It was a quiet place. It was clean considering the area it was in.

This place was terrible it was like being in jail nothing around no places to get food I only stayed there one night and left. No body is there at night if you need anything. We booked it for 12 nights but only stayed there one night. It was really hot in our room no air conditioning. No taxi service to take you anywhere. Me and my wife had to leave and go to a different hotel. I hope Expedia will help me get my money back.

This is the second time to stay in the hotel , and the safe is very important.
I just want to recommend to remodel the sowers to offer a best comfort.

Everyone was very helpful and it’s very clean. The only problem is that there is not a/c but they give you a fan to place in the room. Food was great and staff very friendly and helpful during the entire stay.

The property is in a gated community which creates problems when you order an uber. I could have missed my flight this way. Even though I asked management if getting an uber would be an issue. They said no but I watched 3 ubers get to the guard gate and turn around. And I had a 6am flight. The hostel does do shuttle runs to the airport. Cost $80 outside of 8-8pm I believe. An uber is $20. I dont mind the price but please warn people as i could easily have missed my flight if another couple wasnt also going to the airport. So be mindful of this.
Other than this, the rooms are large and clean. Mine was upstairs. So be mindful if you have heavy luggage. Mine was a shared bathroom experience. That always depends on who else is using it. Also the walls are very thin and I was next to the bathroom. Yikes!
Overall a nice enough place for short term stay except for the transportion inconvenience

A feel at home property located near the airport. Very convenient for early flight next morning.

The few (minor)drawbacks: a shared bathroom for the floor and there was one cafe/bakery that I saw in the area. There are a few small stores, but the selection is limited. Ideal place to stay the day before your flight. Free lifts to the airport at 6 and 8 in the morning. Any other time, you have to pay for the taxi.

I had a great one night stay at this hotel.
They are very welcoming, very helpful and the hotel is very clean.There is a lot of noise from inside and outside of the hotel ( airplanes), but I slept through it after a very long journey to Guatemala. I felt very safe in this area and will keep this hotel on my list for a next time.

This property is more like a bed & breakfast than a traditional hotel (several rooms in a private house access to living room and patio/garden. It’s in a gated neighborhood with little charm, but felt safe. The home was exceptionally clean, a delicious and hearty breakfast was served, and Katie was very helpful in ordering food and taxi for me. It’s just minutes from the airport - very convenient, but also, understandably, loud due to flights overhead. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Service is truly excellent, and the breakfast very tasty. I was wary of staying in Guatemala city but felt very safe since it is in a gated community. You can't see the place from the street (locked gate) and there is nothing around (we got our dinner delivered), but it was fine for the night before flying out.

The property is a very nice colonial home converted to a B&B. We left too early in the morning to experience breakfast, so no comment there. The manager was very nice and helpful. She recommended a nearby chef who runs a diner from his home - great food, and he was a great guy. Sat with us during dinner and chatted. I'd stay here again.

The breakfast was amazing. It was cozy and felt like home. The outdoor space was lovely. The bedroom and ensuite were spacious and clean. The room itself was pretty hot even with the fan on but otherwise it was a perfect spot close to the airport for a quick overnight with convenient airport transportation.

Magdalena and Heidy were very kind and accommodating and helpful with any question I had. Clean and quiet place in a nice neighbourhood with a few stores and a park within easy walking distance.

I was unsure of booking here due to review of previous person stating it was unsafe. I stayed 2 nights, it's quiet, safe, I walked to store around the corner at night to buy drinks. The breakfast is good! Near airport and very clean and quiet. Totally recommend, great hostess and cook!
