Aqua suites is beautiful. We had a fabulous room with a lovely balcony with a pool view. It was large, clean and quiet. Just perfect. There was a good choice at breakfast… but the fried breakfast was a little too greasy for us… but you could order a selection instead. We have to mention Sam who is a fabulous asset to the hotel… always smiling, always helpful and so friendly!

Main pool area was quite small and a little cramped, but it was acceptable.

A genuine warm welcome on arrival from Sebastian at reception and given a lovely, clean apartment. The staff at this hotel all make you feel so valued.. Samantha, Mateus, Victoria and the other restaurant staff are all so friendly and ensure you are well looked after at meal times . Breakfast is both a cold buffet and cooked breakfast of your choice. Selena and Lena welcome you at the pool bar. Every time you pass through the reception to go in and out for the day, you are warmly greeted by either Celia, Sebastian, Amelia or smiling new member Mimi (?) The rooms are spacious and are cleaned every day, with fresh towels daily if you require. Having 2 sunbeds on the balcony is a great bonus as it means the pool area is never full at any time of the day. The hotel is quiet with no large groups which is good as you can just walk down the hill to the main promenade if you want some livelier nightlife. Whilst the hotel itself is very good, it's the staff in this hotel who are the real jewel in its crown, nothing it too much trouble for them. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday

We loved aqua suites. The breakfast was extremely good and hot food cooked to order. All staff were lovely and particularly the breakfast staff were very friendly. We found there was no shortage of sunbeds around the pool - one day we had a lie in and were first around the pool at 11am. Of note there is no lifeguard before 11am although you can use the pool.
The room was clean. The bed a bit soft for me. Towels were changed daily. They say bedding is changed twice weekly but we discovered that is the sheet on the bed and not the rest of the bedding (so duvet and pillow cases) - we asked for a change given we were there for 11 nights and was accommodated.
Staff on reception lovely and polite. Called us taxis on several occassions very easily.
We noted the entertainment programme of quizzes and bingo wasn't happening as per advertised timetable - it happened on our first day and not after that which wasn't clear why as was still advertised. That didn't overly bother us but its odd to advertise something that wasn't happening - the entertainment lady was there from what we saw.

An exceptional stay - my husband and I could not fault this place - the staff are friendly, the facilities spotless and the location ideal for those who want a quiet holiday, although it’s under 10mins to walk to the seafront.

Fantastic accommodation with a great breakfast.
Staff all exceptional - friendly & helpful - nothing was too much trouble.
Will definitely return but would not stay in room 301 - absolutely no outlook & a faulty door entry which was extremely frustrating every time we returned to our room.

Aqua Suites is a perfect place to relax and unwind. It really felt like 5 star luxury from the moment we walked into reception and were greeted by the fabulous reception team. We stayed in a junior suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. The private balcony overlooking the pool had its own top quality sun loungers as well as a table and chairs, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The choice of breakfast was great and more importantly delicious! It was only a 15 minute walk to the front and there is a bus stop just around the corner for going back to the airport, at 1.40 euros that’s a bargain! Being a little further back it was quiet in an evening, which meant we got a decent nights sleep on the very comfy bed. I would highly recommend Aqua Suites to anyone visiting Puerto Del Carmen. A perfect place to stay.

Me & my family had a lovely week holiday at this hotel,very pleasant staff from start to finish. We didn’t eat evening meals there,but if breakfast was anything to go by,it would of been great.

Hotel was perfect a little far out but we didn’t mind the taxi home each nite as they were so cheap. Pool very clean, rooms spotless. Food was great & staff very helpful & friendly.

Excellent hotel, clean , comfortable and friendly. Just a few min from the beach and restaurants. Great choices for breakfast, lunch and a good selection of evening meals if you wish to stay in. It’s not crowded. It is child friendly. The was entertainment most evenings. We enjoyed our stay.

Really beautiful hotel which is kept spotlessly clean throughout. The room sizes are great with water delivered daily to the fridge. Modern bathroom. Hotel itself was not overly crowded and there do their best to accommodate late checkouts. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Loved everything about the hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean, comfy beds. Amazing pool area. Sunbeds everywhere and each room has two on balcony/ terrace so never a problem to get one. Adult jacuzzi area lovely.
Breakfasts were fantastic- all freshly cooked to order.
Literally can’t fault the place. We will be back.

Unfortunately, the sun decided to play hide and seek for the duration of the holiday but cannot complain about the accommodation. In terms of value for money, it was fantastic and exactly what we wanted for a family trip. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was nice and big. The food was really lovely and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is good as it's quiet but within short walk from the main strip and beach.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, spotlessly clean & breakfast was delicious.
We stayed in a family suite with a sea view it was perfect. Our flight was in the evening & they allowed us to stay in the room later for free which was an added bonus.
Would definitely recommend & hope to return one day.

Staff were fantastic, very accommodating to any request. Housekeeping were very nice. Free bottled water every day in the room. Breakfast was lovely. Dinner was great lots of variety each day, bbq nite was the best.

Where do I start we consider ourselves well travelled and the aqua suites would feature in our top 5 places we have stayed
The reception staff were fantastic always on hand and dealt with a couple of minor matters with speed professionalism and kindness
The room was superb and the cleaning was first rate with fresh towels whenever you needed them and your own sun beds
The pool and common areas immaculate as was the restaurant
The food was of the highest standard a fresh cooked breakfast was available and everyone was given tongs so you could safely help yourself to the buffet
The evening meal had 3 courses and at least 3 choices per course and the unique thing was if you fancied a night in town the hotel has 2 sister properties in town and you could elect to have your meal there free of charge if you wished and you could swap an evening meal for lunch
This really is a great place and we will not hesitate to book again well done to everyone who made our stay one of our best experiences

Aqua Suites was an amazing place to stay. The decor was beautiful. The bathrooms were luxurious. There were always plenty of towels including ones for the beach, and soap products. The beds were soft and the pillows firm. Everything was clean. The pool was beautiful and crystal clear, never crowded. The breakfast has a wide variety of delicious fruit and really fresh pastries. The croissants were to die for. And they come to the table to ask you what hot food you want. I ordered an egg sandwich and vegetable omelettes while I was there and my friend ordered a bacon sandwich. All were scrumptious. The staff was very accommodating, too. They checked my friend in early, separate from me, even though it was during their siesta. The only downside was that it was somewhat uphill from the main beach so you will get winded waddling back up the hill after you go to the beach. I recommend taking one of the super fun and inexpensive rental scooters and zooming back up with the wind in your hair.

I couldn’t say enough good stuff about this hotel - completely perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. Accomodations were super clean and comfortable, the common areas (pool included) were spotless and well maintained, the staff throughout were wonderful. And as for the food...way above our expectations and having the choice of the hotel restaurant, Sassis or Emma’s in the old town was just perfect.

Evening entertainment was great, but it wasn’t every night. The host was fabulous! No daytime activities. Had my teenage son with me and had to go out to keep him entertained. BBQ night was sensational. Servers amazing & attentive. Will definitely return.

We were a family of three, retirees and our 30 yr old daughter with Intellectual Disability. We had an amazingly good holiday at this top class resort. Every aspect of the setting and amenities were excellent. The staff were exceptional in their care and personal attention to detail. We found that, for example, there was a very speedy service in the restaurant. The food was excellent with 4 choices for each course and in 7 days of eating dinner each day we had no repeats on the menu. Each evening bar one there was live entertainment or some other activity (quiz etc) which was well organised and of a high standard. REception staff were super firnedly and very helpful in dealing with any request from lost keys to getting the gym equipment started. The main town was a 10-12 minute walk away which was manageable. We will definitely return.
