A hidden gem that is situated a short walk from the main avenue and activities area. Very accomodating, courteous and helpful. Great breakfast to start your mornings, with custom omelets and variety of cereals. Of course coffee and juices. Then when returned from tours, there is a adult bar, attended and games and a lounge area and pool. I would recommend and reserve again in future.

East and fast check in. Everything you need is there and around the hotel. Wifi wasn’t the best but is was average. Nice breakfast and the bar and pool was nice too.

The hotel was very nice and situated near the main area of puerto ayora. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the food especially the breakfasts! Would definitely recommend and I would look to stay in this property and when I return to the Galápagos

The water pressure wasn’t great in the shower. If you have candies or something sweet in the room you probably gonna get a lot of ants. There were some insects inside the room too. Breakfast was really amazing and people that work there are the nicest. It’s a good location.

Staff was very helpful and the Santa Fe tour we booked with them was excellent. You are less than 5 minutes from port if you arrive via boat. You are also about a 10 minute walk from main street that has lots of restaurants and bars. Definitely would stay there again.

The hotel room was spacious and had a balcony view to the ocean. The hotel staff were friendly and helped with all questions and requests. Our only issue with this hotel is that there is no wifi in the hotel room, you have to be in the common spaces to use the wifi.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ninfa for 5 days with a group of 7 including kids. The service and cleanliness were very good. Breakfast was great each morning. The location can’t be beat. It’s so close to shopping, dining, pier for tours and supermarket and ATM. The property is gated so it felt very secure. Would recommend it. We were there on New Year’s Eve and the celebrations outside were very loud but that was understandable and expected.

You should not stay this hotel unless you like being cheated. The Expedia’s page said that Wi-Fi was available in all rooms; however, we can access the Internet only around the reception. I had to join a meeting during the vacation and needed Wi-Fi in a room, which is why I chose the hotel. Transportation cost from the airport was also different. In short, ad-fraud.

It was a nice place and kids loved the pool. I perhaps expected a bit more based on previous reviews. Breakfast was okay. Rooms are all tiled which resulted in a few bad falls

This is a lovely place to stay, very close to the docks, shopping, and the Darwin center. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great.

Room had beds and little else. TV didn’t work. Bright white lights felt like we were in a hospital. Not charming, as the photos indicate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fine for a last minute overnight but not for a longer stay.

Wonderful staff who do a great job of catering to guests with very early breakfasts so you can have a good meal before day trips, cash bar, rental bikes, everyone was friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit while in Puerto Ayora. The mattress was very firm, the room super clean and the hotel is walking distance to the center of town and the pier.

Central location, walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and travel agents. The bus to the airport leaves nearby. The amenities are adequate, not excellent but comfortable enough. The breakfast is good, and staff friendly.

The hotel is in a central location, very convenient to everywhere. The pier is just opposite of the street . Breakfast is a good combination buffet. The hotel setting is modern , comfortable. We have to the thank the management for accommodating our one day delayed arrival due to unexpected situation. Thank you very much . The staff was friendly and helpful. No one in the office or breakfast buffet area wore a facemask. There was no hand sanitizer available in the eating area.

Good location close to the harbour. Good breakfast, ok rooms and the pool area looked nice but we didn’t use it. Great hotel if you want to be close to the morning boats to the other islands.

Excellent location steps from the docks, main hospital and police station. My room was extremely spacious, with perfect bed, clean. Big bathroom. Nice small balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub. Huge windows with a lot of natural light. However, the curtains are not blinds, so even when they are down there's a lot of light. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free buffet breakfast, however with a limited selection. All in all, very nice.

Went with girlfriends Hotel ninfa is in a great location a block from the tour pier. And lots of restaurants and shops Ninfa has a great outdoor space with bar and pool table. Pool and jacuzzi The rooms a very basic. And could use a remodel Service and breakfast were great

We only stayed overnight at La Ninfa on our way from a cruise to another island. Our room was very large, with one king bed although we requested 2 beds. I was told upon check in that if we wanted another bed in the room it would take time. Since we were only staying one night, it was not a big issue. The property is in a great location, close to the pier and main street of the town. From what I observed, the property was clean and generally well maintained but a little dated. The one issue we did have was our door did not close without A LOT of jiggling, pulling, pushing, etc. Since we were only staying overnight and left the room once for dinner we didn't make an issue but it was a bit alarming that there is a room with a faulty lock. This is a pretty basic repair and necessary part of a hotel room.

Great location. They can help with tour arrangements. You can ride around town on their free bicycles. The property is one block away from the port and two blocks away from Las Ninfas Lagoon.
