great location and hotel. Fantastic friendly and helpful staff, only issue was clear glass door opposite shower and toilet looking directly into adjacent building so neighbours sitting on their lounge watch you shower and sitting on the toilet.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at BO Hotel. It had everything we needed and more. We especially appreciated the robes, toiletries, espresso machine, pool access, and the location couldn't have been better.

Went here for two days and enjoyed some couple time, we enjoyed the rooftop hot tub. Only issue was that the lighting seemed off/some wiring issue where when our boozy neighbor accidentally tried their key at our door and it made our lights flicker. Maybe just the side effect of an old building in historic Palma. But other than that very lovely hotel, great service, clean and close to all the beautiful old town!

The staff was incredible with great recommendations and eager to help with anything you may need. Very clean and spacious rooms. The restaurant was great. Very centrally located and easily walkable to shopping, bars, and food options. Theres also a beach and beach club that’s about a 25 minute walk away as well. My TV and hairdryer didn’t work, but I never requested to fix it otherwise I’m sure they would have been happy to help me. Overall great hotel and great value!!

The BO hotel is right in the heart of the historic city so it’s a great location. The only downside is the nightlife goes on until 2am. The staff is wonderful and the rooftop lounge area and hot tub provides a great place to relax after exploring the city. There are many choices of restaurants in a short walk. We would absolutely stay there again.

The BO was one of the best boutique hotels in my traveling experience. The staff goes above and beyond all expectations. Helpful in everyway. The bed was as good as mine at home. Don't even think about it. Book it!

The BO hotel is a small and cosy Boutique hotel, extremely well located in the heart of Palma. It is 2-3mins walking distance from most of the most important city attractions. Service and amenities were excellent.
The hotel has an Italian restaurant which is also extremely cosy with excellent staff service which made my stay feel Unique!

Jairo was our first impression of the hotel. Amazing guy. Made our stay awesome. Gave us great tips of where to go an and what to do while there. Great suggestions of restaurants and places to visit. Rooms were absolutely clean and up to date.
The only negative was that we did not know nor were we told until we got to the hotel, that we couldn’t drive or park in old town without getting a ticket. Location was also in the middle of everything in Palma. Highly suggest the spot and hotel.
