Short but pleasant stay, clean and well equipped apartment 👌.

Very uncomfortable beds, caused us to have pins and needles and dead arms every night, ants all over the apartment, killed a few baby cockroaches that was making a low pitch buzzing/humming noise through the nights, restaurant and laundry facility closed with no mention on the website, had to ask on numerous occasions for clean bedding and towels finally got some on our fifth day, wouldn't have booked if i knew everything was closed and there was no one ever in reception, couldn't even hand the keys to anyone! Also on arrival there was blood splattered on the dresser in the main bedroom! Disgusting

These apartments are home from home. Staff really friendly and hard working. Had a brilliant time and will return.

Clean, quiet propriety. Receptionists great, everywhere English speakers. Every second day the cleaners would clean and change sheets and towels, a lots of towels in the rooms. The pool was not heated but that didnt stop us to use it in the middle of feb. Temperature was between 20-25 celsius outside, no rain at all but strong winds. The kitchen was equipped with everything even dishes, they provided with washing up liquid and sponge. They had washing machine in the back of the property and dryer that costed upto 5 euros to use them. They had a towel rent service and they offered bottles water in the reception 5l- 2,1 euro. The island doenst have drinkable tap water even though we used tap water for coffee and tea and cooking. I would recommend this property.

Only average rooms cleaned only every 3 days towels only changed every 3 days bed linen not changed whatsoever sofa not in great condition and ants in one of bedrooms not a great experience

The location was great for Puerto Del Carmen. The food at the pool bar/restaurant was lovely and the staff are very friendly in there.

Run by lovely people that can not do enough to help you. Very central location with easy access to bars, restaurants and the beach. There was nothing to dislike

It was clean tidy and quite modern. easy.Within easy access to shops and bus stops.

Visited in December as a couple. Very clean apartments with water & a carton of milk in the fridge on arrival. Apartment was spotless when we arrived, aloud us to check in earlier than usual (thankyou). Only a short walk away from anything, not far at all. The only thing I would say is, it’s a very quiet complex, it isn’t a problem but just stating. Also, when other rooms move furniture or place chairs down they screech and can hear so loudly I would recommend adding chair pads to each of the legs therefore a little quieter when moving in the rooms. Rooms was cleaned very regularly within the week. Would I visit again here? YES.

Very good choice for a 9 night break. Stayed in apartment 222. Reception very helpful, and Tony and his team great with meals and entertainment.

The apartment was spotless as was the pool. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely weeks stay. The staff at reception and at the bar and restaurant could not be more accommodating and friendly . The food was great , all home cooked . The was bingo , quizzes and karaoke at night time night time which was good fun . The pool area was great and you could always get a sun bed . It’s a five minute walk away from the new town , which went on for a least a 30 minute walk to the old town . Lots of lovely places to eat and drink. Plenty of shops and entertainment . Close to beaches and the apartments were like home from home . Cooker, ironing board , iron, fridge, toaster and kettle. Comfy beds and apartments with pool view. Thanks again to Tony and his family and staff for making our holiday stay at this hotel one of our best experiences . You all work so hard to please each and everyone of your customers 😊😊.

Absolutely fantastic holiday with my Husband and 3 kids. Only supposed to be staying for 10 days, ended up staying another 5. Staff are amazing and always happy to help. Food and drink at the apartments was really good to. Really clean and well kept. Gutted we had to come home. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2017, the rooms are lovely, very well equipped and the maid came in a few times a week, keeping the place spotless. The only down side to the rooms is that it states a one bedroom apartment can sleep 4 people- however, we would definitely not recommend this as the sofa bed is extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The pool is great and is very well looked after. The reception staff are very friendly. The bar staff seem to let the place down a bit as they seem very stressed out and act like everything is too much work for them. -It makes is just a bit uncomfortable when ordering pool snacks etc. Entertainment of a night could be better and a bit more of a plan to it but overall a very good stay :)

Las Adelfas was perfect for us . We didn't cook indoors but could have easily. There was everything you needed in this large self contained apartment. Very clean. English channels for those who need this. Lovely staff especially Valentino and the bar persons. Food ate there only one night was very good. Didn't venture into the entertainment area as not our thing. Nice and close to beaches and shops (ten to fifteen minutes walk) but felt secluded and away from the hubbub. Shower lovely and strong, always loads of hot water. Pool area clean and quiet (April) . Couldn't fault it for this type of resort. Good value for money. Loads of drawer/cupboard space and hangers. Plus a light and plug next to the mirror (not seen in some 5 star places). Room 105

This is budget accommodation and so quite basic and a little bit tired, although quite clean. The accommodation is situated in a good location and not far from the beach and 10 min walk to the bars and shops.. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Overall considering the price, no real complaints..

The room we had been allocated was very tired and had bad damp problems in the walls of the main bedroom that resulted in fur growing out of the walls that looked both disturbing and kept brushing off onto our clothes. We also was unsure if it was safe to breath in or not. I asked to move rooms and was informed that no other rooms was available but they did send round the maintenance guy the same day and he patched it up. This only lasted 2 days and the fur started to grow back through the repair at the exact locations. I don't normally complain but after I made the initial complaint on Christmas day morning, no sooner had I left the reception room I heard both the staff laugh out loud. I felt that they must have been laughing at my complaint and weather this was true or not it was very unprofessional of them to do so. It is just a small walk to the beach and it is in a well located area. The pool was too cold and no one went in it apart from the kids now and again. The downstairs room we was in had next to nothing sound proofing and as such we heard all the upstairs movement through the walls and ceiling that prevented us from having any kind of a siesta:( Overall if the room was in a better condition and the staff behaved a little more professional then it would have got a much higher score along with only a positive review. Room for improvement (pardon my pun)

You will get what you pay for here. Rooms are a little dated, and dependant on which side of the pool can be very dark and cold. Facilities are limited, however there is a pool snack bar and evening meal/resteraunt facilities all English orientated. Great location, less than five minutes walk to the beach and local amenities, and only twenty minutes to the centre of PDC. Ideal stay if your a couple or small family on a budget.
