Really unique design... beautiful inside.

Design forward in the old school part of downtown Santiago… great breakfasts and a priceless lounge on the top floor.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Magnolia. The room was beautiful, the staff was incredible friendly and helpful from arrival to departure, and the food we ate nightly at the restaurant was amazing! We’d love to be back soon.

Great hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Magnolia. The beds and rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is tasty with lots of options.

Without question one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I have had in quite some time. Every associate was either great or exceptional. When you travel often, nearly every hotel looks the same... and this was very unique. Without question my go-to property in Santiago.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Magnolia. The staff were excellent, well-trained and probably the highlight of the hotel - Ariel at the reception, Diego at breakfast, Gabriel who very kindly helped us catch our airport transport when parking for them was tricky...and all the others as well. Unlike almost all other hotels we stayed at in Chile, here it felt that they understood what hospitality really is and that small gestures matter a lot. The hotel's building is really nice and we enjoyed having breakfast in the atrium and even just spending time in the lobby. The only "negative" - but not the hotel's fault in any way - were the surroundings at night, which did not feel inviting for a walk after sunset (but felt completely safe during the day).

Excellent hotel, great service and very friendly staff

Nice enough, but not exceptional. I went because it had very high ratings but it simply isn’t exceptional. Room was comfortable enough - about average for its class - service and food were very average. Breakfast was a limited, average, and repetitive buffet. Small room that filled up quickly so no place to sit some days. No perks, just nothing very special. At that price point there are very good hotels nearby.

The staff are exceptional. Rangiroa Tuki is an excellent concierge. He was extremely helpful in securing tours to Santa Rita winery and Valparaiso. This boutique hotel is centrally located with restaurants two blocks away. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were given Room 68. Beautiful room, but unfortunately we could hear the elevator humming all night and the kitchen staff clinging dishes and talking like they were in our room. This went on until 1:10am, on a day that we had to get up early and really needed our sleep. We complained (that night) and again in the morning. The hotel did move our room and give us a bottle of wine for our troubles, but I feel they should have comped the night, or at least part of the night. We've all had those nightmare hotel stays where the people next to you keep you up, but coming from the hotel itself was unacceptable. I sent them an email upon our return, letting them know they did not do enough, and they did not respond. Other than this issue, it's a very nice hotel, well located, with a cozy roof-top restaurant.

Lovely restored boutique hotel in great location. Nice rooftop bar/restaurant. Room could use better lighting and front desk staff not particularly friendly. Price point too high comparatively. Similar hotels booked by friends 1/4 of the price.

Hotel Magnolia was a wonderful stay! It was walking distance to many city attractions and parks to explore. The rooftop bar was amazing and the decor & architecture of the hotel was unique, modern, inspired by nature, and stunning. We will be back!

The Magnolia is a charming looking boutique hotel in a good location. However the hotel's aim to be stylish and chic is, to some extent, at the cost of practicality. We had a reasonable size room but the lighting was terrible, no USB ports, only a few hangers, a shower set up which sprayed the rest of the bathroom, sink stopper didn't work, no info in the room about the hotel and one working channel on the TV! Check in not very welcoming. The rest of the staff were great and the Terrace restaurant was lovely. So, some good some bad.

Perfectly normal located in downtown! Front desk and reception staff were very kind and ready to give advice. The concierge hired for us two great tours on a very short notice! We highly recommend this hotel!
