Everything was great

This is the only thing that went right . My Daughter got separated from in the bathroom off the Family Fun Pool area. I asked a young lady, who was on a break for some help and she immediately said yes and someone with a radio. Another lady brought my Deaf Daughter to me.Thank for All Your Help .

Bed was too firm. No in room hot water or coffee. Refrigerator freezer didn't work great ice cream melted!. No even mini microwave! Our last night was bad, a lot of hallway yelling. I thought that the soft voice signs in the hallways where for everyone. Finding the pools required a lot of walking. How many do they have, cause we only found 3. The Family Fun center was more walking then I could do easily. Over All lay out from our rooms to pool not great. Parking on Thursday was a nightmare. No bell men or any other kind of help.

They said we had a parking lot view which was fine but failed to say we were looking at a construction zone. Out bathroom smelled like urine

There was plenty to do inside and outside, all close enough to walk. Employees were courteous and efficient. The rooms were comfortable. There was free coffee and chilled water which was great.

Not really a dislike, but areas of the hotel, including the gift shop could use a little updating.

Room service from Oma's was delicious. Beds were very comfortable. Room was quiet. Ate at the Ratskeller and food was very good. We also ate the Mother's day buffet in the Composure Room. A wonderful meal. I rented an amigo for my visit. Very satisfied with it.

The bathroom was tiny and it did not accommodate my walker.

Adult pool and hot tub the Lorelei restaurant was nice and convenient happy hour was nice

We really enjoy the Bavarian Inn. This was our fourth time back as a family. The whole facility was very clean and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We loved the discount arcade gaming in the morning. Our favorites are skeeball and the coin games. The new was prize room was great! Breakfast at the Ratskellar was very good. Coffee stations were nice and coffee was also good. Our kids love the hot tubs and pools, especially the smaller ones with the waterfall. The whole town is cute and so much to do within walking distance. We always enjoy a meal at Frankenmuth Brewery and this year we tried TDubs, which we loved! Compared to other hotels with water slides/extra amenities, Bavarian Inn is by far the best value. We hope this continues after the new water park is built!

While I like the idea of switching to hand pumps for bathroom liquids, their pumps were very difficult to get the soap out. You had to push really hard. It almost felt like they were empty several times how much you had to press them. Bathroom was separated (sink outside of door with toilet and tub in one room) and quite small and dated, but still clean.

Kids loved the arcade

The lack of soap in the bathroom. Did not like the scent of body wash and especially did not like the wall mounted dispensers.

The beds were decent and pools kept clean.

No parking!!!! Had to park over by the river shop and carry everything to the tower by the construction. Completely unreasonable.

Location is fantastic and so are the grounds.

The room layout , and all the things that there was to do around the hotel.

Meals. Portions options could have been smaller for us light eaters. It would have been nice if there was a fast food place close by.

Temperature control in the room did not function well - very stuffy at night. The tub/toilet area was very cramped. The wall soap dispenser by the bathroom sink did not work properly. The faucet on the vanity sink had a leak at the base - always left a puddle. Parking was very inconvenient. The new water park will make parking even more inconvenient.

The look and feel were charming!

We found the hotel to have a confusing layout. It took some time to figure out which entrance to use or how to get to the 4th floor!

Outdoor construction was loud enough to wake me up in the morning. taking an afternoon nap with the little one was also challenging because of the noise
