The best staff, the most gorgeous views, and the restaurant was top notch. I especially loved that it’s situated far enough from the crowds of Fira and Oía but easy enough to get to by bus or taxi. If you can splurge for the honeymoon suite, do it. The views are incredible.

The staff from the moment that we arrived were wonderful and welcoming. The room was great, with a beautiful view of the caldera as well as a private hot tub connected to us. The hot tub was a little on the cooler side, but it was still doable to enjoy for a little bit. Unfortunately the pool wasnt heated, as we were there in April while it was still pretty cool. Our drinks from the pool side bar were delicious as well. The daily breakfast brought to your balcony or inside if you like was delicious and always a delight. They have a restaurant connected to them, that we unfortunately didn't try, but it has good ratings. We ended up walking right outside our resort to a little local spot, that was absolutely delicious with excellent service and still an excellent view of the caldera and sunset. There is also a nearby corner store if you need anything extra that served us well as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and wish we could've stayed longer.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. Incredible staff. Incredible views. Incredible rooms. Everything....Incredible. It would be impossible to have any regrets staying at this hotel. The hotel is located at the top of Fira, beyond the crest of the road. So it has a perfect unobstructed view of the West. Each room is set so you can watch the sunset from your balcony. The room itself is spacious and comfortable. If you request anything, they are very quick to help. And they truly will help you in any way they can. There is a walkable trail that runs perpendicular between the upper pool area, and the lower hotels. This trail can take you on a scenic walk around the island, passing lots of other great restaurants and bars, and will lead you to the main square. Up at that top of the hotel is the restaurant (and I should clarify that the hotel is not a building. But rather individual building clustered up the hill side. So top in this case is the main area at the top of their part of the hillside). Beyond that is the street, and there is a small market right there. Theres a few restaurants, shops, and pharmacy within 10 minutes walk. But there is even more to this story. I got inflicted with an exceedingly rare inner ear infection that started just before my arrival. Each day I needed some help. The staff was there at every turn. They helped coordinate literally everything. I'm limited to 1500 characters. But I want to wish a heartfelt thank you to everyone

Such a pleasant stay- It exceeded our expectations! Beautiful villa with amazing views. Our room was so clean and the breakfast food was delicious. Loved that there were marked trails to walk from one city to the next. We will be back again one day.

We got offered by the hotel to move to their sister hotel, La Perla in Oia. The overall process is pleasant and with the great service from Helen too! The view from the suites is fantastic and it is well maintained. The breakfast provided were great and we enjoyed in so much. You could have a peace mind over here by just letting Helen knows your request such as transportation arrangements, sunset cruise and etc, and you will definitely satisfy with their services.

It was a beautiful place. The staff especially Solami (in reception and I hope I’m spelling it right) is awesome and extremely helpful. The food was fantastic!

Great location and friendly staff.. the rooms are very nice, comfortable and spacious. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and was definatly worth the extra $$. Private jacuzzi and private with no public walkways past the room only fellow guests. The pool was clean but cold.. refreshing but ice cold. Highly recommend Avocado and RARE restaurants for dinner the food is amazing. If your looking for transport into Oia or Thira we found renting a quad bike a fun way to transport around the whole island. Would stay again for sure.

We had a fabulous and wonderful stay at Kasimatis. I was in contact with the hotel about their car service pick up from the ferry and departure to the airport and they were always friendly, helpful and fast to communicate! Everyone we encountered was so lovely and kind. Then there is the room. OMG the honeymoon suite was phenomenal!! The bed was super comfortable, the touches of robes and slippers were so nice, breakfast (of your choice) served to your patio each morning and your own plunge pool/jacuzzi overlooking the most beautiful view ever was worth every single penny!!! We hope to return and highly recommend!

We went for our mini moon after our wedding, and couldn’t be happier with the hotel. Weaved the location, the level of communication and continuous support and advice from staff. Especially Salome who works in reception. She had been amazing at booking things in for us and supporting us to do this. We found the food (breakfast and food in the restaurant) to a high standard. We had a few issues in the room we were staying in, but the hotel ensured we were able to move to another room for a while and ensured our room was okay to return to. We were genuinely happy to have stayed at the hotel, and would love to return one day!

Gorgeous views. Unique room set up, cleanliness and very friendly and accommodating staff. On the other hand, travelers should be informed regarding steep steps involving these properties which won't be suitable for everyone.

