Our room smelled of mildew. Our sheets were wet and there was mold in the shower.

We arrived well after check-in time, checked in and were given a room key, but when we got to the room it was still being cleaned. When we asked for a different room we were told to wait and they would check with housekeeping to see what rooms were clean... We waited in the lobby with all of our luggage on a cart for 30 minutes until the clerk finally talked to housekeeping who loudly insinuated that we were rude to her (not true) and then said the room was clean. I don’t think they understand what clean actually is. All of the pillow cases had stains. There was mold in the shower. The carpets were stained in multiple spots. The couch was stained and falling apart. The next morning, we tried to use the exercise room, but the elliptical was broken and didn’t work. The treadmill worked for all of 3 minutes before it shut off mid-run and wouldn’t turn back on. This is not the first bad experience we’ve with Best Western, so we will not be staying at another one again.

We checked in late on a cross country drive. The front desk was so helpful and very pleasant. There were many hotels in the area to choose from, this one was a winner.

The room we purchased was supposed to have 2 queen beds and a sofa couch that made into a bed. The room was supposed to sleep 5. When we arrived the room we were given smelled like mold and couch was broken. We were still charged the full price for the room and had to purchase an additional room to house our family.

Very confortable place to spend the night

Our room was fine. There was a terrible musty smell in the hallways, thankfully it wasn’t in our room.

Very clean and the staff was amazing. Wish the beds were not so high especially in a mobility room. Very hard for my 82 grandma to get up in. But they were comfortable. Def would stay here again.

Stayed overnight for a weekend getaway. Front desk employees were super, very polite and friendly. Room was really nice, clean and quiet. Remote only operated tv from 6 inches away but whatever. Highly recommend.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The issue I experienced was pet hair in the room and noisy neighbors above my room.

Room smelled like mildew, and all surfaces inside the room were very moist. May have been hvac issue. Breakfast was satisfactory, service goid.

There was a slight musty odor in the hotel and our room, but other than that it was comfortable and convenient for us.

I NEVER write reviews, but the staff was rude and not helpful at all. I booked a room for four people and housekeeping only put two towels in our room. It happens all the time and usually this is no big deal, but when I went to the desk to ask for towels they were very rude and told me I had to go find housekeeping myself on whatever floor they were cleaning to get more towels. This towel debacle went on for all four days we were there. You would think at some point they would figure out that if they took four towels out, they should put four towels in! We also had to do laundry while there and I couldn’t find the laundry detergent in the mini store they had so had to ask where it was. The receptionist was rude and said, “You don’t see it right there on the top shelf?” There was an unlabeled basket on a high shelf filled with tide pods out of their packaging. Then I had to get change and they told me it would be $3 total to do laundry so that is all the change I got from them. It was more than that, but I I was not about to deal with the staff again so instead I went to my car and dug around everywhere until I found more change.

It was a great experience for a quick stay.

Check in was quick. The room was spacious & clean. My 14 yo son & 11 yo daughter don’t like sharing the bed so having the pull out couch is great for our family. Breakfast was good too!
