Great little villa with private pool, the property is in good condition, even tough it could use a touch up here and there. Bring your earplugs for sleeping Breakfast was good( no coffee included!😳) Walking 15 minutes to the beach. Beat deal for the area. Great service and as always wonderful Balinese hospitality.

It felt like you’re in a resort except the noise of the vehicles passing by. The staff were nice and polite. The bedroom doors are shaking when the wind blows. The bathrooms can use some improvement. Overall, we liked our stay in the villa.

Location off main road. Relatively quiet for this busy part of Bali. Air cond worked well - open living own pool. All staff super warm and friendly. On site/nextdoor restaurant great food. Plan to go back :)

Pool villa was perfect. There was a celebration at the property during my visit...very interesting experience.

The villa we stayed was clean the staff are incredible especially the staff at the restaurant such lovely people. The only complaint I could say is the amenities in the bathroom need to be of better quality but other than that it's a great place. Thanks guys for a wonderful stay..

I booked Taman Amertha Villa about 1 hour before showing up at their villas. I was received with a very friendly welcome by Ketut which was very helpful and offer help during all my 7 nights stays. Ketut and his team helped me organised various activities and provided very good advices about where to go in Bali area. They were always available to help no matter what. The villa was very comfy with private pool, daily breakfast & daily housekeeping. They provided me a welcome drink and ran me through basic stuff about the villa and the area. Will be back there!

The service was fantastic. Ketut and his team did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay. The cafe that delivered breakfast each morning was lovely and very hospitable. Having a private villa was great as we had privacy and no disturbance. Plenty of great restaurants around the corner and coffee and a mini mart across the road. Close to key locations. Location was convenient although not in the heart of Seminyak. Great coffee shop across the road and 2 spas, a nail salon and a small restaurant where breakfast came from. Staff were all so lovely and helpful and we appreciated having 24 hour security (not that we felt unsafe ever) Ketut the manager was great and happy to help. Our pool got lots of sun so it was a really lovely temp. Villa was cleaned every day. Very good value for money.

From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed. Lovely and helpful staff, nothing too hard to assist. Villa private and open plan. Just what we wanted. Great place to stay and unwind.

Every staff hospitably treated us with smiley faces. And they kept our room very clean every day as well as a fool. The fool is a little deep for me who is 160cm tall and can not swim. But lying on the beach bed feeling breeze is perfect rest even for short time. And the shortcoming was the location. It is good to walk to some restaurants for having breakfast but it takes 20~25mins to Seminyak main square. Since we are slow walkers, we took a taxi all the time and min. pay is enough.

Our stay at the villa was wonderful and very comfortable, we were picked up by Katut who is the driver for the villa he was very helpful and knowlegable we were welcomed to the villa with fresh juice and fruits the villa was beautiful and cozy everyone very welcoming to us I would definitely stay at the villa again.

It was a very good experience. The room and the private pool is very good. It is very close to Seminyak.

We arranged through the hotel (for a minimal fee) to be picked up at the airport, it was a relief to see our driver at the airport with our names on it. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ketut who is just awesome, he made us feel very welcomed and had us download whatsapp app to communicate with him at any time of the day or night. He also had us download the bluebird taxi app which made it super easy and affordable to get transportation. Ketut truly made us feel like family. It is important to contact the property via e-mail since there is no front desk or lobby, i went on the hotels actual website to find the email since i couldn't find it on Expedia. The villa was just beautiful, the private pool was good size and was maintained and clean. The indoor/outdoor concept was super cool, although we did have plenty of visitors, some beetles, a lot of cute little geckos, some frogs and we even had a bat fly inside the living room area, so if your're not fond of these little creatures maybe this might not be for you. The bedroom was completely sealed off so no there was no critters in there. There was fresh water provided, and a full kitchen was nice, utensils included. everything was in working order and clean. breakfast selection was good. The hotel is situated in a good location with a mini mart across the street and massage parlors. Seminyak shopping and dining is all withing walking distance. over all me and my fiance enjoyed our 10 night stay and would definitely be back.

Our time here was fantastic! It was more than what we had expected. The facilities - private pool, outdoor style living area, bedrooms with their own ensuite plus another toilet in the living area, toiletries, safes, kitchen facilities, the offer of arranging massages to the hotel, scooter hire, the breakfasts being included (despite not being at a level we are used to but definitely were thankful for all the same) - I honestly couldn't rave about it more. The location was a street away from a main arterial route in Bali so very convenient to get around and shopping and many restaurants were max 2km walking distance away, which we made the most of most days for lunch, dinner and cocktails. Although if you are wanting cheaper shopping, Seminyak is definitely on the more pricier side - go to Kuta. However, for places to eat there were more options than we could have visited even if we went out for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the week! The icing on the cake however was the staff - in particular Ketut. Ketut made our stay x10 better. Being able to contact him at all hours and get him to organise scooter hire, drivers and any other medial questions we had was amazing and so helpful! The security were also lovely and made us feel safe and welcomed. The combination of the location, the Villa and the staff made it a 10 out of 10 for us. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else traveling to Bali. Thank you to everyone who made our stay in Bali something we wont forget.

We travelled as a group of 4 staying for three nights. I can say that it was a fantastic experience at taman amertha villas. The service was outstanding especially by Mr ketut. Although we reached too early to check into our villa, he let us rest in an adjoining villa first and gave us helpful tips on where we could visit. He was also v responsive in contacting us and helping us with our requests. The villa is new and we heard from the owner mamud that it has only been opened for a few months. All amenities are in clean and excellent condition and the private pool is beautiful. I would only add that there should be more hooks installed in the toilet. Breakfast is prepared by the cafe opp and you can choose to eat at the cafe or have it delivered to your villa (wide selection and tastes great). There is a 24 hour minimart right opposite and the villa is also within walking distance of a supermarket and within 15 to 20 min drive from popular restaurants and beaches. Best part is that the price is very reasonable for the quality and superb service we received. we will definitely be back when we visit bali again.
