Loved having a private villa, but did not feel cut off.

What made our experience great was the staff. They're so helpful and accommodating. They really take care of the guests and make sure we're having a good trip! The villa itself is beautiful, well placed and we never had any complaints.

Staff & service that was advertised was provided without question but the accommodation felt tired and although you could see it had a quick,rushed coat of paint it could certainly use a lot more love and attention

It is a perfect place to stay if you want to be central to everything, the property is clean and quiet despite being only 100m from the main street. Bintang supermarket is a 3-4 min walk , money changer a couple minutes down the road and a 5 min drive to the beach, you could walk but it feels like a long way int he tropical climate. The pool is spacious and is always the perfect temperature to swim. The single bedroom villa has a huge king size bed ( 3 pillow lengths) it is only air conditioned in the bedroom not down stairs living area. There are light curtains on the window so the room does get light early with the sunrise. Breakfast was pleasant with a choice of 5 options a day and your choice of delivery time. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The staff were friendly and greeted you every time you passed. security is at the villa during the hours the reception is closed. The only downside is that the only beverages available at the hotel are bintang or guinnes. I cannot fault the property at all and would stay again.

The pool area is quite dangerous the wooden boarding is lifted in places and the edges are sharp the padded lounger seats smell awful because they never get dried. The villa is lovely clean and spacious, The staff are friendly.The area full of nice places to eat, there's a water park quite close,lots of shops and a pharmacist the is excellent.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. They were attentive and assisted with any queries we had. This is a great mid range accommodation suitable for families right in the heart of Seminyak.

The villa is very old, not maintained. Many mosquitos. Wifi was not secure and would cut out frequently. Water wasn't hot. Seminyak in general isnt a great place too. If you are a tourist people will harass you every chance they can to take a taxi or buy a shirt. Check out Ubud and Uluwatu.

Our second stay at this property and the improvements to the reception/pool area is great.

Private, close to the hustle of Seminyak, but unable to hear the street noise from the property as it is 50 m down a side street.

Although Villa needs renovation it was still satisfactory for our short stay. Staff courteous. Breakfast inconsistent .. one day good next day not so palatable.

The villa was spacious and comfortable. Within walking distance of the beach. It is situated off the main street so its quiet. Swimming pool is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. Within walking distance of good restaurants.

Close to a bustling area with many shops and places to eat ( including halal food at Istanbul meze kabob, Burger King and kfc, all halal with certification)/ great breakfast served with coffee every morning

They need to add furniture n comfort. Houses r quite old but main thing is the furnitires are very basic only.

The water from where they were renovating was running into the pool. The room was nothing like the pictures in the hotel. Items in the kitchen were dirty and looked like they had never been washed. We ended up finding other accommodation which wasn't in our budget but we could not stay here.

My husband and I stayed in a 1 bedroom villa and it was lovely. We loved having our kitchen and sitting area outdoors but still having the bedroom with air conditioning and closed off from mosquitoes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, you chose from a menu and they deliver it to your kitchen table at your specified time. The only downfall was they are renovating the lobby, which is next to the pool. You are still able to use the pool area but it wasn’t very relaxing with all the construction. They are very respectful and only work during the day and you cannot hear it from your villa. There is a nice beach a short walk away as well as many shops and restaurants! We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Bali.

Staff are so friendly being going there now for 2 years they are always so welcoming and happy to help always . The location is just perfect close to everything beach shops markets restaurants
