First of all, the young “keeper of the front desk” was beyond fantastic. She really wanted me to have a great experience not only at the hotel but in Como. And, I left an item behind and they rallied around making sure I got it at my next stop. The location could not have been better. There was even live music out in the plaza at night. I’ll be back!

Would have been good to know it’s a 3-stat property with no checkin after 9PM.
Last thing we were in the mood for after transport delays that caused late arrival was half mile track to sister hotel to check in. Half mile round trip might not seem like a lot but at 10:30 PM with no cell charge for direction it took over an hour.

This is a great property right in the heart of Como. You can walk everywhere! Several restaurants, including the hotels own! It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the lake and marina! The room was nice and spacious! Comfy bed and great shower! The A/C worked perfectly, keeping us cool!! We would stay here again!

Clean, beautiful view, central, good quiet aircon. I slept well. :) The bed was super nice. I stayed alone in the small double room. I missed having a small desk but that is all. Thank you.

Lovely experience, beautiful hotel and great location. The front desk staff was absolutely fantastic! Great housekeeping. The only negative was that several (not all) of the bar servers were super rude, or just snooty and unfriendly. It’s a real shame because the other staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The property is very good. The lady at reception was exceptional. She helped us with guidance of the city that without, everything would have been more difficult. Beds and all within the room is great. Recommendations would be a larger size TV and more alternative channels for tourist (English language and Spanish.

Also you should be allowed to sign tickets at the bar restaurant to the room.

Rooms are not really designed for two travelers. No space for luggage for two. One chair. Otherwise, if you are traveling alone, it would be nice.

I ended up checking in a little later and they made it super easy for me to still be able to get my room. The staff is super sweet and helpful.

Air condition set at 24 degrees Celsius (75F), could not get a good night sleep due to the hot temperature inside the room.

Very clean, boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Great location. Nothing fancy but has everything needed for a pleasant stay in Como. The cafe at the hotel was outstanding.

We had a room in the last (5th) floor but there was an elevator only to the 4th floor. There was a strange small in the room.. not sure what it was. Small TV [I know why would anyone come to Como to watch TV.. but TV sets are very inexpensive these days and the hotel could afford to get a nicer one!] . The service at the restaurant was rather slow. Apart from these small issues the location is great.

Hotel was excellent, perfect location in the heart of Como, close to ferry and lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Room was fantastic, very spacious and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. A great choice in Como.

The hotel ended up being overbooked since we booked at the last minute. The hostess was very helpful and had already reserved us an upgraded room at a different hotel owned by the same company.
Although we didn’t stay at this specific location, we had a very good experience and the other hotel was charming and comfortable. I imagine since they are owned by the same company this would be the same. They certainly went above and beyond on customer service for us!

The location is excellent . Close by all attractions. The staffs are very friendly and helpful even though they are not 24 hours . The view of my room is fabulous. Face to the square. They are upgraded it due to my very very late check in. Kind of compensation that not caused by the hotel. Nice people!

Great coffee and cake selection for Breakfast and afternoon snacks, in a perfect location for the boats around the lake and close to fantastic restaurants.

Modern, clean hotel. Room we had was small. Short walk to train station and close to restaurants and sight seeing.

Apart from not being given a courtyard room the attic room was very great but; the skylight window was cracked and the glass bathroom door did not shut due to the wall being out of line. Great location.

A very highly recommended hotel coming from a very picky person. The hotel, staff, facilities, design cleanliness was all great and I’d highly recommend anyone staying in this great hotel. It’s location to the lake, and courtyard with a wonderful choice of restaurants and pubs is a major plus too.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Frederica gave us a fabulous room on the 4th floor with a view out 3 windows. The hotel is on Piazza Alessandro Volta which has a great amount of activity and is perfectly situated within short walks anywhere in this lovely city.
