The room was very small, making it difficult to move around comfortably, and it was quite noisy. On two occasions, the cleaners entered the room without any prior warning, which felt intrusive & rude. I also visited the spa, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. A group of teenagers were being loud and disruptive in the relaxation areas, making it impossible to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the floors around the beds and relaxation zones were wet, and the staff seemed indifferent to addressing those issues. I was asked to go naked & not to wear my swimsuit but all make teenagers were wearing swimsuits, which felt very frustrating.

Great experience

We stayed here for the Berlin Marathon, and honestly I travel a TON for work and running, and this was one of the best hotel experiences I have EVER had. The hotel is perfectly clean, amazing amenities (gym and spa are top notch), staff is so accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat, SO impressed on so many levels.

I loved the interior design and the smell of the hall, the cleanliness of the room and the services. I also appreciated the late check out (12:00). I did not like at all that in the bathroom of the room there was not the bidet.

The staff here was very polite and professional, and the property was lovely. The area around the hotel was nice and quiet, and a good location to walk to many of the sites we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

I've been a guest at the Titanic hotel several times over the years and the service is always impeccable. The rooms are in good condition and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, especially the delicious selection of middle eastern food.

The staff is amazing! Steffan at breakfast, Valentino at the bar and Valentina at the front desk. It’s not just a beautiful hotel but the staff is so friendly and helpful and the food and rooms are amazing!!! Will certainly stay here again! The location is perfect for first trip visitors and people wanting to explore the city!

Wow. A true find in the center of the city. Great breakfast, lovely room - not huge but big enough to not feel cramped. Super clean. The hotel itself is quite luxurious and the staff was super attentive and friendly. A local friend of mine came to pick me up for lunch and was super impressed with the size and luxurious feel of the hotel - particularly for the amount I paid. Excellent breakfast buffet, food dining if you love meats…and you can even eat at the bar here if you are traveling solo as I was. Bartenders were particularly friendly. And of course location is right in the middle of the city near most tourist attractions. Since this was my first trip to Berlin it was a perfect central location. Everything surrounding was clean and safe. Lived my stay, I highly recommend!

All very clean and comfortable. The spa is lovely. The location for all main attractions is perfect; all accessible on foot or via the Metro.
