Hotel is being renovated, so not alot of parking. The renovation did not interfere with our trip. The room has peeling paint on tub? Not sure why? Other then those few things, breakfast was good, room was comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was disappointing. There were no scrambled eggs, no white bread, and very little sausage. We ate what we could as we were leaving it was being restocked. I guess the workers got a good hot breakfast!! But not these travelers!

Building was under renovation and was not made aware until visit. Shower didn’t work and ac was terrible

The hotel was under renovation when we arrived. The only amenity they had was breakfast. Everything else was shut down including laundry and the elevator. We (2 elderly and 1 disabled) had to carry luggage up to the 2nd floor (the only floor that wasn't under renovation)with elevators not in service. Highly disappointed in this Hampton Inn.

Cross country move and this was first stop from Vegas. Hotel was under renovation but still was clean and accessible. Traveled with a Great Dane and had no issues. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a nice breakfast before our travel as well.

This hotel was under construction with no water at time of check in, no pool available, no amenities of any kind and with several windows open on 3rd and 4th floor it was cold.

I wasn’t happy that you didn’t respond to my email, or answer any of my calls. All the time we were stranded in a blizzard, trying to tell you we wouldn’t be making it by evening as I-40 was CLOSED at

Conditions inside the hotel, not kept up dirty , poor service, I had to call front desk to request , house keeping as to why our room wasn’t cleaned , nothing was done , they way the inside of building looked , this place was over priced . Not happy , other visitors said the same thing , they weren’t impressed.

The elevator was barely functional. The bathtub was worn down to the metal past the enamel on the entire bottom surface. I’ve stayed at many Hampton properties this one was disgusting.

I stay for 3 nights every year on business. Always clean, quiet & comfortable. Greatly appreciate the fridge, microwave & kitchenette area since I'm on a special diet & need to bring additional food. Breakfast area is always full, clean & appetizing. Would LOVE to see Green Chilies offered for eggs!

Could not have been more pleased! We reserved ten rooms for seven nights as a group of men from Moore, Oklahoma were on a mission trip. We were able to complete an extreme makeover and build a kitchen for the church of Christ in Ft Defiance AZ. We began early each day were able to enjoy a satisfying breakfast provided by the hotel each morning and then after a long days work, it was wonderful to come back to a clean room, quite atmosphere and very comfortable bed for another good nights rest. If God is to bless us with another such opportunity, we would most definitely stay once again at the Hampton Inn there in Gallup NM!!🙏

Reserved 10 rooms for 7 nights for a group of men on a mission trip. Could not have been more pleased with both the hotel and the rooms along with the wonderful service. If the opportunity presents itself again we will return!

Our Tv did not function. We were unable to watch any programs or get any weather updates. The Hotel staff did nothing to help the situation and never even apologized for the problem. This seems to be a trend with Hampton Inns these days. They have become a second-rate hotel. I will no longer stay at Hampton Inns in the future.

I didn’t like the service I received well checking in. The girl was extremely rude. After checking in I went to review my room for any damages and there was two broken drawers. I took photos of the damage and showed the clerk. All they did was right it down on a sticky note.

We have stayed here 5 times over the last 15 years. Always clean, and we love the complimentary continental breakfast.

Only real drawback involved the bathtub. The tub itself is too slick. Taking a shower is actually dangerous. Someone falling while showering is only a matter of when, not if. Please solve this issue ASAP.

Nice clean hotel. Our room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The staff was really the icing on the cake. We especially loved the service the morning breakfast crew provided. They kept everything stocked and clean. We would stay here again.

THERE WERE FEW FRILLS. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE FLOOR OF THE SHOWER/TUB. WHITE PAINT OR PLASTIC HAD BEEN APPLIED TO THE TUB FLOOR AND IT WAS PEELING BADLY. WHEN YOU TOOK A SHOWER, THE WHITE PAINT OR PL;ASTIC STUCK TO YOUR FEET AND YOU TRACKED IT ALL OVER THE BEDROOM.

Furniture in room was dirty and stained. Staff at first agreed to replace in morning but never followed through. Also lied to me when I went to front desk to complain again. No one there and they said they never left the desk. I finally took offensive furniture to front desk myself and left it there. Never heard another word.

Shower dirty and slippery
Grandson fell in tub due to this.
Told front desk and was told we needed to have asked for a bath mat. Asked her how did we know. She saw there were 4 senior citizens and 2 children. Then she started getting rude. Wouldn’t give me a receipt and told me I could have gone elsewhere. Needless to say we had a few words and she walked away from me.
I filed a complaint with Hilton corporate.
