Fairly good. The security at gate can be more friendly and considerate

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever we had a request they immediately addressed it. We had very cold days here and being ignorant of the underfloor heating facility, didn't use it. First thing in the morning when the cleaner came in she immediately switched all on, showed us how it works. This is an ideal place for families. It really caters for all ages and groups, from small toddlers, teenagers and those that want nice spa facilities. The game roaming around as well as the great golf fields just give that extra touch of tranquility. When our time came to leave we decided to extend for another week, but because of a public holiday as well as father's day the place was jam packed. Indicating our disappointment on not getting some more time, one of the office staff made an effort to make some space for us by moving the shorter stay customers and we had an extra week.

Weather was not great but we had a fantastic stay. Lots to do, the kids enjoyed the heated pools and entertainment activities offered at the main pool and restaurant. Staff were friendly and facilities are great. The perfect mini break.

Overall stay was good. Second night of my stay there was a rat in my room, reception office was closed. So I left at 11:30pm, nobody from Magaliespark called to apologise or even check if my stay was okay. After sales checkup on clients needs to be improved

Accommodation is well payed out and clean. We had a problem with a dishwasher leaking but did not affect our stay. Multiple activities for the kids.

Hotel room was not ready at 3 told us it was. Eventually at 3.30 given another room. Which day was nearly over. After that enjoyed our stay.

The stay was very comfortable and the room was well finished and warm . I had requested something special as it was my wife’s birthday but received nothing out the ordinary . Also experienced power outages and no hot water so showering was a bit of a problem but overall manageable

Need to improve by ensuring that TV snd WiFi are working before guests arrive

It was an amazing stay. The resort has multiple of pools and heated pools for winter stays. Animals walk around so it's a great view and pleasing for kids

Great place with lots to do. However hot pool was a nightmare with kids unsupervised and screaming and diving. Despite the rules posted on wall. Needs to be checked more.

Hi...resort is lovely and the ground staff very friendly. However , I was disappointed that the resort does not tell us that we must pay extra to stay in the resort on the day of checkout. Too many hidden costs . Not very accomodating . If you dont leave within half an hour of checkout they give you note to give security at the entrance and want to impose a R1000 fine which is ridiculous and very tacky. We left early but it leaves an ugly taste since we paid over R2000 a night but the min you checkout you are told to leave immediately or pay R100 per person. No resort ever does such a thing. Check in very late but checkout early with no room to enjoy resort on last day. Thumbs down for that. But otherwise the facilities are lovely.

Like the friendly atmosfhere and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Foos at restaurant is excellent , golf course well maintained and challencing

I must say , staff here are extremely polite and friendly . My 2 year old had fun . We loved the indoor pool . Even the chalets where clean , and the cleaning service was on the point . Will defintly come back

The staff was so friendly. The dining was tasteful. I wish it was electrical transportation available to rent in order to travel to and from room.