Excellent view and comfortable

The staff was friendly and very helpful with amazing restaurant recommendations and places to see during our brief visit. Salome and her colleagues could not have been more accommodating! Breakfast portions were large and the menu was varied. Beds were large and very comfortable (firm).

Our room was absolutely beautiful, the staff couldn’t do enough and we really enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning!

The Imerovigli location and (relatively small) room overlooking the caldera was very nice, with vivid sunsets each evening. (Hotels in Oia advertise sunsets, but Oia is mostly south-facing, so few properties there actually have sunset views.) Imerovigli is pedestrian friendly and not overwhelmed by tourist shops. Oia is a nightmare of tourists. Daily breakfast was served on the apartment’s small terrace, though quite late for us (after 9:00 am). The hotel experienced regular short power outages every afternoon and evening. No explanation was ever provided, and no apologies offered.

Incrible experience. Massive 2 floor room with hot tub overlooking the caldera. Christina at the reception was fantastic at suggestions and booking/reserving restaurants, drives and experiences on the island. All the staff is very friendly! A great experience!

The property is situated on a great location on the cliff edge in Imerovigli with beautiful views of the sea, crater and volcano. The hotel rooms are designed well and the hot tubs are a brilliant feature. All of the staff are very helpful and kind.

Couldn’t fault this hotel - from the moment we booked, we were contacted by Christina who wanted to make our stay as relaxing as possible. She booked our transfers and restaurants for our stay - both restaurants Remvi and Metaxy Mas we highly recommend! The hotel itself is just perfect. We were in a room without a hot tub but it did have its own outdoor space with sun beds and a breakfast table. No hot tub didn’t matter as the pool was right next to us up some stairs. The location of the hotel is spot on - the sunset views are arguably the best on the island. We rented a quad bike for a full day and could get everywhere within 20-30 minutes. The breakfast was incredible - served on our balcony, and the service from all staff was just amazing - everyone was so friendly and willing to help. If we go to Santorini we will rebook this hotel, and will be telling friends and family to do so too!

Amazing room, breathtaking views, super service. Great breakfast served in the room. Not acceptable though that only that terrible filter coffee is the only option during breakfast. Greeks during Greek holidays need proper iced coffee.

Amazing views and beautiful breakfast :) the bathroom could use some shelfs as there was no place to put our things (not even soap plate or glass for toothbrushes) but that was just a small inconvenience :) the staff was very nice.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! First, the service was impeccable. Christina, who works at the front desk and was our main contact, was so helpful with every request and question we had, and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She helped us book a few activities, ride transfers around the island, and made sure we got to and from the ferry port upon arrival and departure on time. Second, the rooms were beautiful, unique, comfortable and clean. Everything we could ask for in a hotel stay. We had the pleasure of staying in two different rooms because we extended our trip at the last minute, and they were very accommodating! The first room looked like the inside of a cave, with an outdoor private hot tub, close to the pool. The second was a honeymoon suite with a balcony hot tub and gorgeous views of the island. We loved getting to experience the variety and honestly loved both rooms equally. Lastly, the breakfast is the best complimentary breakfast we’ve had in Greece! You are given many options to customize your selection so you can try many different things, and the breakfast is delivered to your room at your requested time every morning. Additionally, after visiting the more popular towns of Oia and Thera, we couldn’t have been happier with the location of our hotel. Imerovigli is much less congested, conveniently located between the two, has stunning views of the island, great restaurants, and an awesome ambiance!

A really beautiful location with extremely friendly staff and delicious breakfast, but lacking in a few areas. First, the staff is so kind. They go above and beyond and provide excellent service. They have a wonderful breakfast- maybe the best we had in Santorini. The pool is very nice and they have decently priced cocktails there as well. Unfortunately a few things put a damper on our stay, and they are things that I’m not sure can be helped. First, if you’ve never been to Greece, you may not know that you cannot flush toilet paper. Despite that, people clearly do. Our room smelled of sewage, and so did the people we were traveling with. I think the pipes are just backed up because the place was very clean. It’s unfortunate but was really unpleasant when in the room. We had to keep the toilet lid and bathroom door closed at all times. The hot tubs also aren’t hot. You can have them turn them up, but it’s still just warm. We booked for this amenity so it was disappointing that we didn’t have that benefit. Ultimately it’s a friendly place with great staff and breakfast and fantastic views, but there are a few minor things that would lead me to try somewhere else next time.
