The Bathroom was extremely dirty. Mold and mildew in the shower and dirty behind toilet. Also,,,,,I reserved a king thru Expedia and when I checked in they gave me 2 queens. They said it was the same price and if I wanted it resolved i'd have to go thru Expedia.

It was a horrible service and horrible hotel. I checked out the next day and I even asked them for a refund. They did not refund me my money. It’s a horrible place. I do not recommend it to anybody. They don’t even do housekeeping you ask for towels they don’t give you unless I went downstairs and I was so upset till they send me one. They ruin my vacation. I hate it.

Very nice place to stay in Frankenmuth. Easy walk to all downtown activities, nice facilities, helpful staff, and good breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Overall, great value.

I booked a room with a King bed and they gave me 2 doubles and it was the ADA compliant room.

We made reservations for one room with a king bed. We were given a room with two queen beds. Receptionist said that it was what the system showed. I showed her the confirmation which showed a room with a king bed. She didn’t even try to see if a room with a king bed was available so we didn’t have a choice but stay in the room with two queen beds. There were no tissues in the bathroom. The trash cans in the bathroom and in the room had no bags. The microwave was not very clean and the same with the cover for the AC/Heating unit. Breakfast was the worst and most anemic we have ever seen in a hotel. We choose to go out and eat both days even though we paid for breakfast at the time we made the reservations. We definitely expected more from Marriott but it didn’t happen this time.

We stayed 2 nights at the Inn while we visited Frankemuth. We were very comfortable and happy with the room that we had. The only downside was the fact that the pool was closed during our stay.

This was an overnight for a friends weekend. It was perfectly situated for us right in the heart of Frankenmuth on their Main Street. Plenty of parking in the hotel lot. Checking in was easy, room was spacious enough for the 2 of us, we had 2 queen beds, small fridge, enough charging ports for the two of us. The beds were comfortable and had a lot of pillows which I liked. The room stayed cool and didn’t smell musty. The hotel has a pool and hot tub. No lifeguard on duty. There is a patio off the pool that leads to the outside of the hotel. A good area to get some sun and lounge. The hot tub & pool were nice to relax in after a long day of walking around town. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choices for cold: fruit, eggs, breads, muffins, peanut butter, Nutella, jellies, bagels and hot food: eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, oatmeal amd fixings with note coffee, tea, juices, milk and water. It was well stocked and someone was there to attend to the food and you. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I had messed up my reservation with the wrong dates and the hotel and hotels.com were able to accommodate the change quickly and without an additional charge. The hotel is right on the main strip so it was easy to get to the main strip where the food, shopping and city events were taking place. Overall a good stay and I would recommend and stay here again.

Late arrival check in and awaiting room very easy and quick.

Bathroom floor had water leaking from the wall. I brought this to e attention of front desk. Floor was cleaned and leak returned. I felt I should have been given another room. First problem I’ve had in 30 years of staying here. Not certain I’ll ever return.

Stayed here for a romantic weekend away and will definitely stay here again! Staff were kind and helpful, the pool and breakfast a nice bonus! Right in the downtown but also tucked away enough that it was private but still convenient to get where we wanted to go by foot.

Our tv stopped working late at night. Also, i reserved a room with 2 beds but ended up with a king bed so we made the best of it.

We arrived early and they were able to let us check in early! The check in lady was very nice and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was minimal but good ! The lady working was friendly and on top of cleaning everything. Overall everything was good except the tv was slow. We did use the pool and it was clean. We would stay here again mostly because of the Staff.
