Ingrid was exceptionally great! I asked her to decorate the room to surprise my husband for his birthday and she did and I was super greatful. The facilities are outdated not very clean but location is great. For the price you get what you get. Thanks Ingrid

Lovely, central hotel with traditional Nicaraguan breakfast…only would add that the Wi-Fi isn’t strong. But a super stay for our family of four. The pool was a welcome sight!

We didn’t have hot water for the 3 nights we stayed. The room was cleaned on 2 nights but not the 3rd. It’s not the room necessarily that needs cleaning but emptying the bathroom bin which isn’t great to have to live with. We killed at least 15 mosquitoes in the room on day 1 and around the courtyard was full of mosquitoes. Breakfast was good and location is good only a few blocks away from the central square. The room had a fridge which was handy as well

nice pool, lovely breakfast, nice to have a free beverage (non-alcoholic), clean, spacious rooms. Shower in our room was a little off-VERY hard water pressure. Otherwise, windows faced beautiful view and AC worked wonderfully. Helpful front desk staff

Excellent stay of 5 nights at this awesome boutique hotel in Granada. The rooms have AC, big and spacious, with a lovely pool to cool down. The location is great and for about $30 a night, we got delicious Nica style breakfasts. Also the staff are awesome and treat you like family- highly recommend!

Grananda is a beautiful, safe city.

The Posada del Sol hotel is a jewel in Nicaragua, excellent service, very friendly employees, always smiling. It was a very pleasant stay, nothing to envy to a luxury hotel anywhere in the world, we leave with the desire to return soon thanks to all the staff.

Exactly what we were looking for in this beautiful city. Spanish colonial style, very comfortable & attentive staff.

Love the garden the grass was a little overgrown and maybe a little more maintenance.. but overall nice..

The people here are very nice and service oriented. This place is also very clean. The breakfast was basic Nica but good. And i enjoyed the food at the restaurant Asarte next door. But the rooms are very old and while there was a kitchen there were no plates, pots, pans, silverware, cups, coffee maker.... I didn't ask for anything, maybe you have to ask? I ride a motorcycle and they had a small ramp so I could enter the main door and park inside! I appreciated that very much :) The A/C worked well but the wifi didn't reach my unit which was halfway along the building. I could only use the wifi when i was in the common areas

11/02/20 I WAS HERE BEFORE DARK FALLS AND GOT INTO THE BATHSIDE AND A DISPENSER PAPER BUCKET WAS RIGHT TIDE UP ON THE TOILET AND REMOVE IT TO FIND UNDER I MEDIUM SIDE BLACK SCORPION, THANKS GOD I FOUND IT AND NOT MY WIFE.. THE NIGHT BEFORE LIVING THE HOTEL COUNTED WHAT I HAVE OF MONEY TO NOT OVER SPEND OR CARRY ON ME ON THE STREET, BUT IN THE MORNING AS I WHEN TO OPEN MY LOGGEG LOCK IT HAS BEEN FORCE OPEN WITH SOMETHING AND BROKE AS A POINT THE ONLY THE TIP OF MY KEY WAS GOING IN AND AS I TWIST THE LOCK GOT OPEN, I GOT SCARED FOR MY DOCUMENTS MOST OF IT AT THE MOMENT, BUT SAW THEM THERE BUT 2 100.00 BILLS WHERE MISSING!. LEFT THE PLACE WITHOUT MAKING ANY TYPE OF COMPLAINT, THE POLICE IN THIS AREAS WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IF NOT SOME HARD TO INVESTIGATE !. BUT LEARN SOMETHING OUT OF IT. DONT LEAVE ANYTHING IF YOU DONT HAVE A SAFE IN THE HOTEL !.

Good customer service by the gentleman at the front desk, but next day at the check out, I didn’t like the service from a lady, avoid using the word “amigo” to guests because it’s not professional and I feel it inappropriate. You say, “caballero” or “señor, señora, señorita”, etc... Besides that, I liked the hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. I loved the place.
