Room was facing the wall. Not worth 650 chf/night Room had no terrace / balcony: not worth the money Room is outdated with old heaters Water was changing temperature: not worth the money Flyer said we can order hotel electric car to take us from anywhere in Wengen. When we needed it, they said they don't do this as this is forbidden (????) When we insisted they offered us the service for 10CHF, they said car driver is not in :)

Loved the stay. Wonderful staff including Stefan and Ramona! It was a good surprise to have access to a warm breakfast. The hotel is a quick walk to the train station, gondola station, shops, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Great breakfast buffet and beautiful outlook from dining room. Short pleasant walk to centre of village. The spa was super clean and the bar area very attractive. Incredibly hospitable and welcoming staff.

We would have liked more salad options at dinner.

the steep climb up to hotel and the lack of handicap facilities -several stairs to get into hotel - impossible with wheelchair and difficult with stroller . a ramp is needed .

Great staff , good location, and very nice view. We like it and sure will make it again.

Only thing is that we got tired walking up every time going back to the hotel

the rooms have lovely views but the bathrooms in room 216 was a little old fashioned and you could hear the toilet and water from other rooms.

the restaurant manager was such a jerk and stuck up! my husband was wearing very nice trouser shorts and he made him go change. the next day I saw several men AND women wearing shorts to dinner. He just wanted to show his big ego and puck on us. The front desk guy, younger, was totally helpless. we asked for help getting to the airport and which train routes to take. he was no help and we ended up figuring it out ourselves. our room was VERY, Very outdated! the bathroom was old and the shower didn’t work very well. the room was sparsely decorated, no area rugs or decor, smelt musty. very disappointed and we will probably stay elsewhere when we go back.

The location was perfect - it was private and had an amazing view over the town and across the valley. The staff was incredibly welcoming and very helpful with planning activities. The sitting room off the lobby was a a great place to spend time and the fresh water pool was a perfect place for a quick dip.

Great location, very friendly staff (must note Stefan as very helpful and knowledgeable). Very good gluten-free options for breakfast. Fun swimming pool. Very comfortable rooms. Highly recommend!

Not very close to Wengen village center although there is a shuttle service from the train station which is useful especially if you have luggage.

Attentive staffs and top notch service - they are working really hard to ensure we have a memorable experience. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The view from the hotel was breathtaking.

The location is a bit far uphill - make sure you inform the hotel on your arrival time to avail of the shuttle service to help with your luggage. Otherwise, it's a good exercise less than 10 min walk to the train station, if you are not distracted by all the beautiful things you see along the way that is.

When we arrived at the hotel we were really blown away by the view. It's fantastic. Our room was not ready when we arrived but the very nice reception staff where great and walked us through local walking options so we didn't lose any time. We also spent some time in the spa, which exceeded our expectations and actually looks much better than the images on the hotels website.

Breakfast was a little chaotic - and we had to wait a little while for our coffees and for food to be replenished but I can see that it is difficult when all of the guests arrive for breakfast at the same time

it’s an amazing place and the staff bend over backwards to accommodate any request . Special thanks to Jack who mans the front desk , he’s a star and will make you feel right at home !

The location is great. Staff very accommodating. Dinners were good.

Rooms and furnishings as are pretty basic for price point. Also had suite but second room was really not set up to be very useful.

Nice Spa. Some of the staff were nice.

The room was not clean on the first day. The floor in bathroon was sticky even after addional cleaning. Some of the staff were strange.
