Location… in the dirty part

The hotel is a good deal for the price. Staff is helpful and courteous, it has a good location and breakfast is included. Some things to note is that the rooms are on the small side and sparsely furnished (it is not a major hotel chain, so keep that in mind), the beds were very firm and there were only a few outlets to charge your electronic devices. Also, although it’s location is good (steps away from a supermarket, restaurants and bars, a few blocks from the metro), it can get loud at night (discotecas are right near by - download a white noise app if you are a light sleeper- we slept fine, but we were also exhausted).. it would be helpful if you could speak Spanish to facilitate any requests you might have.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Hotel Vivre as an avid traveler and would definitely stay there again. The experience was delightful, from the attentive service to the comfortable accommodations. However, it's worth noting that there is an additional charge for having friends come over, which would be helpful to know upfront.

I make a reservation of 2 rooms my friend was sent to a different floor of the hotel we were 9 floors separated, I got stuck at the room the door was not opening from The in side or out side got to have help from the staff

The room is clean but tiny. The price for the room was reasonable. The conference room is small and the price is high compared with other hotel that we have used previously

To noisy and construction while we stayed

Absolutely disgusting and filthy property. Roach invested, stained pillows, dirty linens, ripped and stained towels, no toiletries no running water in the hand sank

The staff at the hotel was excellent, but bring your own conditioner, body cream , the hotel doesn’t have them .Breakfast was good you could order an omelet.

The staff were super attentive and nice, the room was large and very clean and the location is beyond perfect! Right on La Sententa while still being quiet enough to get a great sleep. The only small downside are the windows face into a stairwell (which did have windows to the outside), but it didn't bother us much and the upsides to this hotel totally make up for it!

Nice location and service. Wish can put a small fridge with bottled water in room and had more hooks to hang bathroom towels.

This was a nice hotel with central location. Doesn’t have a pool or anything of that sorts, but overall a nice place, reasonable price, clean, friendly and close to everything you need/want in the city

Hotel was near to alot of restaurants and bars. Food vendor's all around. Great area to stay. Only thing was the loud music from the bars. Other than that, its a good place to stay.

The location is great. About 10 min walk to a subway. It is right off of a main road, across from a supermarket and many options for food outside yoir door. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and help with tour options, and taxis and anything else you need. The only complaint I have was that the music of the nearby bars was loud so in the night it was a little hard to sleep, but other than that everything was great!

WiFi only in hotel lobby, 1st room no air conditioning

The room was very nice and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helped with everything they could. Breakfast was also good - in general, great value for the money. One down side is the location; the hotel is close to bars/restaurants that stay open until late, so you hear a lot of noise during the night. I was in the 8th floor and even from there I could hear the noise/music every single day, even during weekdays.
