our pillows as well as everyone’s conversations !! It seems they don’t like Expedia clients and this is the 2 bedroom they assign. It’s not worth what you pay. However, the property is incredibly well located.

It was very nice super clean and very large it was in the center of everything so you can walk to shopping restaurants.

The property was gorgeous. The courtyard was charming and the suite was absolutely perfect. Located minutes from Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish steps, as well as the Villa Borghese and it's beautiful gardens provided much to see and do, and the taxi stand at Piazza del Popoloade it easy to get anywhere! Would go back happily!

Toiletries incl. toilet paper muss be provided at all times.

Lovely and clean please.

The property is over two floors and was lovely. Very clean and with excellent facilities. Unfortunately, there were a couple of fundamental issues which spoilt our enjoyment. The biggest issue was the heat in the apartment. It was very hot, especially in the downstairs bedroom. When I messaged My Extra Home and asked how to turn the air-conditioning on, they responded saying that the a/c in the building does not get turned on until 7th April. We were there 3-6th April! I then asked if they could provide three electric fans, one for each bedroom. They said they would sort it but didn’t. The downstairs bedroom was so hot (the French door was sealed so we couldn’t even let outside air in) that my wife slept on the sofa bed in the lounge. Not ideal when we’d booked a luxury apartment. Another issue was the upstairs doors. All of them made a loud scraping sound when you opened or closed them and the bathroom door needed some real force (and made a very loud noise) to open or close it. Unfortunately, these noises happened mostly of a night as we went to bed so disturbed those in our group that had gone to bed earlier. The apartment was also quite a long way from the entrance to the main building and you had to go through three security doors (entering a code each time) to then get to the lift, then a further walk through an outside area. After 10pm you had to pass through four security code doors! If we’d had a/c and if the doors were silent, we would’ve enjoyed our stay.

I would like to file complaint about this property about an incident we had.
