The bed was worn out; it leans down on the side. Almost no cleaning service and weak wi-fi The tiny apartment is just okay—nothing more, nothing less. The good thing is that the shopping center, grocery stores, and restaurants are close by. And it felt safe.

The hotel is very fit for purpose. It is close to bus stops and a shopping centre. There are plenty of restaurants and shops to chose from. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool bar does both food and drink. You can use your card to pay too and there were deals on the cocktails (which are worth a try). We were very surprised by the food portions for the price paid and the quality of food. Bar staff accommodated any varations from the menu, if they could. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere to relax, but still explore if you want to. Just be aware, although there is air con in the rooms, there didn't seem to be in other locations of the hotel. There was absolutely no need to reserve sunbeds either, even though some people annoyingly still tried to. We sat by the pool at different times in the day and didn't struggle to find a sunbed.

It was a good stay for me here! I would definitely come back. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool guy Juan was very helpful and service minded and he really deserves a pay rise! The stay was budget; so not luxury but affordable (which means that the room was quite in need of renovation; my asthma unfortunately also got worse during my stay here). The only negative that I do need to point out is that people smoke on the balconies which means if you are allergic and have asthma you have to stay inside your room at night and can’t enjoy sitting on the balcony and read or relax 😥 people also did not show any concideration and was making loud noises late at night; especially stomping the floor omg I think I had an angry elephant living above me). Cleaning was a bit random; some days they showed up and some they didn’t. The longest I was without any cleaning was 5 days. Their times for showing up was a bit weird. Sometimes they could come at 10, sometimes after 15 o clock. I had to wear socks on inside the room (socks turned black because the floors were not so nice to walk on).

The staff was very helpful and very friendly, price/quality was amazing, good food and drinks for a very low price. The room and the rest of the property were clean and had everything you need for a nice and relaxing stay. Beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport were all within walking distance. 10/10 would recommend.

Really nice hotel with very friendly helpful staff. The pool area is great and the bar staff especially Rita are very good. The only niggle if I have one is that 8.30am is a really late breakfast start so I didn't use it at all and the food in the pool area during the day are very unhealthy and the salad was awful with zero dressing and over cooked eggs but everything else was excellent. I had a great stay there and would go again.

Excellent hotel - clean, safe, well equipped, friendly and polite staff, great value for money, lovely pool area, 6mins walk to pretty beach, kitchenette option very useful, local to 3 small supermarkets. Would happily stay again. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Improve wifi connectivity 2. My door lock was quite stiff to open 3. Shower head not very good.

A lovely chilled week at this hotel lovely staff very helpful young staff on pool bar and around pool lovely helpful and friendly. Room was very clean excellent cleaners nearly every day Aircon excellent, no English channels on TV, breakfast was great also pool bar food excellent huge portions tho so 1 between 2 as lots waste.

Fantastic staff, extremely friendly and attentive. Hotel has everything we needed, great cleaning service and good location away from the bustling main resorts but within 5 minute taxi ride.

Loved our stay however if ur a vaper, u have to go to smoking area at bar on hot plastic seats, can’t vape in communal areas☹️

This is a decent, good value hotel in a handy location. It does the basics well...but the bathroom shower/decor/door etc could do with upgrading.

Nice clean hotel with good facilities and friendly helpful staff- no bar apart from pool bar which closes early but plenty of bars nearby- only quibble was that bed was very squeaky and annoying but otherwise very well positioned hotel for everything

Excellent staff and service, property needs a little updating. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Lovely area with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Will return 🌞🌞🌞

A relaxing break in a fabulous hotel. Lovely and quiet and within walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Great path (passeo) running alongside beach for early morning run/walk. Staff at hotel exceptional and very helpful with any queries or if we needed any info. Allowed us to check in early as our room was ready so an added bonus. Room was lovely- starting to get a little tired looking but nothing major and everything we needed for a week was there. Great views from the balcony. Pool gorgeous although VERY chilly ( told it was 20C but not sure their temp gauge working!! Plenty of sun loungers (no reservation allowed) and a fabulous pool attendant who would supply you with a mattress for your lounger everyday and always found a space for you whether you wanted sun or shade!

Everyone we met at the reception was extremely nice and welcoming, we loved the atmosphere! All the staff was ready to help and always with a smile on their face. Location is ideal especially if you rent a car (very useful in Gran Canaria). The only "bad" thing was breakfast... I believe it was not worth the price... the selection was limited and not great as we would expect from a hotel.

An older hotel (1965) in a quiet setting. Good beach and shopping nearby. Has been renovated but lobby is a bit old and unimpressive. Rooms good...nice pool. Bathroom needs: better towels, exhaust fan and general updating.

Exceeded our expectations with the thought that its price was lower than most nearby hotels. The room was cleaned perfectly and the staff is friendly. The only downside was the absence of a ventilation fan which made cooking inside quite disturbing.

Positives: Quiet area, great sea views from balcony, close to shopping centre, very friendly staff at reception, quick check in, clean apartment, close to fantastic beaches, 20 minutes walk to Playa del Inglés, great walking opportunities, close to busstop, great pool area, comfortable beds. Negatives: Although the apartment looks modern and fresh, there are many minor details that should be renewed, especially in the bathroom. I would definitely like to come back here.

Staff very welcoming. The room and hotel extremely clean throughout. We had a kitchenette which had all you need despite being a very compact area. Beautiful sea and pool view. Food and drink prices on site very good value and not pricey like other hotels. Shopping centre and buses both 5 minutes walk away. Walk to seafront in a few minutes. Beautiful park out front and back of hotel. San Agustín is really upmarket and beachfront beautiful and not packed or overrun with people. Would definitely recommend this hotel and surrounding area. I’ve been to 4 star hotels and this one is the best. No night entertainment but we weren’t looking for that as we tend to go out for the day to different places on bus like más palomas and puerto Mogán and Las Palmas and playa del ingles all by bus very cheaply and easily.

After staying in 2 other places before spending our last 2 nights here this was the nicest, quietest hotel of the trip with a lovely beach a stone's throw away. I'd have rated it higher but didn't try the restaurant.

The hotel has a lovely location on a small hill so upper floor rooms have an amazing sea view and view of the sand dunes. The staff were helpful and attentive and the rooms well presented. It’s a short walk to the beach and San Agustin shopping centre and a short RCI ride from Playa del Ingles, I would stay again

We chose this hotel based on pictures, and available parking. Hotel was nicely located with green areas on both sides and good parking. Hotel and beds a little bit worn. Small balconys with cigarette smoke drifting in from neighbours but nice view. Quite booring breakfast. But all in all, we enjoyed the stay and would absolutely stay again.
