The bed was comfy and the tv had Netflix which was good! Tea provided in the room. Bit noisy. Shower really good.

the hotel was average at best. the staff were very to the point, no chit chat slightly hostile with us. the room itself was very basic - only 1 pillow had to put a towel underneath it to plump it up. very small but has what you need for one night - wouldn’t recommend if you actually plan to spend time in the hotel.

Easy to find and good parking. At £45 including parking I would have expected tea and coffee making facilities. Overall, okay for a one night stay.

The staff were friendly enough - nothing over the top in terms of providing excellent customer experience but nothing to complain about. The walls were thin and you could hear everything going on in the corridor/other rooms. There were only half a dozen parking spaces and parking was chargeable daily. Breakfast cost £4.95 per person but was just coffee juice and cereal, not worth it. It really was a budget experience in that it would be okay to stay one night while travelling through. I don't think I would recommend or go there again. I think even something small would have given a better impression like tiny toiletries in the room or something. Just generally below average.

The hotel was fine for the price. The only downside was that they open for breakfast at 5.30am when a lot of homeless people come in to eat and it is quite noisy

We checked in very late to find out our confirmed and paid room to be given to another party. We were given a card to gain entrance to a room where we found 4 naked men in our reserved room.
There was no spare rooms available in the hotel .
A disastrous non stay. We be asking for a full refund and and hopefully a goodwill gesture.

The room was very small in size for 3 adult bathroom shower was not comfortable for my wife bcz my daughter is special need and my wife need to make her shower had hard time to do that thanks

Accommodation was as expected, basic, but suitable, clean, etc. for the price. Location ok in terms of accessibility, shopping close by etc. Reduction for the noise throughout day and night. Opening windows is not possible and needed, whatever you want to hear, you hear anyway as the windows don't take out anything. My room was to the road and sun-exposed, so noisy and very warm/boiling. Really annoyed I was, when coming back home finding an penalty charge of 100£ in my letter box for parking - I have paid my parking fee! Now in the appeal process, but I find it really annoying. I use hotels a lot, never had that before.

The room was very small. The beds were uncomfortable. There were cob webs in the corner or the rooms. Not impressed at all. Wouldn’t book here again.

If you struggle to sleep at night without a quiet environment, please consider this hotel carefully. I slept on the side facing the dual carriageway and it was constant noise from the traffic all night. The room was stuffy and I could not open the window. Staff told me that the thermostat would not produce cold air but offered to bring me a fan which never arrived.
My friends slept on the other side away from the dual carriageway and complained of noise from a large industrial fan going off every 15 minutes throughout the night.
It was clean and tidy but none of us had a good night’s sleep.

Smelt nice, was clean & well kept. Very basic, anything 'missing' is found at reception ie hair dryer. No matress protector! a must considering the 'use' of this cheap hotel. Very comfortable nights sleep, once you settle into the hum of the main road. Would actually stay here again. value for money

Hotel provided everything I required i.e a nights sleep in a clean room after a long flight and a hot shower with clean towels in the morning . Will definitely use the hotel again when travelling in and out of Leeds Bradford Airport.

Room was like hospital. hairs every where . No kettle tea coffee etc odd. Not cheap fifty pounds. Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Avoid if you can. Horrid place.

Arrived to a warm welcome from the receptionist. We ask for information regarding directions and places to eat, we were given postcodes along with very good directions

Hotel room was big and clean for the amount I paid. Nice shower and comfy bed! Sound of cars outside was a little annoying but not too Loud if the window is closed. Located right across the road from Tesco and 15min walk from city centre so was easy to get food.
