It was great for the price. However it was a little worn out on furniture and alot of spots in the bathroom were a bit dirty including the ac vents caked up heavily which I always notice right away since I have asthma. Then the only complaint I have was the guy in the guest services who lied to us about getting these great gifts for staying with them. We paid $20 for a lunch that we were forced to use right away and we had eaten right before we were told to get our free tickets for viewing a property and not for a vacation property purchase which it turned out to be. We sat for over an hour waiting when they said show up early and it will be over quickly. Instead it took almost two hours of my actual birthday and the salesman sat with us at our table and no bs literally watched my wife and I eat and critique each thing we put on our plate. It was awkward and very cringy. The guy "Paul" gave borderline pedo vibes and he is known as the "Vegas movie critique" you can find the guy on YouTube. Again his name is Paul. He was not even kind enough to offer to cut the bs tour short when I explained that we were lied to and it's my actual birthday day. And we are wasting our damn time with that fraud a$$ crap

Parking is free. Staff is friendly and professional. Elevators are a little slow/ Room is extremely clean and up to date. You are several miles from the strip and the Raiders stadium. We had a rental car. We have stayed at this timeshare rental several times. They 100% stay on top of the maintenance. Looking forward to returning.

To start the kitchen counter had crumbs and we cleaned/sanitized ourselves. The resort needs to upgrade stove canopy ventilation.ceilings fan, When cooking it’s get very smoking as well in bathroom, air conditioner is not the best considering poor ventilation in the rooms it self , did not like the fact you have to go lobby for towels etc, check out should be available on tv also, others then that’s the resort it’s self is very pleasant and quiet.

The apartment was very clean except the A C filter but I told the front desk and they got it replaced right away.

Not the worst place to stay. We didn't see any bedbugs, so I'll give them that. However, the sheets had several stains on them and there were a few places that made us question how clean it was. The towels were ridiculously scratchy. It was a big room, with a full kitchen, and had a lot of potential. The staff was nice. It was relatively quiet. I just don't think it was worth what we paid. We stayed at other hotels with nicer rooms for cheaper. Wouldn't stay here again.

If youre in vegas whether for the strip or otherwise this place is in a very convenient spot to all areas. It was very clean and modern. My wife and i loved the room and what it came with. Bath tub and seperate shower washer and dryer. It was literally perfect. I will definitely be coming back to this place for any hotel I'll need while in vegas.

This is a very good property , the rooms are everything i would expect . Clean, nice bed, quiet and all I needed for my stay. If they would provide a breakfast or coffee in the morning , it would be perfect . Just something i enjoy when staying away from home.

This property was overall very nice. Fully stocked kitchen, very clean rooms with lots of dining options around. The downside for us was no oven in the kitchen, very long waiting time for the elevators, no washer/dryer in our room like we were promised, having to pay a surprise $150 deposit for incidentals upon arrival which was not disclosed before, must remove your own trash or there's a fee which they dont tell you either. For us, it was just not the most convenient so we will not be staying again.

The only thing that was wrong was the elevators when checking out they were not all working and guests in each floor needed to wait over an hour to fit into the elevators very inconvenient for the early check out times at 10am. One staff was in one of the elevators and the elevator had plenty of space to have more guests to go into the elevator and she was rude and did not permit guests to go into the elevator stating you have to wait. Many guests formed lines in each floor waiting and frustrated . This needs to change since guests are paying money to have a good experience . Suggestions offer more check out times train staff to be courteous to guests and offer later check out times to avoid everyone leaving at same time stuck in upper floors fir over an hour. Some guests needed to use restroom needed to force themselves to take the stairs from upper levels to down to lobby area not acceptable.

We loved how our suite came with a full on kitchen, microwave, fridge, plus dishes, utensils & drinking glasses, cooking & baking tools. It was also equipped with additional mini appliances ie toaster, coffee maker. On top of that, a washer ‘ dryer with complimentary detergent provided. Very spacious all around & definitely recommend not just for couples but for families as well. There’s a lot of dining & shopping opportunities around the property.
