I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The property is run down and in serious need of renovation. The paint is peeling everywhere, and there are holes in the walls and ceiling. The carpets are dirty and outdated, making the entire place feel grimy and uncomfortable. My room had dirty sheets, which was absolutely unacceptable. The lobby's sofa was filthy, adding to the overall unclean atmosphere. To make matters worse, there was a pervasive bad smell throughout the hotel. Despite the nice front desk staff, their friendliness couldn't make up for the hotel's poor condition and the unsafe neighborhood it is located in. I would not recommend this hotel.

bugs in the room

After AA.Com delayed our connection flight to Bermuda almost 12 hours, l needed a hotel to get 5 hours to rest/sleep. I didn't want to sleep 6 hours in the Airport and the hotel AA had compensated passengers, was oversold. So I had my wife search to find a hotel with shuttle, that wasn't sold out. Almost 400 flights were either canceled/delayed on that day/evening. Radisson had rooms, but unfortunately only 1shuttle was operating and after 35 minutes of waiting, there wasn't enough room for all passengers. I decided to get a taxi to the hotel. Luckily the check in was quick but all snacks, bottles of water, were sold out. Luckily I had keto snack with me, and got some ice, and a cup of water from the lobby. There are no vending machines on 3 floor. No restaurant on site, and be prepared to bring your own food, incase major flights are canceled/delayed late evening at CLT. The good thing was the room was big, quiet, and bed comfortable. I got a much needed rest, after a horror travel experience with AA.

Property Management was terrible. They told us no when we asked for an extra blanket. That were stains on the walls and the floor. There were bugs on the wall. No one was Manning the front desk so we weren't able to get a water. It was all around a terrible stay. On top of that they overcharged me on my card

Pathetic service, no breakfast, no store

The property was alittle run down. The coffee maker in my room didn't work the power outlets on one side of the room didn't work. And because of early flight no coffee available in the lobby. I am very impressed with shuttle service and the park and stay featured with no extra charge for up to 7 days. That made up for every thing else.

This hotel employs the nicest folks ever. The room was absolutely lovely and super clean.

Great stay. Room appeared to be recently renovated. Surrounding area isn't great, but I wasn't looking to hang out around the hotel. Property itself was fine and parking was safe. Great burger spot in the adjacent parking lot. Easy access to BoA Stadium.

The staff was not engaged with customers needs.

This hotel was not what I expected from a Raddison. It was a very basic hotel, and a little outdated. The room was ok. It was clean and everything worked fine. Overall, it is fine for a $100/night stay, just not what a Raddison used to be.

Quiet hotel, large rooms, wonderful staff, love the Airport transportation service and the vehicle drop off service. Love the value amount paid.

Everything went smoothly room was very clean and location was perfect for traveling to our event at the Filmore.

Would not choose again due to no transportation after our flight that was delayed

Property was fine. They were very accommodating with the shuttle to and from the airport. We did not have enough towels and no bar hand soap. Beds were very comfy. Lobby and elevators felt like they had the heat on. Way too hot!

Wi-Fi wasn’t working no microwave

Complete fraud. They advertise an airport shuttle, but what they have is a small passenger van that services 2 other hotels and is full before it gets to the Radisson. This brand has really gone down since Choice hotels took it over! They also do not have breakfast.

The staff were very courteous and professional

Staff I interacted with were very helpful and kind. I had multiple dead bugs in my bed, phone didn’t work and I was told by my Uber it was not a safe area.

The hotel offers an airport shuttle but it never showed up. I tried calling the hotel several times and no one answered. We had to pay for a ride to the hotel. The sheets were stained and bathroom floor had what looked like blood on it.

There was no soap in my room. It was after 2am and I was beat from a long hard day. Went to hop in the shower. No soap anywhere in the room. At that hour and as exhausted as I was I didn't want to bother with calling the desk and waiting for someone to bring soap. I washed my body with shampoo instead. Everything else about my stay was fine.

I felt safe. I ate good and I got my wake up call on time.

This hotel isn’t terrible but shouldn’t be advertised for more than 2 stars. In need of major updating, old stale carpet in the rooms. Didn’t even provide hand soap. Vending machines completely empty. First room they gave me had clogged toilet. Etc.

This should not be listed as a 3 or 4 star hotel. The night staff was rude and unhelpful. The hotel was dirty and broken down. I would not stay here again even for free.
