Upgraded the room once we arrived, paid more and received an old tired room with a view out our window of the breakfast/brunch room 😢😢😢

Great place for family vacation, the new water park isn't open yet. However they have a pools and two water slides available which we're great! Fast check in. And great service. I will differently be back again with my family.

Heating unit so loud it kept us up all night, even with ear plugs. HVAC units should be updated with quieter brands.

Our stay was nice, the only problem we had was we had to wait in line over 40 minutes to check in ! There was only two people at the counter and one was tied up with a customer for some time. They should have had more people to check customers in. This was at 5pm on a Wednesday, the time we got our things in our room and went in town to shop the stores were closing up! We had to leave the next day so I would recommend a minimum stay of two night for a enjoyable stay.

Fun weekend. There is a ton to do at the hotel and surrounding area. Although a bit dated it adds to the ambience. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast at Oma’s was very good. The hotel is very busy with family and kids so if you are looking for quiet it’s not the place to go. Our only complaint was that the beds and pillows were not comfortable at all for us.

Inn is very large and explanation to get to room was quick and complicated making the walk to the room very long. Construction of water park is going on so you are given ear plugs in the room. The Inn itself could use some updating badly. Too bad the money is going towards a water park and not the Inn.

The room had a balcony view of the parking lot with construction. Once the new water park part is done the balcony will have nothing but that to stare at. There was wallpaper peeling off the walls, crayon on the lampshade, dust on just about every surface, paint chipping off other parts of the wall, beds were hard and uncomfortable, brown spots on the ceiling of the shower that I didn't notice until the last morning. It is like they do the bare minimum for cleaning. Omas the restaurant they recommended on site and they use for room survice...the food was bland, service was slow and the server was not the most friendly. We asked for exta napkins and were given 2 and then an attitude...we were traveling with our 4 yr old. Server completely forgot my drink and was so slow with everything I decided not to bother asking. The pools were great..clean and warm. The arcade the temperature was really hot in there at all times.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was clean and matched the charming Bavarian theme, though a bit outdated in some areas. Perfect for families with plenty of activities like a fun arcade and mini-golf. The staff were kind and welcoming, and we had no complaints during our stay. While the current pools could use a bit of updating, the upcoming waterpark sounds like it will be a fantastic addition. Overall, a great experience!

It was ok, the construction with the water park isn’t great. But we go every year for our anniversary, it lived up to what we wanted. They do a good job of keeping it pretty close to normal even during major renovations. It’s a great hotel

Our stay itself was nice . The staff very friendly and accommodating. However, I think it is time to update the Tower rooms. They are outdated and need quite a pick me up. Parking was atrocious and it was not a festival weekend.

Had major issue with restaurant staff telling me she was "helping" the other staff member. Meals was good; service sucked!!!! Was told I would get a coupon or some type of thing from manager we spoke to in hallway. Got nothing, had to carry my leftovers back to room on serving dish. Place is nice, restaurant staff is LAZY!!! I had to carry my leftovers back to my room on my dinner plate because the girl was too busy "HELPING" instead of doing her job. Lost a step with getting too big

This place was amazing! Only stayed for 1 night next time will definitely stay longer. Oma’s restaurant and waiter were wonderful. Have absolutely nothing to complain about!

By far, Bavarian Inn is our favorite hotel. The peace and serenity we experience cannot be overstated. Oma's. The pools. The staff always stays ahead. Adult paradise.

This place is amazing. We did have construction going on near our room so the balcony we had did not have the best view but the stay was amazing.

The property is very large and excels at everything you need. My only complaint is long distances between elevators but that is not something that can be changed. Overall an excellent experience all around...especially the extra help to switch up our rooms when we asked! Better view!

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is excellent. You can walk to restaurants and shops. My only comment is that for the price you pay, you would expect at least a coffee pot on the room. Have to go to lobby for morning coffee. Other than that the place is great!!!

Cute hotel. Every single staff member we met has been extremely helpful and friendly. So much to do here and very kid friendly. Only complaint I have is there are no room safes.
