Nicely designed place, good rooms, closer to bus station and bars/restaurants than many other similar places. A nice big pool - and then not a single sunbeds. Huge downside.

Hotel in the average of nearby hotels - Palenque is a very turistic city with limited services (including restaurants). The hotel itself was simple, with generally aged rooms/facilities. Big plus were the large parking and 24h reception.

The hotel has a pool which is such an incredible bonus especially after walking around ruins etc in the heat. The room was good and the bathroom was fine. Both very clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The location is great. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice and the food was very nice and reasonably priced. A 10 minute walk into Centro and to a large supermarket. Overall I would recommend to family and friends.

You can hear everything from the rooms near you. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The only restaurant on site is nice, but the food is horrible, in my opinion.

We loved this place. Staff was great. Food was good. Close to palenque centro (about 2 min drive), and about 10-15 min from palenque ruins. The staff was good enough to book a yaxchilan/bonampak tour for us. We did spot a small lizard in the room. But other than that, this is a good place.

Front desk staff was perfunctory and not particularly friendly or welcoming. The hotel seemed more interested in getting you to spend more money in their restaurant and bar. They prohibited the introduction of any food or drink for consumption on the premises. I guess that would even apply to bottled water. Not a great experience.

Upon check in the manager is very rude and does not allow any food or alcohol from outside the hotel . They ended up charging us to bring drinks inside the hotel, that must be the first time I’ve ever heard of this rule in my life. The manager needs to improve her people skills before she gets this hotel shut down completely.

This a dated although nice hotel. It's conveniently located off the main road into Palenque and a 10 minute drive to the Mayan ruins.
There no minibar fridges available and no in room coffee. A nice little balcony and the restaurant was good. Nice continental breakfast included in our hotel price.
Pool was lovely and the hotel is near the centro, about a 30 minute walk.

It was a wonderful place to stay. This place is very quiet and peaceful. Got up to a slight noise by our screen door to find a peacock wanting to greet us. The staff is attentive and so helpful.Nice swimming pool and beautiful surroundings. The restaurant has a great staff and food. Buffet breakfast and fine bar drinks all day till 10pm. Great stay.Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean, calm and did to us what we needed, rest. The restaurant isn't that great, and the breakfast somewhat disappointing. The whole place has an aura of past glory, and furnished with taste from early 80s (I know it, I was there!). Also, it isn't close to the centre. But all in all, the place satisfied us and was good value for money.

This is a resort quality hotel that just needs a little extra up keep. All the amenities are here, nice, open air restaurant, well kept grounds, 3 pools with an attached bar/snack service to the main pool. Nice design, quality rooms with balconies. A bit of luxury for a low price. It rained heavy the first night of our stay but we still enjoyed it.

Great Hotel, lots of green around pool is nice the restaurant is great (first you think its expensive, after you realize that Palenque is generally overpriced you will see that the quality and the quantity is excellent for supper and breakfast.

Great hotel, with a great breakfast and bar, and an amazing pool. A 10 minute walk from the bus station and “town” (which you can skip), but with an all day restaurant you won’t need to leave other than to see the ruins.

It was a great stay. My mom and I staid for 2 night, the hotel was pretty much empty.. so no COVID issues. The room was spacious, clean and cool. The service was out of this world! So attentive! It was raining on our second day and as soon as the front desk saw us pulling in one of the clerks meet us out with an umbrella!! We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious and the service clean and definitely 5 stars!

Amazing staff that made sure we felt at home and taken care of. The courtesy refreshments at check in were a life saver on a very hot weather, hotel temp was much nicer thanks to the trees around it

They had us in a room with two twin beds for my girlfriend and I which was not the room we booked. They put us in another room no problem except it was infested (not hyperbole) with mosquitos. Their response was, "It's mosquito season" like they should be enough. We had to put up a fuss to get another room. The staff was unfriendly overall
