Wow, what a find!! The hotel was beautiful. A small charming boutique hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and I loved that we could buy a wine and beer from them to have in our room. The hotel is just a short walk out of the city, ideal for us as it was a little quieter.

Surprising charming place in Siena. Not right at the busy touristic center, but very nearby (less than 10 min walk). Quite zone. Very easy to find parking in front of the hotel. The room at the deluxe room at the second floor has brig windows with a nice view to the patio. The breakfast is excellent, and Lucy very friendly! We forgot earrings at the room and they sent us a message letting us know promptly. Great experience!

On a positive note, the hotel is in a lovely old villa in a great location near the old city with ample street parking. However, this was one of the more disappointing hotels I've stayed at in 2+ years in Italy. The photos for the junior suites include one that is not accurate, as it shows a light-filled room with an actual window and perhaps a balcony. In reality, these rooms are all on the 2nd (attic) floor and have tiny 2ft windows you can hardly see out of. The entire effect was claustrophobic and unpleasant. This site and others should more clearly specify that these are attic rooms. Also, the bathroom had one of the tiniest showers I've ever seen- even my petite sisters-in-law had trouble showering. This hotel might have nice rooms, but the three we stayed in were not those.

Lovely place just outside of the old town. You can reach the historic part of Siena by foot and it takes approximately 10-15 minutes. The building is a bit noisy but not too much. Maybe not ideal during the busy season. Parking is free on the street outside the Villa. Avoid the bar closeby when you exit the hotel and turn right towards old Siena. The one with the magnificent view. We paid 16 euros for breakfast for two.

Fantastic place to visit Siena. Specifically if you travel by car, as you are a very short walking distance from the pedestrianized zone, while still being able to find free parking. The breakfast is excellent!

Helpful staff. Property small but bedroom clean. Bathroom small though (would be difficult for two people to stand in there At the same time and felt cramped). Parking is on the street and no guarantee of a space. We found one by going around the block but only saw one space. Breakfast - not as good a selection as in other places we have stayed in but may be due to small size of the property. Conveniently located around 15 minutes’ walk from the centre of Siena old town and a pleasant walk.

Property was well located and close to the atraction..The AC Was Not working. So I Had A terrible night...

Vi had to cancle the same day because of a dobble booking. This was after the deadline, but they only charged 50% of the rate and was very helpeful on the phone.

Lovely hotel very friendly staff only a few problems....shower & sink didn’t follow away so over flowed when showering. It was extremely hot even for July and the air conditioning unit was so noisy & wasn’t worth having on . Very central and comfortable hotel. Would stay again

Lovely hotel, brilliant staff, lovely rooms. The only slight negative is that as the hotel is on quite a busy road it can be a bit noisy - but it is in a great location and easy to walk to everything.

Bed was hard, bathroom had serious mold problem and was smaller than most in Europe. Aur conditioning did not work.

Lovely villa hotel , nice ambience to relax in & outside . Our balcony room was nice , bed very comfy . Bathroom nice size , spotless , good shower , fluffy towels . Staff friendly , helpful ! Location is tops as nice to return to s quiet street after being with tourists in the town ! Nice & leafy street . Breakfast was lots of choices . An enjoyable stay 🌺

We were quite upset about our stay mainly because of the cleanliness of the room and the noisy. We got the room on 1st floor, the walls of bathroom was moldy. Not the small mold spots... but the significant pieces on every wall of the bathroom. This was annoying enough, however, I was shocked when I also found a bunch of shaved hair from previous guest stick on the wall in the shower, which is really disgusting. I have no idea if they have cleaned the room carefully. The whole room also smelly moldly, I guess because it is on 1st floor. So we tried to open the window to get some fresh air. But the room is literally just 5 meters away from the street, the whole night, we had to sleep with the noisy of the cars/ super loud motorcycle passing by. We can even clearly heard whats the topic of the people who is walking by. (That is how close the room to the street!) The staffs there were nice and helpful, the decor of the common area is pretty. Maybe it could be a nice hotel to stay as long as you wont get the rooms on 1st floor and facing the street.
