I have chosen this property in the past because it’s conveniently located near downtown. However, this time around it took us nearly an hour of waiting to check in. The hotel had made more reservations than rooms available and I was given a different room than what I had originally reserved. It was the last room left so I had to take it or otherwise I’d have to find somewhere else to stay at around midnight. There were several people in line that were led without rooms even though they had made reservations. During the morning, our sleep was interrupted at least five times by staff. The worst part was that they would immediately barge in after an initial knock. There were discrepancies at the front desk since we were asked three times if we were checking out the same day. Our reservation was for a weekend.

A weird hotel. The lobby is on the second floor and there are only two elevators. It’s very crowded when there is a function. The buttons take you to the parking garage or first level randomly. The room was furnished by ikea and the shower is just inside the main door, the toilet is the only separate room. It was very clean though and the bed was extremely comfortable Until 1:30 am when a couple of women opened the door with a key they were given. I had the safety latch on so they kept trying to force the door. The young man at the front desk said it was his error and he rented our room mistakenly. I had to get a new key in the morning. Overall it is a hotel but not a Marriot Bonvoy. It’s weird

This is the second time I stay here I figure I would give it a second chance as it is a nice hotel at a great location but the same as the first time this hotel has very dirty rooms just not well cleaned I will definitely not be staying here again.

Room was nice but it was dirty floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in a while just swept over you can see stains, walls where dirty and dusty and sheets and towels did not smell very clean no type of fresh clean smell anywhere.

Front desk has no answers , not very informative about anything I’ve been staying here for years since its opening, service is just getting worse I will think twice about staying here .

Nice staff and clean rooms

The place is fantastic, the worst part was the employees, only one of them was very amiable, but the rest looked down on my mother and I. Everyday since I stayed here, I had to go down the lobby and ask for them to clean the room and they would end up cleaning it around 4-5 in the afternoon. I stayed here for 4 nights and everything would've been nice if it weren't for the snobby people managing this hotel.

Hotel room was dirty, sheets stained, hairs on sheets, bathrooms smelled like sewage. Moved to another bedroom and it was the same shockingly. Wife is a housekeeper in Vegas strip and quickly knew the rooms where cleaned half ass.

Very comfortable hotel to stay at for my surgery I had.

Great Hotel, Great Service, Great Location, the valet was covered under registration. Recommend it.

Nightmare!! I will never make complaint even the room , furniture was dirty Bathroom has a mold and smell bad Breakfast another story, you get offer free continental breakfast and then we was told that the part with fruit and some Brad with Salami was free but if you want everything else you need to pay ?? I will usually just ignore the whole thing and just enjoy my stay with my family but what they did on the end need to be addressed to others so you will be aware on the management attitude I book this hotel thought Expida and choose option to pay in hotel Price as you can see on the website for this hotel is from 120-150 and price I get was 156 At the lobby I was charged 240 And extra for pet 25 On my question and by 240’i was told that’s the deposit which will be returned to my account once it check out On the check out was told again the same think After one week since I didn’t receive money I call the hotel and they told me that the price as 240 and they can’t change anything?? So be careful, if you have to go to that hotel be prepared for that
